Ben 10 (Omniverse) makes an appearance in Fate/Grand Order.

Ben Tennyson was non-surprisingly wasting his day playing videogames and drinking smoothies.
However, suddenly a huge strange circle appeared out of the sky and even worse the sky turned red.
His base of operations suddenly collapsed and found himself surrounded by a barrier of light created by his Omnitrix
''Alien X disabled, emergency mode code, 4201369 activated.''
''Emergency protocol, extended combat activated. Ben may quickly switch in-between aliens in fights.''
''What!'' Ben screamed
Suddenly, he found himself being shot multiple times by a dual-wielding woman dressed in a strange pirate outfit and with a sort of inhuman pink hair color.
''You look like a warm up first stage boss, I don't know what's going on so I guess I will just have to defeat you,'' Said the pirate woman.
Ben 10 proceeded to scream, ''prepared to be defeated!'' and so the first battle began.
Ben transformed into XLR8 and started quickly pummeling the pirate.
The pirate blocked each hit swiftly; Ben quickly noticed that she was not dealing with an ordinary person. Ben increased the intensity of his attacks but still did not manage to land a decisive hit.
''Stupid kid, I don't get it with your weird powers but you can't keep up with me!''
Suddenly, many cannons started materializing out of the air and began shooting beams at XLR8.
Ben couldn't keep up even with his supersonic speed and couldn't deal enough damage to the pirate. Despite his low intellectual capacity, Ben thought of another approach and decided to switch to an Alien that could pack more of a punch.
A huge green light blinded temporarily the well-known pirate Francis Drake and quickly witnessed the boy transforming into a strange beast with multiple eyes.
''EYE GUY!'' Screamed Ben.
Ben was not in the best of situations, he was surrounded by many cannons and Drake pointing both of his guns at him; however the situation would not last that quickly. With eyes located throughout his body he shot lasers from every angle imaginable, quickly making work of the cannons and making Drake back off.
The tables turned quickly and Francis Drake was soon to find herself in defeat. She could not withstand the barrage of lasers, fire blasts and sticky goo which made movement difficult.
Doing a quick somersault Drake separated herself many meters from Ben and decided that it was time to use her noble phantasm to get rid of her annoying opponent.
Ben's omnitrix suddenly warned him that a there was a huge surge of magical energy and warned him that he should take action quickly before the situation gets worse. Ben didn't understand this situation and was even more annoyed that this disaster had to do with magic, if he ever did find Gwen, he would quickly ask her what the hell is going on.
Ben deciding that he could have none of that decided to run as fast as possible and finally use his trump card.
The red sky quickly turned grey and a violent storm started brewing up. Huge cannons started materializing out of the air, so huge that they could crash a house in seconds. However in a matter of few seconds, Eye Guy (Ben) found himself in front of Drake and tried a shoulder bash. Drake of course had no problem evading this, however…
Ben quickly turned around and in just a few milliseconds, both of his shoulders eyes merged and shot an ice beam, freezing Drake. Ben normally would taunt his enemies after defeating them but quickly understood that he found himself in a life-or-death situation, so he merged all of his eyes on a single point in his chest and ZAP! The servant was terminated. Shattered into a million of pieces.
''Weird woman however she had that weird first boss kinda deal so it was a good warmup'' Said Ben.
''Either way, rest in PIECES''

''Senpai?'' with a soft voice said the girl whose name is Mash
''I don't understand, why have we been rayshifted to a fictional city?'' Replied Gudako
''It's like you've been transported to a different universe or dimension, this has to be the work of a demon pillar'' enthusiastically replied the genius, Leonardo Da Vinci, ''However you aren't off to a great start, 500m away from this place there is a destroyed city according to the analysis and I can clearly detect two servants fighting together, I'll wish you luck.''
