Author's notes: This is an Alternate Universe set after the quincy war, in this fic. There's less conflict is just more of romantic love triangle of Koneko x Ichigo x Akeno..though some girls might be added in the future.

It's a typical morning for Ichigo Kurosaki, as he goes into class two girls are holding his arm each has his arm, from the right it's Akeno Himejima, the vice president of the occult research club, and Koneko toujou, a member of the occult research club.

"Ara Koneko-chan is it too early for you to be so clingy?" Akeno asked.

"I could say the same thing to you senpai" Koneko answered.

"Oh Koneko-chan, you know I'm feeling dizzy that's why I'm letting Ichigo guide me.

"well I'm also helping Ichigo-senpai so he can guide you properly" Koneko said back.

Ichigo on the other hand just sighed

Flashback.

Ichigo's P.O.V

This happens every time, like Akeno and Koneko are on their way to greet me, in the occult research club where I recently joined they are the ones who I'm most close with so I guess that's why they're too friendly. But I don't wanna sound arrogant but if they got a crush on me they don't need to be so clingy.

Anyway in regard how did I transferred to kuoh is quite a long story.

I was in third year in high school when the Quincies suddenly invaded soul society in hopes to combine soul society, the world of the living and hueco mundo, it was led by Ywach, but thankfully I did defeat him.

It was all over and soul society was saved, however it cost me my school year and thus I was being held out, on the other hand Chad, Orihime and Uryu still managed to graduate because aside from having better grades than I am, my absents are also enough for me to repeat a year.

Of course with that Shunsui felt guilty, but he first asked me if I wanted a seat in the Gotei 13 and I said yes but I want to finish school first, suddenly him and and my old man talked and decided that I should transfer to Kuoh acdemy.

"Ichigo, I heard from captain Kyoraku that Kuoh academy is a great school, I'm sure you'll learn a lot not to mention there's a lot of pretty gir-"

I cut my dad off by punching him in the face, I figured he would say that because the girls are pretty.

Well I don't wanna go to karakura high again, personally I feel embarrassed seeing my teachers again and I'm also curious about this school, so I said yes and decided to spend my final year again in Kuoh.

End of P.O.V

Upon arriving to Kuoh academy Ichigo noticed that he's getting some attention, particularly from girls, then on his way he met someone he knew.

"Koneko!" Ichigo yelled.

"Ichigo-senpai" Koneko said.

And so the two walked together.

"You haven't changed a bit Koneko, you're still cute, how long it has been 3 years? I think?" Ichigo said.

"Ichigo-senpai, you have gotten taller, *whispers and more handsome*" Koneko replied.

"You know when the time you told me that you're a nekomata?" Ichigo asked.

"Yes, even without proof you believed me, that's when we became so close"Koneko answered.

Ichigo scratches his head

"Well I did believe you back then, I believe in you even more, you see back then I'm not much familiar in any supernatural things, I just see ghosts but that's it, but then a lot of things happened and I became a substitute Shinigami..you believe me right?" Ichigo said.

"Yes I do believe Ichigo-senpai's words" Koneko answered.

Ichigo replied with a smile and this made Koneko blush even more.

At Class everyone went to their respective seats and the teacher called Ichigo to introduce himself.

"I'm Ichigo Kurosaki 18 years of age, well because of family problems I was forced to repeat a year, I know it's embarrassing.

"Kurosaki-san you could seat there in front of Himejima-san" the teacher said, and Ichigo just did what she said.

Ichigo was unaware that a lot of girls are attracted to him, and that a lot of guys are jealous at him, when he took his seat, he was greeted by Akeno who was smiling at him, and during the class, he was unaware that Akeno was staring at him.

After class Ichigo was immediately approached by Rias Gremmory a very beuaitful girl with long red hair.

"Ichigo Kurosaki, you should come with me" Rias said.

It turns out that Rias volunteered that she would tour Ichigo around the school, and while the two are walking they caugth the eye of a lot of students.

Some see them as the perfect couple, others are jealous, some are hoping that they could talk to them but the two just did what they did, and at the end of the trip, Rias took Ichigo to the occult club room where he meets the other members where there him and Koneko was surprised to see each other.

"You guys know each other?" Rias asked.

"Yeah since middle school, back then we-" Ichigo was cut by Koneko who grabs him on his uniform.

Ichigo looks at Koneko who feels embarrassed.

"You guys are what?" Rias again asked.

"We spend most of our time together, since Koneko is always alone back then so we got close" Ichgo answered.

"ara ara, that sounds like you guys are a couple" Akeno said.

Ichigo just laughed it off but Koneko blushed even more.

And so Rias introduced Ichigo to the occult research club here's Rias herself as the president Akeno who is the vice president, there's 4 second years named Asia Argiento a sweet girl with long blonde hair, Xenovia Quarta a girl with tomboyish looks who has blue and green hair, Yuuto Kiba a handsome guy with blonde hair and Issei Hyodo a perverted guy with brown hair, and 2 first years Koneko who was Ichigo's childhood friend and Gasper Vladi who is currently absent.

"Ichigo, I guess you're the one that Kyoraku-san talking too" Rias said.

"What do you mean?"

"We were told that a Substitute Shinigami and we were told to invite him once he arrives" Akeno said.

"Don't worry if you're keeping it a secret we won't tell it in fact we also have a secret" Asia said, and everyone revealed their demon wings.

Ichigo scratches his head.

"well I guess in a way I won't feel out of place" Ichigo said.

"That being said everyone here is a member of my peerage except for you, but in exchange what we can give to you is you'll be our club secretary" Rias said.

"But I don't like writing" Ichigo reacted.

"Oh c'mon it's not that hard I promise, I can even teach you how to do it" Akeno said.

For some reasons even though Ichigo is okay to an honorary member he accepted the position, and thus his first day is complete.

End of Flasback

After class, instead of going into the club room, Ichigo went and defeated some hollows and after that he went to his apartment where he lives alone.

In his apartment he's just like any other guy, he cooks, cleans does his homework and sleep, and while sleeping he is thinking.

"Next year I'll graduate and I'll be a squad captain, but right now I'm just relaxing, I live my life normally, I eat, sleep, go to school and fight, pretty much, I'm living a normal life.

It's crazy, just last year I was fighting Aizen and the Quincies, and now I'm living an ordinary life, well if there's one thing this experience is telling me, is that sometimes the simplest problems are the ones that are difficult" Ichigo thought.

He looks at his phone, and it was flooded by selfies of Akeno, and messages of Koneko and he just smiled at them.
