Akagi and Taihou were sitting beside each other in the Sakura Empire dorm balcony, their hands were on top of each other. Akagi was humming happily, she enjoy being with her new girlfriend. She then turned to her girlfriend hoping Taihou was happy too, but Taihou has a different expression she looked frustrated something must be bothering her.
"Taihou, what's wrong?"Asked Akagi worried, her face moving closer.
Taihou snapped out of her mind then she moves back a bit when Akagi's face is close to her "N-nothing, im fine" Taihou replied while looking at Akagi. Akagi stared at Taihou suspiciously, Taihou eyes are looking away.
"Are you sure? You look worried about something and your palm is sweaty."
"W-what are you talking about? Im fine you know!" Taihou eyes still looking away
Akagi feel something off from her girlfriend, Taihou feels different today, she wasn't looking at her when saying that. Akagi was sure Taihou was hiding something. Akagi then put her hands on both of Taihou cheeks finally Taihou eyes are looking at her "Taihou listen to me, Akagi will always hear your problems, Akagi will always stay by your side no matter what happen. I love you Taihou, I will never betray you. Please just tell me what happen"
Taihou was stunned at Akagi's word, should she tell her? She can be trusted right? Akagi is her girlfriend after all. But, what if Akagi actually never forgive her, Taihou looks down.
"Akagi, im sorry…im sorry" Taihou said while she starts to cry
"Taihou, what happened?" Akagi asked, seeing her girlfriend crying made her feels sad too.
Taihou suddenly hugged Akagi, her head is in Akagi's shoulder. Taihou starts to break down
"Im so sorry Akagi, i-i want…to…kill you that…time. Im so sorry" Taihou whimpers, Akagi hugged her back.
"Taihou, I forgave you since for a long time. It's the past, let it be because the present-Akagi love you now and the present-you love Akagi. No matter what you do to me, Akagi will always love you as long as you don't betray Akagi" Akagi's words successfully calmed down Taihou's crying.
Then Akagi moves Taihou face to meet her red eyes, both hands on Taihou cheeks "Don't cry anymore okay?" Akagi kissed Taihou forehead, now Taihou feels calm and safe. Akagi's right, it's just the past what matters is the present. Taihou buried her head in Akagi's chest while Akagi patted her.
They continue being like that for hours, two aircraft carriers who were enemies now became lovers. They forgave each other for what happened in the past
