Hi to all of my wonderful readers! It is me – Again with another story.
This one is actually a fanfic that I was working on with my best friend :)
I know that i jump from one story to another and i am so sorry i can't stick with one story at the time...
But thanks to the Coronavirus (I hope all of you and your loved ones are okay!) i have now much more time than i had before and i am planning to soon update all of my stories! So don't lose hope!

Chapter one – nice to meet you, where you've been?
Bright blue sky, cold wind and full length sun. it was a very beautiful day despite were they were heading 'I hope we'll get Robin in time' Regina thought to herself. She was damn worried because of what her crazy sister will do to her soulmate.
She couldn't help but notice despite her own disliking, she and Zelena were quite similar.
Regina put the apprentice's scroll inside her parse, got out of the town hall and walked towards Henry just in time when he pulled out from Emma's embrace. Regina smiled at him, her baby boy had grown so much. It seems that only yesterday Ms. Swan came to Storybrooke with her metal-death-trap she calls a car.
When Regina approached Henry she hugged him tightly "I'll see you soon mom" Henry chuckled lovingly. His mom was so protective "I know I just don't like being away from you, even if it's just for a short while" Regina said she pulled away, kissed him on the top of his head in the corner of her eye she saw Snow attempts to hug Emma too but she visibly flinched away from her with a small apologetic smile. They got into the car and Emma looked in her phone. She seemed a little shaken off
"what is it? something about Lily?" Regina said after she got comfortable in her sit.
"Yeah one of my contacts found an address, but it's five years old" Emma said but still looked bothered.
"Emma what is it?" Regina asked her
"this is Lowell, Massachusetts. Which is less than 30 miles from Boston, which is where I lived five years ago" Emma looked up at Regina "Lily and I grew up in Minnesota, separate as kids and ended up living less than an hour apart as adults?" she did not like all of the 'Destiny' thing at all.
"like I said fate, you're connected it's been pushing you together" Regina said
"Maybe it pushed us together as kids, but last time I saw her I'm the one who pushed her away" Emma looked away
"what exactly happened between you two?" Regina asked but she didn't answer.
Emma sighed put her phone down and drove out of town.
On the road to Storybrooke
The radio station was playing STYLE by Taylor Swift. The road was almost empty except for a car every now and then. Elena was lost in her thoughts she hadn't heard a thing from her brother in a long time. She first tried his apartment but no one was there. So here she is now driving to the last known location he was, but all she had seen was woods and she really hoped to find a town before her car will run out of gas. Mumbling to herself the song's lyrics she heard her phone rings. Hands on the wheel she looked right to see who was calling "Callie" was on the screen. Callie was her best friend and her everything well Callie and Sofia were her everything. Lately she quit her job at the FBI she loved working there and be part of the secret missions in hostile countries but she had to find out what happened to her brother and she couldn't risk the safety of her family so she decided to quit. Being an agent of the FBI for almost 13 years was fun and her time there brought her many skulls. But Callie, Callie was something special she was more than her best friend, she was her wife.
They met each other at their time in the military, there they became best friends but when they came back home to New York in 2001, it was her brother who pointed out they were more than just friends.
"you love her" Neal said
"of course I love her she's my best friend" Elena said passionately
"no, you love her more than just a best friend" Neal got closer to her and wrapped his arms around her and Elena responded to her big brother's warming hug. She admitted to herself that there was something in what he had just said.
"but what if she doesn't feel the same about me?" Elena got worried no matter what she did not want to lose Callie.
Neal tightened his hug and chuckled
"oh, she does trust me she does"
A year later as Neal expected Callie and Elena got married and they live happily together with their daughter Sofia.
Looking back, Elena now understood how ridicules she was being over fighting with Neal. It all started when Neal first introduce his girlfriend Tamara to Elena, Elena sensed something was odd with that woman but she kept quiet because she did not want to ruin her brother's happiness. But only when Neal told her he was going to propose she realized he was actually serious about Tamara. Elena didn't like it and she knew she had to tell her brother now rather than later. Out of this, they had a big fight which since then they did not talk. Neal tried to text her and she answered from time to time but it's been a several months since Neal last texted her and Elena got worried. First she tried text him, then she called him but after a few days when he did not pick up she went and tried his apartment – no one was there and that was when she found out he moved without telling her. She got upset and stopped looking for him but lately Sofia wanted to see her uncle so badly that Callie convinced her to go and find him and she did. She found out his phone's latest location and now she was heading there.
As her phone buzzed she shifted her gaze from the road to her cellphone on the right, it was Callie. She moved one hand off the wheel so she could text her everything was fine and that she is still on the road, she mange to do so and when she saw the text had been received she turned back her gaze on the road. She crashed into an invisible wall. She felt warm liquid running down on her face, around her there were countless of glasses. Just before she lost her conscious she looked a little up and saw 'Leaving Storybrooke' sign and then everything went black.
"Hello?" it was Leroy on the phone, he called Snow because something happened at the town line.
"Snow, listen you have to harry to the hospital- " Leroy started but Snow cut him in the middle of his sentence
"What happened? Is everyone okay?" Snow immediately got worried
'if you would let me finish you could know' Leroy thought to himself
"No everyone is not okay, the queen hit her head"
"Regina?! She is back already? Is she okay? Is Emma with her? Is Emma okay?" Snow was now absolutely worried and the name of Emma caught David attention who just came through the door with groceries from the store.
"is everything okay?" David asked, she looked at him worriedly put one hand on the phone and said to David
"Hi, I need you to call Belle to come watch over Neal for while" then she returned her attention to Leroy.
David did not know what was that all about but called Belle as Snow asked him to do.
"Emma is not here, and from what I got the queen probably drove to town and BOOM car accident now Dr. whale is taking care of her. Oh, and she lost conscience"
Snow what relieved that Emma was okay but was extremely worried about Regina. Mean time David placed the groceries from the market into their places.
"okay, we are on our way. Thank you Leroy" Snow thanked him and hanged up the phone at the same time Henry went down the stairs to put his now empty plate in the sink.
"Belle said she is coming. So, what is it?" David who just ended his call with Belle turned to Snow and asked.
"it's Regina" Snow turned her eyes to Henry who listened to the short exchange.
"what is it with my mom?" Henry asked his grandmother, he did not like the concerned expression she had.
"your mom, she had a car accident" Snow preferred to just say it, like putting out a Band-Aid there was no point in hiding the truth.
"what?!" Henry asked
"I'm sorry Henry but according to what Leroy said, Regina had a car accident. She was coming from out of town by herself and she had a car accident"
"is she okay? Where is Emma?" David asked his wife
"Emma probably still out of Storybrooke and for Regina, Leroy said they found her already unconscious and took her to the hospital. Whale is examining her as we talk"
Snow could see Henry was very worried she was about to tell him that everything would be fine as the knock on the door made the three of them to jump.
"it must be Belle" Snow said and David went to open the door. Belle was there and she greeted them all
"thank you for coming in such short alert" Snow was grateful for Belle
"of course" Belle smiled sweetly.
"okay let's go" David took his, Snow's and Henry's jackets and grabbed the track's keys
"I'm coming right? She's my mom after all" Henry already knew that the adults always preferred him to stay out of the drama but this was his mom they were talking about.
"yeah kid, you're coming too" David said
"what happened?" Belle asked
"Regina had a car accident" Snow told her.
"Is she okay?" Belle asked worriedly. Although only a few hour ago Regina took her heart she knew it was not out of evil.
Seeing David and Henry already were gone to the track she dared to say to Belle what she didn't dare in front of Henry
"I hope so" she sighed and walked out of the apartment, she closed the door gently so she won't wake up the sleeping baby Neal.

The drive was silent. As they got to the E.R. Henry went ahead looking for Dr. whale. Snow caught one of the nurses and asked her where is Dr. whale, the nurse said he will be out in a minute.
The three of them went to the waiting area there they met Leroy and Happy
"well?" Snow asked them
"Dr. whale did not get out of her room since he went in, sister" Leroy replied
"okay" Snow took a deep breath. She wrapped her arms around Henry who you could see was nervous
"She will be okay" Snow mumbled
A few minutes passed and Dr. whale got out of Regina's room
"how is she?" "is my mom okay?" "what happened?"
they all shouted questions towards him
"Wow, wow calm down" Whale said
"from what I can see Regina is fine, but when I left the room she was still unconscious. I little worried about that because she has a cut in her left forehead, but in general she is fine" Whale informed them
Henry released a breath he did not even know he was holding.
"so can I see her?" he asked Whale
"yes but not too many people in one room" Whale replied
"I will take Henry and go see how she's doing" Snow turned to David and said. He nodded
"I'll call Emma, see where she is and tell her" David replied. They kissed and Henry and Snow followed Whale to Regina's room.

Two hours ago
"tell me? tell me what?!" Regina could not decide if she really wanted to know.
"she is pregnant" Robin said and saw how all the blood drowning from Regina's face.
Zelena smiled wickedly finally she got her revenge over her little sister, after all these and tries.
Regina then turned around and walked out the apartment leaving the door open.
Emma and Lily had said nothing. None of them wanted to get involved in the family drama.
"Regina" Robin called her as she went.
"well, well dear husband let her be mad after all you weren't that honorable weren't you?" Zelena smirked and Robin could not stand her anymore he took his coat and left the apartment to find Regina.
. . . . . .
He found her in a near Bar sitting with a drink, he felt so bad.
"Regina-" he started
"No!" Regina angrily said. Robin knew he deserved her anger so he kept quite
"you don't deserve Regina me! you, you are- " she could not even keep thinking about it. She felt disgusted and could not find her words. She took a deep breath and said motionlessly
"I came here to look for you so we could get our happy ending. And now I don't want it. I don't want you near me and especially not near Henry!"
Robin was worried because of her motionless tone. He could see she was very hurting but he had no way how to comfort her, it wasn't an obstacle that going to pass away it was a child that is going to be there every moment of their life but he could not give up on his soulmate so easily.
"Regina think about it for a moment before you're saying anything rush" Robin tried "we are soulmates!"
"if you actually cared about the soulmate thing you wouldn't have left in the first place!" Regina glared at him "soulmates" she chuckled darkly "so much trouble and all out of pixie dust. Hell with that" she finished her entire drink in one shot and stood up.
Regina's phone buzzed, it was Emma
"Yeah?" Regina asked
"Sorry, I just can't stand your sister. Are we going back to Storybrooke?" Emma replied
"Yes, cuff Zelena and we'll split with the cars. Lily will drive with Zelena, Robin and Roland in my car and we'll take your bug." Regina said
"okay" Emma hanged up the call

present
They were outside of Storybrooke, Regina pulled the apprentice's scroll from her parse. She rolled it down and it revealed the 'Welcome to Storybrooke' sign.
Suddenly Emma's phone suddenly buzzed 'Dad' was on the screen. She took the phone and answered, she put him on speaker
"Hi David" Emma said
"Emma, everything good?" David asked
"yep, why not?" Emma replied
"I don't want you to worry but you need to come to the hospital right now!" David did not want to tell her what happened until they were face to face.
Emma and Regina looked at each other both have the same thoughts running in mind.
"We'll be there in ten minutes" she pressed the phone to hang up and sped up the car's speed.
David was too distracted and didn't hear that Emma said We instead of I, and walked to Regina's hospital room and saw Snow and Henry sitting beside her. Regina was still unconscious.
"Hi, I called Emma she says everything is okay. I didn't tell her about Regina, I wanted her to be here first." Snow nodded
"kid, why won't you come with me to lead your Ma over here?" David suggested Henry
"but, what if my mom wakes- " right as Henry was about to say, just as ironically Regina indeed woke up.
"Mom!" Henry called excitedly "you're awake"
"Hey Henry give your mother a minute to breath" Snow scolded softly as she tried tried to calm Henry down.
"what- where am I?" Regina asked, she was adjudging the bright light of the hospital.
"Hey Regina are you okay? You had a car accident and you hit your head pretty hard" David said but it seems to confuse her even more.
"who-" she got a little up from the hospital bet and set "who is Regina?" she asked looking at them.
"what? Mom you don't remember me?" Henry ask worriedly the confusion clear in his voice.
"I- I have no idea who you are" Regina said and seemed very bothered.
"Hey, that's okay. We'll figure it out. What do you remember?" Snow asked Regina gently.
"Hmm nothing expects for waking up here and the conversation we just had" Regina tried to dig in her memories but couldn't remember a single thing about herself, she started to panic.
"Henry come with me, your Ma should be here any minute." David said, letting Regina some space to calm down
"Okay" Henry mumbled and went out of the room as David followed him.
"Take a deep breath, come on" Snow said and Regina did.
"Hey buddy, it's gonna be okay" David said, he looked at Henry who had an afraid look on his young face.
"How do you know? What if she will never be able to remember me?" Henry did not even want to suggest such a thing but he knew it was possible.
"We will find away. we always do" David said making himself to believe in this too.
"Henry!" Henry's eyes widened in shock when he heard who was calling him. It was his mom.
"But, how?" Henry said disbelieve, he just saw her lying in the hospital bed.
"Oh Henry, are you okay? What happened?" Regina said and pulled him into a hug. Henry immediately responded and hugged her even tighter.
Emma was near David and saw his shocked face.
"What? What is it?" Emma asked him. Regina and Henry pulled away from each other and Henry went to hug Emma as well. Regina saw David's odd expression too
"What!?" Regina asked.
"It's just- it's- how are you here?" David asked her and still seemed shocked.
"Pardon me?" Regina razed an eye brow.
"I believe there is someone you should see" David did not know what's going on but Regina needed to see who was in the hospital room.
Regina turned a questioning look towards Emma, who just shrugged her shoulders. She herself wondered what was it all about. They all followed David to 213 room.
As they got in, Regina and Emma understood what was that all about. In the bed was sitting a woman who looked exactly like Regina!
Snow saw them entering the room and as she saw Regina she mumbled "what the- ?!"
"who the hell are you?" the real Regina asked.
"who the hell are you?!" the Regina who was sitting on the bed asked.
"Regina!" they both answered simultaneously.
The real Regina looked questioningly at Snow.
"She lost her memory and we thought she was you" Snow said she got up "Henry how about we go outside? Come on" Snow took Henry outside and David follow them.
"So, who are you? And just for the protocol I'm Regina" Regina said.
"Well then, I have no idea who am I. as she said, I lost my memory." The woman who looked identical to Regina answered.
"Okay" Emma said slowly. "well I'm Emma swan, and I'm the Sheriff so I'm going to ask you. Okay?" Emma looked at her, and she nodded.
"Can you tell me what happened?" Emma took a sit and asked. Regina who was still in shock to see someone who looked exactly like her found a sit as well and set.
"Well, all I actually remember is waking up here. Nothing more" Regina saw how disturbed she was and she believed to what this stranger said. So was Emma, her lie detector didn't sense a lie.
Emma kept asking her questions but Regina examined her from afar. They were really alike with everything except the stranger did not have a scar on her lip and her hair was longer. she saw the cut in her head, she looked at it for a while, then she was snapped back to reality by the stranger words
"Wow, wait! I remember!" she said excitedly "where is my phone?! I need my phone where is it? I need to call my wife!"
'okay, another difference' Regina thought to herself.
"Your wife?" Emma asked.
"Yeah, my wife" she said.
"Wait; if you remember, what is your name?" Regina asked.
"Elena, now can I get my phone please?" Elena asked impatiently.
"yeah" Emma took Elena's phone out of the Police's package and handed it to Elena.
"Thanks" Elena took her phone from Emma and dialed Callie's number.
There was an awkward moment until Callie picked up.
"Hey" Elena said listening to whoever on the other side of the phone. Elena's face lit up when there was a reply.
"Hey baby, how are you?" Elena asked "I'm not exactly sure when I get back sweetie. Do you promise me that you're okay?"
"Great. Can I speak with mom for a second?"
"Hi, Hi, Hi, I'm fine. I'm fine. I just kinda had a car accident and no big deal but- " Before Elena could even finish the sentence the person in the other side talked.
"I'm fine, nothing happened I don't need you to come to the hospital here. I really am okay. I just need to check on something here. I'll call you later." Elena was quite for a moment and then replied "Sure, love you."
After a moment she said "Bye" and hanged up.
"So, who was that you talked with?" Regina asked Elena pointing out on her phone.
"My wife" Elena stated the obvious.
"Yeah, but before that. Who did you talk to?" Emma was the one who asked this time.
"Oh, that was my daughter Sofia" Elena said
"So, you happen to have also a daughter." Regina said
"Yeah. And you have a son" Elena replied
"How do you know my son?" Emma asked her.
"Your son? I thought it was Regina's son. He called me mom earlier." Elena asked confuse.
"He is the son of both of us" Regina said.
"So are you too together or married…?" Elena asked suspiciously.
"No!" both Emma and Regina shouted.
Henry came into the room and asked "Moms, is everything okay?"
"Yeah kid. Everything is okay. Go back to your grandparents" Emma said.
"Okay" Henry eyed her not quite sure but still went back to the lobby and out of the room.
"So, if you're not together how do you both his mothers?" Elena couldn't understand that.
"It's complicated" Regina answered.
There was an awkward silence for another moment but then Emma spoke up "So, are we gonna talk about the elephant in the room?"
"What elephant?" Elena asked
"The one that you look exactly the same…" Emma replied the obvious.
"We do not look exactly the same!" Regina pointed out.
Although they did look very similar you could notice the differences. Elena's hair was longer and she did not have a scar on her lip, their style was wildly different.
Elena shrugged her shoulders and said "The blond has a point"
"It's Swan" Regina mentioned towards Elena
"Emma Swan" Emma corrected
"Nice to meet you Emma" Elena gave the blonde woman a small smile.
"I don't know who you are or why you look exactly like me but how did you get here?" Regina questioned
"I was looking for my bother" Elena replied
"Your brother? Who's your brother?" Emma said and looked at Regina in surprise
"Don't look at me. With my mother anything is possible" Regina shrugged and Emma could see the similarity between the supposed sisters.
Elena raised an eyebrow at Regina's statement but shake it off "My brother's name is Neal, Neal Cassidy"
Emma's eyes went wide and she stormed out of the room.
"What's wrong with her?" Elena asked Regina
"Neal is Henry's father" Regina reviled
"Neal? Neal my brother Neal?" Elena asked suspiciously.
"I don't know another Neal Cassidy around here" Regina said
Dr. Whale entered the room "Hey Regina- wait what? Never mind … I need to talk to the patient in here" he said with confusion
"it's Elena, nice to meet you too" Elena said sarcastically
"I'll go to talk to Emma have a nice chat you two" Regina said and walk out the room.
. . . . . .
Regina found Emma in the parking lot standing next her yellow bug.
"What the hell is wrong with you Swan?!" Regina asked her
"What's wrong with me? What's wrong with you?" Emma shouted out
"What are you talking about Emma?" Regina said impatiently
"I'm talking about that our son's father is your twin's brother!" Emma said
"Elena is not my twin!" Regina shouted back
"You don't know that!" Emma said
"Okay let's go to Gold and see if he might know something. He always knows something" Regina suggested
Emma nodded her head and Regina teleported them into the pawn's shop.
"Gold!" Emma shouted into the empty shop. The pair walked farther into the shop and saw Gold lying next to the cupboard holding tight to his chest. Regina approached Gold a little closer.
"What's wrong with you?" Emma asked Gold.
"It's your heart isn't it?" Regina stated before Gold could answer. Gold nodded in agreement.
