(3rd Person's POV)
Beep! Beep! Beep!
An alarm was ringing on a desk beside a double-decker bed. On the bottom bed there are white blankets covering a mysterious figure.
A hand emerged from the blankets and started on banging the alarm clock. "Oh come on! You stupid alarm clock!" A voice snorted as the arm continues banging on the alarm clock. "Would you sto-!"
Boom!
The door was slammed open interrupting him. The door revealed a girl with short raven-black hair and a pair of cerulean-blue eyes, while wearing a blue skirt, a white short-sleeve polo, a blue blazer, and a blue tie.
"Okay! Roxas time to wake up now!" she said, as she pulled the blankets and revealed a boy with blonde spiky hair wearing his black and white pajamas.
The boy, Roxas, began stir as his eyes slowly and lazily opens, revealing . He slowly gets up and looks around until his eyes lands on the girl. "*yawn* Hey Xion! Good morning little sis..." he greeted to her rather lazily as she gives him a dark smile.
"Good morning brother. Time to get up now, or we'll be late for school!" she said with a minor menacing tone. While he looks at her sheepishly. "Or do you want what happened last time happen again!" she said with a more menacing tone. His eyes then widens with realization and fear. He quickly gets out of bed and heads out getting ready for school.
She smiles at his reaction, and begins to leave but before announcing" Also Mom prepared pancakes for breakfast, and they're your favourites, sea-salt flavor!" Then she leaves the room and headed to the dining area.
*moments later*
Roxas, now in his the same as Xion's except with khaki pants and his blazer has a hoodie attached to it, and his sister Xion are now sitting at the dining table eating their pancakes. Roxas's pancake was his favourite sea-salt flavoured, while Xion's was the normal kind.
"Why do you like sea-salt flavoured things so much?" Xion questioned her brother as he was munching down on his pancakes. "What do you mean?" he replied to her question. "What I mean is that you literally nothing but sea-salt flavoured food! And I mean it! Seriously drink sea-salt flavored drinks, ice cream, candy, meat, cake, and finally somehow sea-salt flavored fruits and veggies!" she pointed out to him, and then he began thinking about what she had said to him.
" Its not al-..."he was about to reply, but he was interrupted by his sister." Oh really? Then what about my 2nd grade birthday when you convinced mom to make you sea-salt chicken, or the time when you somehow made sea-salt toppings for the pizza, or how ab-!" this time it was the brother that interrupted the sibling by forcing her food in her mouth causing Xion to start choking a bit. Xion quickly took a glass of water and began gorging down on it,as Roxas continued eating.
When Xion was done drinking her water she slammed it on the table, and glared at her brother. "What was that that for?!" she asked with an angry tone. "For you to stop being annoying!" he replied back with a glare. "Oh yeah!?" she snarled at him. "Yeah!" she snapped back at him.
The two glared at each other and stood up. They were going to start a fight just then two hands came and grabbed both of them by the ear and causing them pain. "Ow! Ow! Ow!" they both said and looked at the owner of the hands that were pulling them by the ear.
The owner was an adult woman with long black hair, like Xion's but longer, and red eyes, wearing a white tank top under a black zip-up vest with black overhauled shorts that fold at the waist, forming an additional utility pocket at the front and a short duster at the back extending to her heels.
She gives the two one of the most menacing looks ever and asked, "You two aren't going to fight again, are you? We wouldn't want to repeat what happened last time now would we?" The two began sweat nervously and shook their heads. "Good! How about some TV?" she asked the two, and they nodded. "Okay, mom!" they said to their mother.
Their mother smiled at them and turned the television in the dining room with them. Their mother skimmed through the channels and landed on the news. "It has been reported that the rulers of the worlds of Twilight Town, Traverese Town, and Radiant Garden have sent their children, Sora Strife of Twilight Town, Kairi and Namine Hikari of Radiant Garden, and Riku Damascus of Traverese Town. It is said that the reason for the royals sudden leave is due to the death of the step-prince of Radiant Garden, Lea Hikari, died protecting his younger sisters and Lord Sora and Lord Riku when they were attacked five months ago. The identity of the world the four princes and princesses will remain hidden until authorities can find out who attacked will stay a royal secret until it is safe for them to return. Back to you Luke!" As soon as the news about royalties ended the mother of the two turned off the TV and turned to her children, who were already done eating their food, but a bit gloomily as they prepare to head out.
" Poor Lea..." Xion said, sadness within the tone of her voice. "Yeah. It's a shame to what happened to him. Say Roxas, weren't you and Xion friends with him and his sisters back when we used to stay in Radiant Gardens" their mother asked them and they replied with depressing nod. She nods back at them as they were about to embark for school.
Xion grabs her bag and books and heads to the door, where her brother was already there waiting for her with his bag, a skateboard, and two helmets. She looks at Roxas and says "Really?! Going to school by skateboard again Roxas, seriously?!" He replies while opening the door, smirking. "And do you have a better way to get to school, without us being late." Xion remains in silence as he waited for he replies. He waited until he says"Good! I didn't think so. Now come on we'll be late for school!" The two headed outside and showed that their place was a small bar/restaurant called '7th Heaven'.
Roxas drops his skateboard on the ground, and they put on their helmets as they get on the board.
"Hold on tight!" Roxas said to his sister as he starts to give the board a huge boost so it can move for. While Xion has her hands around Roxas's waist.
The two skateboarded off two school.
meanwhile somewhere else in Destiny Islands*
A black limo pulls up at a huge white mansion. A man exited the limo and opened one of the doors revealing there were two passengers in the limo. "We have arrived! Young mistresses!" the man bows to them. "Thank you!" they said to him and exited the limo, revealing two girls. One had crimson-red hair while the other had blonde hair, both wearing the same uniform Xion was wearing.
"We're finally here Namine!" the red-haired girl said to the blonde named Namine.
Namine nodded, and says "Yep! I think Sora and Riku are already packed and at school. What do you say we bring bring our things inside and head to school, is that alright with you Kairi?" The red-head, named Kairi, nodded at her.
"OK Sis! Let's head in" Kairi says to her sister as the two went in the mansion with their things.
After a few minutes the two exited the mansion with bags filled with books for school. They got back into the limo, and Kairi says "Let's go to school now Sebastian! Off to Destiny Islands Academy!" she said to the driver, as the limo begins to take off.
*later at school*
Roxas and Xion arrived by the gates of the school. As soon as they arrived they see a crowd of people by the gates."I wonder what's going on?" asked Roxas as he and Xion were at the of the crowd. "Who knows? Maybe new students, I guess? C'mon we better hurry up to class!" Xion said to her brother as she tugs his arm and follows her in the school.
The two walked through the hallways of the school as they went to their classrooms. They stop by a room that says '1-A' on the door.
" Looks like this my room." said Roxas as he opens the door. "Have a fun day of school, bro!" Xion said with a smile, and leaves her brother to go to her own room.
Roxas sits at his desk by the window in the back row of class. With class not going to start for another 30 minutes or so, Roxas decided to go take a nap.
*meanwhile with Kairi and Namine*
As soon as their limo arrived at school they were surrounded by a group of students. They were crowded in mere seconds as they got off their ride. While being crowded by the students Kairi thought she saw an old friend of hers in the crowd. She was only able to catch a glimpse of spiky-blonde hair before being tugged away by her twin sister Namine to get away from the crowd.
They were able to get out of the crowd of students without any of the students knowing. As they exited the crowd Kairi began looking around, with curious face. 'Was that really?... No it can't be!... But it did look like him though... Was that really... Roxas!?' she thought to herself as she continued looking around.
Namine sees this, and puts a hand on her sister's shoulder then begins to question her. "Hey! Kairi are you alright?" Kairi was then snapped out of her thoughts, and then looks at Namine.
"Yeah, I'm alright! I just thought I saw someone" Kairi replied to her sister with a solemn look.
Namine sees this and questions he. "Oh really... Then who did you see?"
Kairi just shakes her head, and then answers Namine's question. "Oh no one in particular!" Kairi then begins to pull Namine by the arm, and then says. "C'mon let's go already! I'm pretty sure Sora and Riku are already waiting for us, at the Principal's office! "
Namine just nodded at her with a questioning look as the two headed to the principal.
later at the principal's office*
As the two arrived at the office they are greeted by two boys, wearing the school's uniform. One had spiky brown hair and cerulean-blue eyes, while the other had silver hair with bangs, pale skin, bright blue-green eyes.
"You're late!" the boy with spiky-brown hair scolded them.
"Calm down Sora. It was pretty hard for them to get here with that huge crowd surrounding them." the boy with Silver hair explained to Sora as he puts a hand on Sora's shoulder. "Isn't that right girls?" he questioned the twins.
Both Kairi and Namine replied the silver haired boy with a nod.
"*sigh* OK, whatever you say Riku." Sora said to the silver haired teen. He then turns his attention to the girls. "I hope we have the same classes Namine, Kairi" he smiled at the girls.
The girls both smiled at him, and replied "Us too Sora!"
As soon as th conversation ended a man happened to came in, catching the four's attention. The man was a rather severe-looking old man with long, grey hair, bushy eyebrows, and a long, grey beard that parts down the middle. He wears the famous, conical sorcerer's hat on his head. The hat is blue and decorated with several yellow stars and a yellow crescent moon.
"Hello!" the man greeted the four. "I am Yen Sid, your principal this year its nice to meet you." He introduced himself to the others.
"Nice to meet you sir. I'm Sora!" Sora introduced himself to Yen Side.
"Riku..." it was Riku's turn to introduce himself.
" I'm Namine..." Namine then introduced herself to their principal.
"... And I'm Kairi!" Kairi was the last of them to introduce herself.
"Nice to meet you all!" Yen Sid said as he pulled out 4 sheets of paper from his desk. "Here are all your class schedules, as well as a list of paper your teachers, classmates, and your classrooms as well." he explained as he handed a paper out to each one of them.
The four began examining their papers to find out in which class they are in, well except one. Kairi was checking out the the list of students in her class looking for someone but her search was interrupted by Riku.
"Oh look! Namine you and I are in the same class, Class 1-B!" Riku pointed out to Namine who looked at her paper, finding out he was correct.
"Oh man! I'm in 1-C! I'm in a whole different section than you and Namine, Riku!" Sora exclaimed as he rubbed the back of his head, as he looks at his paper depressingly. Then he looks at Kairi with a tint of hope left in him that he's going to be in the same class as someone he knows and he asks her " What about you Kairi? What class are you in? "
Kairi looks at Sora sympathetically, and shook her head. "Sorry Sora! I'm in class 1-A." Kairi replied to Sora's question.
Sora looks down looking a bit depressed, knowing that he's going to be all alone in class.
Right then Yen Sid interrupts them. "Kairi I'll be taking you to your class, while Sora, Namine, and Riku you'll be waiting for some students, that I chose to show you around the school they are also from each of your class as well! Just wait for them here, okay?" Yen Sid explained to them as he and Kairi left the room.
*meanwhile with Roxas*
Roxas was suddenly woken up from the teacher entering the room. The teacher was an old man wearing a blue robe and a blue pointy wizard's hat as well as small specs. The students know him as the wizard Merlin, as well as their homeroom teacher.
All the students, including Roxas, stood up and greeted their teacher. "Good Morning Teacher" they all said to their teacher.
"Good Morning Class!" the old man said to the class. "Today I have special news for you all!" he announced to the class. The class roared with excitement due to how fun he's class usually is.
'I wonder what's the special announcement' Roxas wondered in his mind as he watches the events unfold in front of him. 'Well whatever. It's none of my business anyways.' as Roxas thought of this he just looks outside the window, ignoring everything else around him.
"Okay the announcement is..." Merlin said, as the class watch him in suspense. "That you all are getting a new classmate today!" he announced causing the class to go in a uproar.
The door suddenly opens revealing a figure.
"Looks like she's already here!" Merlin said as a girl with red hair wearing the school's entered the room. She walked in and stood in front of the class.
(Kairi's POV)
I walked to the front of the class. I gave all my new classmates a bow.
"Hello! My name's Kairi Hikari" I introduced myself and added "I hope we all could be friends!" I smiled at them.
"Very good Kairi!" our teacher, Merlin, said to me.
"Where will I be sitting, sir?" I asked our teacher.
Merlin began looking around for a seat for me to sit in. He then stops looking and points at a chair at the back.
"Oh there is one! Looks like you'll be sitting beside Mr. Lockhart, Kairi!" Merlin announced to me.
My eyes widened when I heard the name 'Lockhart'. My eyes darted to the place where the teacher pointed. I looked beside the desk and saw a spiky-haired blonde sitting by the window. He was looking out the window with an cold cold expression.
"Roxas..." I mumble out load for everyone to hear.
He then looks at me and I then quickly dashed off to him.
(Roxas's POV)
As I was looking out the window I heard my name being called. "Roxas..." a voice said.
I looked around and saw a girl at the front of the class. After a few seconds she dashes to me.
The girl tackled me to the ground. "Hey what's yo-!?" I was going to scold her when I heard something.
"*sniff* It's really *sniff * you...Roxas" she cried as she hugs me and cries on my shoulder shoulder.
Just then I realised who she was and mumbled "Kairi..." as she hugs me tighter.
