Ep.1: The Alternate Journey

We are in Sora's room where the foolish boy contemplates his upcoming journey.

" You know I should probably bring a real weapon with me on this journey instead of this toy sword."

Sora observes a metallic bat and adds it to his inventory.

" I got to keep my friends safe."

Sora notices a vertical beam of light crashing onto the island as Riku and Kairi's boats wait by the landing dock.

" Sora dinner's ready!" - The boy's mother yelled in vain.

Sora sped off to the island arena to converse with his pal who is surrounded by a sparking field of darkness.

" Riku where's Kairi?"

Riku smirks wickedly.

" Riku?"

" Sora join me..." - Riku said symbolically representing a tempting demon.

" Wheres Kairi?"

" Kairi's just saving her progress unlike our irresponsible captain." - Riku mocked.

" I did that before I arrived on the island."

" Now Sora don't fear the darkness"

The darkness engulfed Riku and absorbed him like quick sand.

" Riku?!"

Sora reached for his pal's hand and was electrocuted by the darkness.

" AHHHHHHHH!"

Riku regained his senses.

" Sora help me! NOOOOO!" - Riku screamed as he sunk into the abyss.

Sora was sucked towards the abyss.

" Kairi run away while you still can!" - Sora yelled hanging on to the bent palm tree.

Kairi exited the save room only to get pulled away by a portal that appeared above the island.

" Sora!"

The 2 were absorbed into their respective portals as Kairi's body bursted into yellow flames as she entered the portal's dimension leaving her skinless.

Cut over to Sora as he crashlands into a forest surounded by barbed wire fencing.

" Riku... Cough! Ugh!"

Sora fainted and awoke 2 hours later he observed his surroundings as hunger and concern filled his mind.

" RAOOOOOOWH!"

" That sounds like a big cat."

Sora conjures his metal bat out of thin air and silently proceeds through the forest when suddenly a melanistic leopard pounces at him, Sora attempts to dodge only to get scraped by the creatures claws.

" Faaah!"

Sora striked the leopard in revenge vertically 2 times, he then thrusted and smashed the creature with a rotating swing to it's skull defanging the beast and leaving it unconscious.

" (I should take this beast out.)" - Sora contemplated.

Sora swiftly smashed the beasts skull till it was bleeding mush.

" Huff-huff-huff. ( Damn it I didn't expect to encounter a panther good thing I brought this.)" -Sora thought to himself as he held his bat as if he were critiquing a sword's quality.

Meanwhile in the distance we see 3 boys around Sora's age wearing dark green shirts and grey pants each equipped with a headband engraved with a leaf symbol with spiral in the center leaping from branch to branch.

" Randy I think I saw a trespasser." - Said the boy with black hair.

" Silence Seiji we don't want to reveal our position just yet." - Commanded the boy with green hair.

" He ain't no ninja with a get up like that. He's probably a reject from the circus I mean just look at those huge ass yellow sneakers. Heh-heh-heh!" - The blonde boy dismissed.

" Never underestimate a potential threat Tenma." - Randy rebuked.

" What ever I'm gonna have some fun." - Tenma boasted.

And with that boast Tenma leaped to Sora's position smiling wickedly.

" Huh? Who are you?"

" Well I can tell you I'm not a trespasser."

" Look I don't want any trouble I was pulled into this forest by this dark portal."

" You read too many comics kid."

Tenma noticed the leopard's corpse.

" Teh. I bet it took you over a minute to kill that kitty."

" Does that really matter?"

Tenma ran and attacked with a side kick sending Sora into a tree.

" Gurgh!"

" It does to anyone with a brain."

Sora recovered only to see Tenma hurl a knife at him but Sora smiled and deflected the projectile by guarding.

" What the?"

Sora struck Tenma 4 times and blasted him with his ripple drive technique.

" Ugh."

Tenma fell down as the explosion of peach colored transparent energy passed through him. Randy reached for a blow gun and shot Sora in the arm.

" Gah...Who did that?"

Sora's vision started going purple as he removed the dart.

" Gah! (I've been poisoned )"

Sora ran as his health worsened hiding behind a tree as he drank a potion.

" ( I couldn't sneak any antidotes with Mom monitoring the medicine cabinet. I'm gonna have to take out these bastards through hit and run tactics.)"

" Fire in the hole." - Randy said mocking Sora.

Sora saw Randy looming over him as he fired his blow gun Sora evaded the spray of needles by dodge rolling forward. Only to go into the path of Seiji who vertically slashes at Sora with a kodachi but Sora blocks with his bat and redirects the attack to his left and strikes Seiji with a rotating swing to his skull.

" Damn you."

Seiji dashes to impale Sora but with all of his might Sora evades by jumping to the side and delivers a powerful vertical swing to Seiji's head.

" Unh."

" Now for... the...jerk... in the trees." - Sora said consoling his head.

Sora swiftly drinks a potion.

" Your drugs aren't gonna stop the poison flowing in your blood stream."

" Why don't you fight me like a man?"

Randy hiding in the bushes fires a dart towards Sora's neck but Sora struggling blocks the dart and jumps to Randy's position and delivers an aerial combo of 3 strikes knocking Randy out.

" Huff-huff-huff! Flippin jerk."

Sora attempts to search for an antidote only to get ambushed by a man in a dark red sweater who knocked Sora out with a roundhouse kick.
