It's just another typical night

Or so that's what Hina Tachibana thought.

Everyone is leaving and so is she, after work she just wants to go home and rest but today apparently, she was called by her co-worker and also former teacher Yoichi Tanaka.

"Tachibana-san, do you…do you wanna have dinner with me?" Yoichi asked.

Since Hina doesn't have any plans on her mind right now, she agreed, and together they eat in a local family restaurant.

Both Hina and Yoichi are former high-school teachers but both quit their job due to personal reasons, today both of them are working in an trading company, Hina works in the Public relations department while Yoichi works in the sales department.

"Yoichi-san first arrived in our company three months ago and immediately the two of us became close, maybe it's because we're both teachers, but I think it's more than that, whenver I talk to him about love, he has a lot of say.

But I think the moment that we became so close is when I told him everything about my past relationships, particularly with Shuu-san and Natsuo-kun, I thought he would be disgusted because apparently some of my co workers know and after I told them, things became awkward.

But he's different, when I told him that, he smiled, "I'm glad you told me, and I don't think those things made you a bad person, you're still you, besides everyone makes mistakes" Yoichi-san said.

That's when I think me and him became close" Hina thought.

The two had a great time both Hina and Yoichi talked about various stuffs, particularly about their siblings.

Hina would talk about How Natsuo and Rui would raise their child while Yoichi would talk about Kou and Futaba's relationship.

But then after eating together while walking, Yoichi stopped.

"Hina-san" he said finally calling Hina by her first name.

"Yoichi-san what's the matter? Also that's the first time you called me by my first name" Hina asked

Yoichi sighed.

"Yeah that's the first time, please listen, I know we've only known each other for three months, but please believe me" he said and then he bowed.

"Hina-san I like you, please go out with me!" Yoichi said.

Eventually that confession from Yoichi shocked Hina, she can't believe it.

"Yoichi-san are you sure?" Hina asked.

"I am, Hina-san when I first met you I thought I was just attracted to you because I think that you're beautiful, but as I got to know you more I realized that you're more than that, you're a strong person whose willing to do everything for her family, and in those three months I can honestly say that I'm in love with you" Yoichi said.

"I know this is all of a sudden, and I know my words won't give you any proof, but all I need is 1 chance" he added.

Hina was still stunned, she still can't believe it, it's just yesterday she was just talking with Yoichi and enjoying his company and out of nowhere he just confessed.

"I'm sorry, I can't give you an answer right now" Hina said.

"I understand, I can wait, all I need is 1 chance to prove how serious I am" Yoichi replied.

Hina smiles at him before going back to her home, because Natsuo and Rui are licing together now.

It's a good thing that when she arrived both her mother and step father are busy as she knows that she can't answer them properly for now.

Despite being unable to compose herself Hina still manages to put herself to sleep, but the next morning as she expected she felt awkward upon going to work, though she can still handle her work well whenever she sees Yoichi she gets flustered, Yoichi on the other hand doesn't care, in fact he's approaching Hina even more.

This would happen for days and even weeks, and thus everyone in the office starts to notice Yoichi's actions.

"Say Hina I heard Yoichi-san confessed to you"

"Oh my gosh Hina you should accept Yoichi's confession before someone else takes him away"

"Yoichi-san is hot and handsome and has a good personality shouldn't let this one slide away"

For most of the time Hina is getting the same response from her co workers, and one night she ends up drinking in Masaki's or Marie's bar.

"Marie-san tell me what should I do? Yoichi-san said he loves me, but I don't know what to say" Hina said.

"why don't you like Yoichi-kun?" Marie asked.

"It's not that, I like him I can feel that he's a really genuine guy, and after he confessed to me, I actually felt that he's true to his words, It's just, I wanna think things a lot, considering my past relationships with Shuu-san and Natsuo-kun.

I just don't wanna be that easy to get type of girl, or someone who is quickly to fall in love with a guy." Hina said.

Marie sighs.

"Hina-chan, you shouldn't be so hard on yourself I know you had some troubled relationships but you should always give have the courage to start anew.

Think of it as a business, if you're afraid of bankrupt then nothing will happen am I right?" Marie replied.

With This Hina thanked Marie and went back home, as she thinks of how her relationship with Yoichi will go once she said yes to him.

And so she texted Yoichi and asked if they can meet tomorrow and he immediately said yes, and they met in a park.

"Yoichi-san, what do you like about me?" Hina asked.

"I like everything about you, like I said before, I thought I just find you beautiful, but I've gotten to know you and that's why I've fallen love at you" Yoichi said.

"Are you sure you accept everything about me?" Hina again asked.

Yoichi sighed.

"Hina-san I know myself, I'm not stupid, If I liked you simply because I find you beautiful hot and sexy, then I wouldn't have made my move on you" Yoichi said.

He saw a hotdog stall and since Hina's stomach started to rumble he bought her one and the two ate together.

"To tell you the truth, just like you I've also have fallen in love with a student of mine, and like your brother Natsuo-kun, she likes literature, but things didn't went well, eventually she gave up on me, I focused on Kou whose also a student in my school and I eventually left.

I'm telling you this because aside from I understand how you feel when it comes to falling in love with a student, even in a way, but I wanna tell you that even if that was a mistake and people will rub that mistake in your face, then I will wipe them for you" Yoichi said.

Yoichi's words touched Hina so deeply that she feels like she wants to cry, and while Yoichi was still eating his snack Hina grabbed him in the ends of his jacket.

"I'm giving you only 1 chance you better accept everything from me alright" Hina said.

"You mean?" Yoichi Asked.

Hina nodded.

Yoichi's eyes widen as he quickly hugs Hina.

"I promise you won't regret this" Yoichi said.

Hina's P.O.V

I guess you really don't know what tomorrow is bringing you, after we started dating, the next day Yoichi went and introduced himself to my parents, of course because of my relationship with Tanabe Kengo-san, they have their doubts at first, but Yoichi proved his word and it didn't take that long before he gained their acceptance.

Thanks to Yoichi as well, I've gained some friends in the office, he kept standing up on me and before I know it, some are apologizing and wanting to be friends with me.

But most of all, Yoichi kept his word, he accepted everything on me, even I was judged by people, he was there, it's embarrassing, but when the two of us did it, it was I who initiated the move, he's kind caring, handsome.

Really what can I say?
