Hi everyone! So, it's finally here, 'Hey Arnold: Civil War'. This story is pretty much the climax of this entire series. Don't worry, this story doesn't contain any reference to Captain America: Civil War. Well, at least not a lot lol. To re-cap, this story takes place after my previous four stories. You can see below where each story fits in chronological order:

Helga's Transference

Helga's Confession (fits between chapters 26 and 27 in 'Helga's Transference')

A New Life – First 14 chapters

Arnold's Legacy

Hey Arnold: Civil War

PLEASE NOTE: Although it is not mandatory, I do recommend that you read my previous four stories in order to fully appreciate and better understand what is going on in this story. HOWEVER, in case if that is too much, then I would recommend to the reader to at least read these specific chapters:

All chapters of 'Helga's Confession'

Chapters 13, 30-31 in 'Helga's Transference'

Chapters 16-20 in 'Arnold's Legacy'

Chapters 9, 13-14 in 'A New Life'

Also, here is a small summary:

Helga and the gang started 11th grade. Rodrigo moved into the neighbourhood and joined Helga and everyone else at the same high school. Rodrigo and Helga initially butted heads (no surprise there), then they ended up liking each other. Arnold comes back to visit in March and tries to get back together with Helga, but she says no (Shocker!). She starts dating Rodrigo and things look pretty well for the young couple.

As always, I do not own any of the Hey Arnold! Characters. They are owned by Craig Bartlett and Nickelodeon, except Rodrigo Castile. He was created by me.

Helga waited impatiently at the reception of Dr. Bliss' office for her turn to see her. She grabbed a magazine and attempted to read it, trying to take her mind off from the upcoming ordeal that was about to take place.

Indeed, the news that she was bringing that day was surprising, if not shocking. It is just one more piece of evidence that Helga can easily present to anyone to show just how unfair and unjust life was towards her, just how cold and unloving it really was. Every time she thought she was in the all clear, every time she thought the worst was finally behind her and can embrace the future with a rare sense of optimism, it all goes down the f******* toilet, like it always does.

As she continued waiting, she fidgeted her legs nervously, almost as if she needed to go to the bathroom. But, she didn't need to, nor was this pressure anything biological. It was a purely emotional and psychological tension, one that she was greatly experiencing with outright anger and sharp pain.

A lot had changed since she was a kid. Helga had got rid of her pink and white dress and settled for blue jeans that were often accompanied by shirts or sweaters of various colours, depending on her mood. Her shoes were usually either white or black. She also retained her famous unibrow. Ever since Arnold broke up with Helga and left Hillwood with his parents, the blonde female teen initially resorted to wearing a big blue hat in order to conceal her pink bow; a reminder of her beloved football head. She continued to wear it throughout most of this year, until last March when she made the decision to finally take both the hat and the pink down down in order to demonstrate to Rodrigo that she was now dedicated to them in their relationship.

As a young teenager, Helga began developing a smooth but somewhat curvy body that unfortunately began catching unwanted attention. She was thin, but not enough to be anorexic. Her chest began to grow, but they remained average small.

Finally, after waiting for almost twenty intense and agonizing minutes, she heard the door open. As if on cue, and not waiting for the other patient to even come out, Helga dropped the magazine onto the coffee table and shot up from her chair. She would have ran into Dr. Bliss' office if the patient didn't come out, blocking her way. Thankfully for Helga, the patient merely said thank you and walked out. DR. Bliss came out, put the file of that patient into one metal basket and grabbed another, Helga's file. She looked up and saw Helga, eagerly waiting for her to tell her to come in.

"Helga," Dr. Bliss said with a warm smile, "please come in."

Don't need to tell me twice doc. Helga thought as she raced right into her office and sat down on the patient's chair. Instead of lying, she simply sat down to the side and crouched.

It soon became clear to the Doc that something was wrong. Helga was being very tense and nervous and she seemed eager to tell her what is bothering her.

"How have you been, Helga?" Dr. Bliss warmly asked her.

"Not good doc...not good." She said sadly but eagerly.

"Oh? What happened?" She asked as she went to sit down on her usual chair.

"It's...regarding me and Rodrigo." She said while fidgeting with her hands.

"Did something happen between you too?" She asked as she took out her pen.

"No, not between us." Helga began to explain. "But something did happen. We started out so well together. There were no serious issues between us. Everything wasn't perfect, but it was damn near close! And now..." she stopped mid sentence as she began to seriously scowl. Indeed, it got so serious that an angry tear fell down from her eye. "everything seems to go down the toilet! I've started isolating myself from him."

"I don't understand, Helga." Dr. Bliss said with a worried but confused expression. "Based on what you have been telling me these last few months about your relationship with Rodrigo, things were going so well between you two. You've stated more than once how happy you feel now that you are dating him."

Helga, on the verge of exploding in anger, gathered whatever little strength she had left and said, "Yes! I was, I mean am happy to be with him. He makes me happy! It's not him; it's not his fault. He's a sweet guy. It's me! I'm a wreck!"

Dr. Bliss looked on with a deep sense of worry.

I hope she is not sabotaging her relationship. She thought.

"Helga, why don't we start from the beginning so we can find out what has been going on?" She calmly said to her patient. "Take your time." As she grabbed her coffee mug to take a sip.

After pausing for a moment, Helga took a deep breath and began.

"Ok. Four days ago Arnold unexpectedly showed up in Hillwood and told us he would be staying here for the summer..." she began to say before she heard a splatter and coughing from Dr. Bliss.' direction

The second Helga mentioned the name 'Arnold' and 'Hillwood', the Doc knew instantly what was wrong and how his arrival could affect Helga's relationship with Rodrigo. She was so shocked by this that she choked on her own coffee, causing her to spit it out.

"Uh, you alright Doc?" Helga asked her with a raised eyebrow.

Rodrigo and Helga have only began dating since mid-March. It was now the beginning of July; a mere three and a half months. School had just ended for the summer and every teen was looking forward to the summer vacations, the partying and hanging out with friends, especially after the whole chaotic and stressful scene with Caesar, El and Roger that nearly ripped their high school apart.

Dr. Bliss knew the intricate details of Helga's obsessive love for the football head to know that for him to arrive for the entire summer, so soon into Helga's and Rodrigo's relationship that only just starting blossoming, can have detrimental affected on their relationship. Like Helga, Dr. Bliss was just as shocked by this revelation.

*cough**cough* " I'm so sorry, Helga," *cough* "A drop accidentally went down the wrong tube." Dr. Bliss said as she continued to cough and grabbed a wipe to clean herself. "Just give me a minute please."

"Sure, no problem." She said as she leaned back a bit. "Take your time, Doc." She tauntingly remarked with a smirk on her face.

Even now, during this serious moment in her life, Helga still found ways to squeeze some of her usual sarcastic remarks. It was a safety mechanism for her.

Dr. Bliss heard her smart remark, but she ignored it. She was used to it.

"I'm sorry about, Helga." She said, finally ready to listen again to Helga's story. "Please continue."

"Look Doc," Helga said casually, "we both know that you know me well enough to know that Arnold coming here to Hillwood for the summer is going to make things worse for me and Rodrigo. So let's cut to the chase and think of possible solutions for me to use before I end up doing something that I will regret."

Helga's comment wasn't farfetched. However, seeing the serious state that she was in, Dr. Bliss felt she needed to know as much details as possible. She didn't want to leave anything to chance.

"Well Helga, before I do that, I need to know a few things." She said. "First off, what did you feel when you first saw Arnold?"

"At first, I felt nothing, other than just being completely shocked by his arrival." She said. "Then, all of my feelings, all of my passionate love for him, all of it came flooding back in an instant." She said.

"I see." Dr. Bliss said rather disappointingly. She feared this would happen. "So what exactly did you say to him when you saw him?"

Four days earlier...

School was now over for the summer. Helga, Rodrigo and the rest of the gang had just completed the 11th grade and within a few months, will be starting the 12th grade. However for now, every teen at Hillwood High School sighed a sense of relief and hoped that not only would they be able to relax and have fun, they can also finally put to rest any more thoughts and memories of what happened during the last two months with Caesar, Rodrigo and El and what they tried to do. Everyone was looking forward to just moving on.

The gang was no different. Despite what had happened, especially with Rodrigo's actions, everyone just wanted to move on and they were hoping that this summer would allow them to mend things between the group. To celebrate, the gang decided to hold a baseball game at Gerald's field. Rodrigo attended but opted out from playing. As per his doctor's advice, he was still restricted from playing any games or sports that involved extreme physical contact or exertion.

"C'mon Gerald, hit a home run already!" Helga yelled at him as she impatiently waited for him to hit the ball. She was on first base and was waiting to run to third or even home. Although usually played as the Catcher/Umpire, Helga wanted to bat this time.

Gerald patiently waited for Harold who was the pitcher to throw the ball, readying his bat to take a good swing the second he threw it. Harold, who was looking at Nadine who was the Catcher, gave a few nods and a hand signal. Then he smiled, satisfied with her plan. He then threw a shaky curve ball at Gerald, who missed.

"Strike one!" Yelled Rhonda who acted as the Umpire.

Again, Harold threw the ball again

"Strike two!" Rhonda yelled again.

Helga just groaned and rolled her eyes. "Gerald, c'mon! You can hit one lousy time!"

Gerald just frowned at Helga a bit, but said nothing. He got ready for his final chance. Harold again threw the ball and then,

*smack* Gerald managed to hit the ball, but only just slightly, flying low into the field.

Helga immediately made a dash for second base while the opposing team frantically tried to get the ball. Peapod kid tried to get it, only for him to miss it as he threw himself to the ground to get it. Helga continued to run fast as she passed second base and tried to make it to third. Phoebe ran and just barely managed to grab it, who then quickly threw it at Eugene who was at third base. Helga tried to use all of her strength to reach for safety, but saw to her dismay, the ball pass right in front of her, allowing Eugene to grab it and touch Helga, striking her out.

"Whoa!" Cried Eugene as he went flying. Helga was running so fast that she wasn't able to stop on time and slammed right into Eugene.

"Ugh, damn it!" exclaimed a disappointed Helga, as she got up and grudgingly walked back to the bench where Rodrigo was sitting.

"I'm okay..." Said Eugene as he dizzily tried to get up after the collision and went back to his position.

Helga said nothing as she went and sat down with a pouting facial expression.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk." Rodrigo said to her with a smirk.

"Shut up." She said sternly. "I'll get it next time."

"Guess it's my turn." Said Sid as he got up and went to bat. He grabbed the bat and readied himself for Harold's pitch.

While the gang played, someone was approaching Gerald's field. By the time he turned a corner and saw everyone, Sid was just about to take a swing and with everyone else concentrating on the game, no one noticed the mysterious figure who just leaned on the wall and watched the game.

*smack*

Sid hit the ball but it flew a bit to Sid's left side, right into the path of the mysterious figure. Sid wasted on time and sprinted towards first base. Hoping to see where the ball was and if none of the opposing team had yet grabbed it, he looked towards where the ball flew and just as he did so, instantly stopped running, with more or less than half way to fist base.

"Sid, what are you doing?!" Helga yelled at him, bewildered that he stopped running. "Run!"

But Sid did not budge and just continued to stand there, looking at the mysterious figure with wide open eyes.

Phoebe who saw where the ball was going, instantly ran after it, but just like Sid, stopped instantly when she saw who was watching them.

"Arnold?" She said quietly.

Arnold said nothing and just smiled at her.

"It's Arnold!" Sid happily exclaimed. "Everyone, it's Arnold!"

That prompted everyone to immediately look where Sid was pointing and sure enough, to the astonishment of everyone, they saw Arnold standing there.

"Hi guys!" Arnold happily said as he waved at them.

Despite his years in moving from place to place, Arnold hadn't changed much since his youth. Deep down he was still the same person as he was when he was nine years old. He now wore blue jeans with black shoes, a green T-shirt with a red-striped shirt over it with buttons. His hair was mostly the same. His voice had change, being a bit more masculine since reaching puberty. Due to having reconnected with his long lost parents, he no longer wore his distinctive little blue hat, but has stored it in his room in a box.

The game instantly stopped as everyone, except Helga and Rodrigo, ran up to Arnold to greet. Gripped with a sense of deep shock and unnerve, both teens remained seated and just stared at the scene that was unfolding them; Arnold was back.

"Arnold my man, not that I'm complaining, but what you doing here?" Gerald asked as they did their trademark handshake.

"I'm here to visit everyone for the summer." Arnold explained. "I managed to finally catch up with my school work and after my exams, I decided that I needed a much needed break. I told my parents that I wanted to come back here for the summer rather than help them with their work and they agreed. I'm sorry I didn't tell anyone, but I needed to make sure that I would be able to catch up with my school work and not have to take any summer courses. That, and I wanted to surprise you all."

"Well, we are definitely surprised." Gerald said with a smile. "This has been a really good year for us. You came back to visit us not once, not twice, but three times! Who knew?!"

"Wait a minute, did you say you are here for the ENTIRE summer?" Sid asked.

"Yup, I am." Arnold responded as he continued to hug everyone.

Helga said nothing as she simply swallowed at what she just heard; after waiting for three years, Arnold not only came to visit them, but had extended his stay for an entire season!

"That is just great, great news Arnold!" Exclaimed Peapod Kid.

"I'll say! We have a whole summer to spend time with you! It'll be like old times!" Exclaimed an excited Eugene.

"Indeed, I'm sure it will be a blast!" Said Rhonda.

"Do your grandparents know?" Phoebe asked.

"No. They only knew when I arrived." Arnold said.

"When did you arrive?" Park.

"Just last night." Arnold responded.

"How did you know we were here?" Gerald asked.

"I went to your house and your mom told me that you and everyone were here, so I came here." Arnold explained..

While everyone continued to interrogate Arnold, Rodrigo simply got up and pondered if whether or not he should greet Arnold. Frankly, he wasn't sure if he should be glad that he was here. He actually found it rather suspicious.

Why is he really back? What's his angel? He made almost no attempt to visit everyone for almost three years and yet for some reason, he now has no problem coming to visit us. Why? Rodrigo thought. Could he...no, he couldn't! He couldn't be here to try and get back together with Helga...could he?

A cold sensation went down Rodrigo's spine at the mere thought of it. Whatever his reasons, Rodrigo knew that his visit would not really be greeted well by Helga and he was right. He knew that despite it being three and a half months, her feelings for Arnold have never really disappeared. Although he knew that Arnold would one day return to either visit or remain in Hillwood, he did not expect it to be so soon. It was too soon for that to happen! Helga needed more time to let him go, but Arnold coming here was now ruining that process!

Rodrigo then turned around to see Helga's reaction, but to his surprise, she wasn't at her seat. Actually, she was nowhere to be found! After looking around, Rodrigo saw her walking away from both their friends and Gerald's field, and judging by her walk and physical posture, she looked extremely agitated.

This can't be good...He thought worryingly.

While Arnold was busy talking to everyone, he saw through the corner of his eye Helga walking away from them. He noticed the deep, but sad frown that she had on her face, and realized, a bit disappointingly, if not also sadly, that she wasn't thrilled to see him.

Maybe this wasn't such a good idea...Arnold thought.

Back in the present...

"Just out of nowhere, Arnold just shows up, taking everyone completely by surprise." Helga told her story to Dr. Bliss. "He didn't tell anyone that he was coming, not even his grandparents! When I first saw him, I was in deep shock, but I realized that I wasn't completely romantically hit by his presence like I usually am. You know, the whole love trance and butterflies in your stomach and all that crap. It was only a skipped heartbeat and a slight nudge in my stomach that I initially felt, but nothing serious. It felt weird at first, to not romantically fall hard for him like I usually do, but I thought that this maybe was good news. I thought that...my feelings for him have mostly gone away."

Helga then stopped talking for a second as she let out a small chuckle.

"I even thought that this may be good for me; a test to see just how much I have gotten over him. I figured that, so long as he wasn't staying here for long, I felt confident that I could take it. For a slight second, I thought I was, not quite, but almost over him, that I could tolerate his presence without it jeopardizing my relationship with Rodrigo. That is, until he told us that he would be spending the entire summer in Hillwood with us!" She continued, now with angry snarl. "The second that stupid football head said that, everything that I felt for him, all of the obsessive love and the love trance, the damn monologues, everything! It all just came back in an instant. The blow was so great that I nearly tumbled over. Good thing I was sitting on a bench when that happened."

Dr. Bliss looked on with amazement. She was baffled to see just how in only a few minutes of seeing her beloved football head, she essentially went back to square one. All the years of being single, and especially the three and a half months of being with Rodrigo seemed to have gone out the window, just like that!

"And how does that make you feel; him arriving at this time?" Dr. Bliss asked, trying not to roll her eyes at this most popular therapeutic question. She knew how this is making Helga feel, doi!

"Angry, so so angry!" Helga yelled while she made a serious scowling face right at the mirror in front of her.

"Why did he come back?! Why now?" She rhetorically and angrily snarled. "For over two years he made no serious attempt to come visit us. Heck, he even cancelled a few times because his parents couldn't go with him! The cry baby! And now, when I DON'T want him to come back, when he SHOULDN'T have come back, he does, completely out of nowhere! WHY?!"

"Well Helga, have you asked him that question? What made him come back?" Dr. Bliss calmly asked.

Helga just crouched down and sadly sighed.

"No, I haven't. I'm afraid of asking him." She said softly.

"Why?" The Doc asked.

"Because I'm afraid of what the answer might be. Heck, there's only one possible explanation why he would come back; for me. But I don't want to ask him because I don't want to know. I'm afraid that if I do ask him and if he tells me that is the reason why…I don't think I can resist him again." She explained sadly.

"It took all of my strength and more to say no to him back in March. I'm still surprised I even managed to do it. I…I don't think I can do it again." She continued.

"And what emotion or emotions are you now experiencing when it comes to Rodrigo?" Dr. Bliss asked.

Upon hearing that question, Helga's facial expression completely changed from angry to outright sadness and despair. Tears started developing on her eyes, but only just two managed to fall down her cheeks.

"It makes me feel so, so guilty!" She tearfully blurted out. "Before Arnold arrived, I was able to fully be with Rodrigo. Ok sure, I thought about Arnold every now and then, but compared to how it was before I met Rodrigo, it pales in comparison! But now…I…I can't! I feel so emotionally conflicted that I can't be with Rodrigo and pretend that everything is alright, that I don't still have feelings for someone else. Rodrigo doesn't deserve that! He deserves to be with someone who can give their all…I can't do that for him!" She yelled as she succumbed to the growing pain and guilt and started crying, feeling completely frustrated and helpless with this entire situation had now messed up her already chaotic life.

While Dr. Bliss waited patiently for Helga to regain her composure, she couldn't help but feel a strong sense of sympathy for Helga. Like her, Dr. Bliss had also began to feel just how unfair this world can be towards her and this is just further proof of that. Throughout the time Helga had tried to move on or whenever something finally went her way, something was always there to hinder it or at the very least, complicate it.

After waiting for a minute or two, Helga managed to calm down a bit to continue.

"Helga, what did you do or say to him when you saw him?" She asked him.

Helga merely glared at the mirror facing in front of her and, with a tone that had a mixture of anger, disgust and shame,

"I said nothing to him. I just turned around, walked away and went home." She said. "I didn't even say bye to Rodrigo. I just left him there."

Meanwhile, thirty miles away, at the Washington State Penitentiary...

A man in his 50's was walking down the hallway of the prison that he had been forced to call home for the last seven years. Yet, today was a great day for him; he was being released. As he walked along the hallway, with two guards beside him, he hummed along.

"La, la, la, la. Hm, hm, hm" He sang with a smile on his face.

He hadn't changed much while he was in prison. Although his hair was still black, it now had white hair on his sides above his ears and more white hair in the middle of his head. His physical appearance also remained the same, although he was now more muscular, courtesy on having to work out in order to fend off against would-be attackers.

He was then escorted to a change room, where a plastic bag that contained his old clothes was waiting for him. He wore them on the day of his arrest; an eerily reminder of how a certain football headed kid had robbed him of tasting the sweet juice of revenge. No matter. Today, he will proudly wear it, as it now signified a new beginning, a new start.

Without hesitation, the man put on the suit, combed his hair, all while still humming with a smile on his face and adjusted his tie. Then he proceeded to finally leave this place and put it all behind him, literally.

As the middle-aged man stepped out, he was greeted by a swarm of reporters, all clamoring close to him in order to ask him some obvious questions.

Ah, a welcome greeting! The middle-aged man thought. Just what I need.

"Mr. Von Scheck! Right here, sir!" The reporters all simultaneously called out to him, trying to get his attention so they can ask him their questions.

"Please, please! One at a time!" Alphonse Pierre du Von Sheck called out, raising his hands in order to settle the mob with a pleasant smile on his face. Once they calmed down a bit, he pointed to a reporter, signaling to ask him her question.

"Mr. Von Scheck, how does it feel to be out of prison?" The female reporter asked.

"It feels absolutely fantastic, let me tell you." Von Scheck began to pleasantly answer. "The food here definitely needs some improvement, though. I'll tell you, after having to eat prison food for seven years, that alone was punishment enough." He joked.

"Mr. Von Scheck!" Another reporter called out and raised his hand. Von Scheck pointed at him to ask his question.

"How do you answer to your critics, including those from the neighbourhood that you tried to tear down, about you being released today? What do you have to say to them?"

"I don't think spending seven years in prison will be enough for them to ever regain their faith in me." He said. "Nor do I expect them to. I have spent many years locked up away, being forced to ponder about my past actions and I intend on redeeming myself, not in this prison, but outside, in the community. Out here is where I made my name and it is here where I shall not just earn back their trust, but hopefully their forgiveness, in due time."

"Mr. Von Scheck! What do you intend to do now that you are out?" Another reporter frantically asked her question.

"Well for starters, I believe I need to get a job." He joked with the reporter, prompting some of them to chuckle. "I don't think the taxpayers will be wanting to pay for my meals anymore. So, that will be first order of the day. What kind of job? I have no idea. Thank you!" He said as he began making his way towards the car that was waiting for him.

Meanwhile, at the Castile de la Serna's residence...

"Well, you have heard the words coming right out from Alphonse Pierre du Von Sheck, a man arrested for corruption and illegally attempting to tear down an entire neighbourhood just seven years ago. He was charged and sentenced to initially twelve years in prison for his crimes, but managed to only serve seven years, due to good behaviour. Time will only tell on what Mr. Von Scheck will now do with his life..." The TV stated while Rodrigo, his father Alfonso and his mother Elisa, watched with some concern from their couch.

Since their arrival, Rodrigo was told by his friends and by the residents of the Sunset Arms Boarding House the full story of what Von Scheck tried to do and why they were now very concerned of his release. His parents, although fully aware that this man nearly town down the neighbourhood that they now live in, didn't really have the full details.

"¿Papa, tu pienses que este hombre va intentar a derrumbar este barrio otra vez?" (Dad, do you think this man is going to try and tear down this neighbourhood again?) Rodrigo asked his dad.

"No lo creo, hijo." (I don't think so, son) His father said. "A menos si el está totalmente consumado de venganza, no creo que va intentar hacer lo mismo de lo que fue detenido en el primer lugar." (Unless he is completely consumed by vengeance, I don't think he will try to do what had he was arrested for in the first place.)

Despite his father's assurance, Rodrigo was not so sure. This is the man that tried to tear down their neighbourhood, not for profit, nor because he actually wanted to help, but simply to rectify a family humiliation more than two hundred years ago.

Good thing Arnold came back. Rodrigo thought. That's the only good thing I can say about his return.

Meanwhile at the Sunset Arms boarding house...

Arnold watched, along with his grandparents and all the boarding house residents the same news that practically everyone was watching on TV.

Like Rodrigo, Arnold and the residents were all concerned about Von Scheck being released and would not put it past him if he tried to seek vengeance on their neighbourhood.

"You have got to be kidding me!" Exclaimed Ernie as he slapped his forehead. "What bozo let this psychopath out for 'good behaviour'? What good behaviour?"

"Oohh, this is very concerning, indeed." Phil added. "As much as I don't want to believe it, I have a feeling in my gut that he will try to tear down this neighbourhood again."

"Do you really think so, grandpa?" Arnold asked with worrying eyes.

"Unfortunately so, my boy." Phil answered back sorrowfully. "Well, it is either instinct or that clump of cheese that I ate earlier that is acting my stomach up again." He added, prompting Arnold to just give him a disgusted stare.

"But let's hope for the best and he is a changed man as they said he is." He added.

"Oh don't worry Phil," Oskar Kokoshka said with an optimistic smile. "Arnold is back now, so if that evil man tries to do anything, Arnold will put a stop to him like he did last time, right Arnold?" As he caressed Arnold's hair.

"Well, I mean, I only came here to spend some time with everyone here and with my friends, Mr. Kokoshka." Arnold said shyly. "It's not like I knew this was going to happen, although I can't help but appreciate the irony. I feel we got lucky last time when he stopped him."

"Luck had nothing to do with it, my boy." Phil interjected with a determined tone. "You used your intelligence and your instinct to put away that evil man and I know you can do it again, with our help of course." As he winked at him.

"Well, let's just hope that he won't attempt again to hurt our neighourhood." Arnold said. "Who knows, I mean maybe he has changed and I think we should at least give him a chance."

Back at the Washington State Penitentiary...

While the reporters tried to ask him further questions, Von Scheck politely tried to go through the mob to get to his car. He only answered two more questions before reaching his car, opening the door and getting inside.

Once the door closed, the car immediately started to drive away. Feeling relieved to be going home again, Von Scheck grabbed an empty glass, then a bottle of a forty year old MacCallen, poured some of it into the glass and then took a sip, allowing the delicious taste of the Scotch Whisky to strike at his taste buds.

"Ahh." He said as he sighed with a smile. "Is everything ready?" He then asked.

"Ya boss." Said the man inside the car with him.

"Do you know what time the meeting will happen?" Von Scheck asked as he took another sip.

"Ya boss, we do. Tomorrow at noon, at the FTI building." Said the man.

"Good Nick, good" Said Von Scheck with a smile.

"What do you plan to do, boss? Just show up in there and expect them to listen to you?" He asked with a raised eyebrow

"Ya, pretty much." He said confidently as he shrugged his shoulders. "I mean, after seeing their profits fall for quite some time, I believe they are in a perfect situation for them to listen to just about anyone in order to get them out of the mess that they themselves dug. And just like that Nick, with a few words, I plan on taking back what was taken away from me."

"And then what, boss?" Nick asked him.

"Then, we take our sweet revenge on that godforsaken neighbourhood and that damn football headed kid that screwed it all!" He angrily declared. "I rotted in that prison for seven years, all because of a petty kid and his friends! Not only did I lose everything, but I was humiliated! Do you know what I had to go through in that prison because I was outwitted by a kid?!"

Nick nervously just shook his head.

"I had to make sure to NEVER drop that soap! And now, I am planning on finishing what I've started with that neighbourhood. I'm going to tear it down, brick by brick while I tie that football headed kid to a chair and make him watch!" He continued to angrily and sadistically blare out.

Von Scheck then calmed down, adjusted his hair, took a few cherries from a glass container and put them inside his glass.

"Do our friends at the City council find their new position well suited for their, 'expertise'?" He asked Nick.

"Ya boss. They are very happy indeed and are ready to put your plan into action." Nick said. "Just say the word."

"Life is just a bowl of cherries." He said with a huge smile on his face as he raised his glass, which Nick toasted with his own glass.

"Hehehehehe, Hahahahahaha, HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Von Scheck laughed maniacally as his car drove him right through Hillwood.
