It was a normal day after school. Darla invited Tanya to come over and play.
"Tanis, you're here!" Darla jumped and ran up to her.
"Hi Darla!" Tanya waved and transformed into her mummy form.
"Follow me. I have to show you someone!" Darla said. Tanis followed her over to the Carson's house. Darla rang the doorbell and Phoenix answered it.
"Hi Darla! Is that...A MUMMY?! AHH!" He yelled.
"Guess you shouldn't have changed." Darla shrugged.
"It's okay." Tanis said. They went inside. Then they saw Julie.
"Hi Darla! Who is that?" Julie was really surprised a mummy was there.
"This is Tanis. She's my mummy friend." Darla answered. Julie nodded. She knew Darla was there for Shadow.
"She's upstairs playing with her Talky Tabitha doll." Julie said.
"Talky Tabitha..?" Tanis wondered. They walked upstairs into Shadow and Malachi's room. Shadow was having a tea party with her dolls.
"Hi Shadow." Darla waved. Shadow jumped.
"You scared me!" She hissed. "And you're creepy friend is scary, too!"
"This is Tanis. She's nice." Darla explained.
"Whatever." Shadow rolled her eyes. Darla sat next to Shadow, and Tanis sat next to Darla. Tanis kept staring at the doll while Darla and Shadow were laughing and drinking milk, which was supposed to be tea.
