Intro:
(A/N: AU Takes place before Anakin takes Ahsoka as his Padawan)
The Hero of Tython and Jedi Master, Keagan Mar and Jedi Knight and lover Kira Carsen were sent on a mission by the council to investigate the disappearance of a space station in the outer rim, only to get ambushed by Imperial ships. In the midst of their escape they later entered a wormhole and the ship, the Defender was heavily damaged. Keagan and Kira sent a distress beacon and thought all hope was lost until….
Chapter 1: Rescue Mission
Anakin and Obi-Wan were sent to investigate a ship that was stranded in the Outer Rim, "I have a bad feeling about this Master," Anakin said, he was piloting the ship. "I sense it too. Two Individuals strong in the force," Obi-Wan agreed. As the two arrived and saw the ship. They were shocked, "Master," Anakin called. "I know I have the same feeling," Obi-Wan said, still shocked to see an Old Republic Era ship. "It's the Defender," Anakin said. Anakin then turned on his communications, "Hello is anyone alive in the Defender," Anakin asked. No response, "Defender, do you read me this is Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and Master Obi-Wan Kenobi," Anakin said again.
When a static was heard, Anakin and Obi-Wan leaned in and listened, "This is Jedi Knight Kira Carsen, my master is unconscious. We need help," the girl said. "Hold on we're coming to get you," Anakin said. Him and Obi-Wan nodded and went to connect the ship's airlock to the Defender. When both doors were opened, they saw a girl with red long hair in a white jedi consular's robe which they presumed was Kira carrying a man in white revered robes. As Kira and the mysterious man entered the ship, Obi-Wan jumped to hyperspeed and they went back to Coruscant. "Let me take him," Anakin offered to take the man in robes, strip him to his undergarments, detached his lightsaber, and put him in a Bacta tank in the ship. A few minutes had passed and Kira was still in the medical bay in Anakin and Obi-Wan's Ship. "He'll be fine," Obi-Wan said. Kira looked and smiled, "You're right." She met with Anakin and Obi-Wan at the small bridge. "So, tell us about yourself," Anakin said. "My name is Kira Carsen and I am a Jedi. My former master, Keagan Mar and I were supposed to investigate a missing Republic space station, but we were ambushed by Imps and got in some kind of portal," she said. "You're the Kira Carsen?" asked Anakin, "The one who fought with the Hero of Tython and defeated Darth Angral?" he added. She chuckled and nodded. "Anakin, you're being a little too excited," said Obi-Wan. "Sorry Master, it's not like you get to meet a Jedi from the Old Republic." "Though I do sense the truth in your words, we must take you and him to the council," Obi-Wan said.
Kira nodded and then sensed Keagan waking up, "Master," she said, she then went to the med bay and saw him fully recovered and awake with his robes on, "Master, you're okay!" Kira shouted, she ran and hugged him. "Of course," Keagan laughed, he embraced Kira and then looked at Obi-Wan and Anakin, "Thank you for saving me. I am Jedi Master Keagan Mar," "I'm Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and this is my former master, Master Obi-Wan Kenobi," Anakin said. "We know all about you, Hero of Tython," he added. "Wait how?" Keagan asked. "While you were resting, Kira was talking about how you and her are he now. Also I have read a lot about you during my history class as a youngling," Anakin said. Keagan laughed, I'm that famous huh, he thought to himself. "Based on what she said, my best theory is that you two were ambushed, went through a wormhole and ended up here," said Obi-Wan. He stopped Anakin from being a fanboy. He knew Anakin really admired Keagan, due to his mastery of all 7 forms: Shi-Cho, Makashi, Soresu, Ataru, Shien and Djem So, Niman, and lastly Juyo. "I think that is an accurate telling of what happened." Keagan said.
Time has passed and the four Jedi arrived at Coruscant, Keagan and Kira were amazed at how much has changed. The two followed Anakin and Obi-Wan to the Jedi Temple.
When they arrived at the council, they were greeted by 12 Jedi Council members. "Grandmaster Yoda, I am. Welcome to the Jedi Temple." Yoda said. "I am Master Mace Windu," said the Dark Man. "On the behalf of the council, I would like to ask what happened," Windu requested. Keagan explained all that happened and the council was murmuring amongst each other. "You are a respected figure of the Order, yet we do not have an empty seat for you." Windu said. "It's all right," Keagan said. The Council was looking at him, "Known for being humble, you are," Yoda said chuckling. "We will let you be of service to the Jedi," Mindu said, "but you must beat me in a duel." Windu said. Keagan smirked, "Lead the way."
