Changing a Fixed Point

I kind of knew something was going to happen even before the 4 of us went on our road trip; the four of us being Rook, Kevin, Gwen and Myself. Rook and I had just restarted the universe and I had the brilliant idea that we should explore it, I didn't realise it at the time but I only had the idea to try and get rid of the feeling which has unknown to me been eating away at me, keeping me awake.

At the time I just thought it was me wondering what threat came next now that I defeated Maltruant, there was always something worse whether it be from Vilgax's drones, to Vilgax himself, From Vilgax to Allegor, from Allegor to Digon, From Digon to Maltruant; there must be someone else, probably some multidimensional threat seeing as I'm dealing with multiple universes now although to be fair I wouldn't be alone if that was the case seeing as I would have Ben 23, Omnitrix wielding Gwen and future me Version 3.

We had gone a space road trip for two months, the max that Gwen got out of college and that Kevin could get off work which was still more that enough time, we ran into so many new planets, old planets, new faces and old faces including Tetrax which was great to see, I had missed him; at least missed my version of him, God the omniverse as Paradox called it made things so confusing!

But the 2 months and flown by and our Roadtrip came to an end like all good things did, And that's where we were now; Standing outside Mr Smoothie's about to say bye to Gwen and Kevin once again. We finished up our smoothies as slowly as possible, all of us trying to draw out saying goodbye, even me and rook were even though neither of us told each other why; we didn't need too. I had see what he bacame in the future and he got a pretty good idea of it, the Majister of the Plumbers, one of the highest honours held by very few people including my grandpa Max.

Unfortunately no matter how much you wish you could slow time down, all things must come to an end and we had all finished our smoothies. Grabbing his and Gwen's bags, Kevin opened up with boot of his car placing them securely in so nothing would be broken, his eyes looking tired; It was obvious that he was tired and it was hard not to see why, he had spent the last two earth days driving home full stop with no sleep because we needed to be back in Bellwood by a certain time.

I looked at my cousin who had just finished giving her goodbyes to Rook, giving him a massive cuddle. She was back to wearing her blue sweater over a White T-Shirt and a pair of dark Blue Jeans without her glasses after me and Kevin told her the look didn't suit her that well, even as a college student; turns out she only dressed that way to make people think she was serious about her being there which was understandable but she had done that and she no longer had to dress in something that she basically dressed in when she was 10.

She turned to face me and gave me a small smile, her red hair flowing back into it's ponytail as I stared at her, embracing her in a giant hug as soon as I made my way over to her. My arms wrapped around hers and hers did the same to me and I held her tight as I said "I'm going to miss you Dweeb" Although I couldn't see it I could tell that she was smiling and said "I'm only going to be a couple hundred miles away Doofus, you can easily turn into Jetray or someone to come and see me, or even drive in your car?"

That's right I had forgot to get Azmuth to fix Jetray's DNA and get him back, bloody hell I could be an idiot at times. I chuckled and said "I still haven't got Jetray or Fasttrack back yet actually" She broke the Hug and started at me like I was crazy and said "SO we went and saw Azmuth on Galvin prime, the home world of the Galvin's and somehow you forgot to mention that some of your alien's DNA was broken?" I shrugged my shoulder and Kevin gave a hearty laugh.

He walked up to me and said "Classic Tennyson" A Tear formed in my left eye, i knew things were about to change between me and Rook, And I wouldn't have either Gwen or Kevin there to be by my side. Kevin noticed and said "Oh don't tear up on us Tennyson" But brought me into a Hug between the two of us and Gwen.

when I finally got let go from Kevin's hug of steel I said "I will try and visit soon Gwen, Kevin you better look after my Cousin" He nodded feeling the scar I had given him, "Don't worry I know what you can do to me if I don't, see you soon bro" The two of them getting into their car and with one final wave of goodbye, Kevin started his Car up and drove down the street hoping to get back before the sun set.

From behind me Rook called out, "Ben are you okay" I turned my head slightly, just enough so that he would only see my fake smile due to the sun as I said "Of Course, I'm Ben 10 so why wouldn't I be okay" Rook looked unconvinced but left it at that thankfully, cause I doubt I could face him knowing what was coming, the end of our partnership.

The next few days ran by and things were extremely awkward between me and Rook, I knew that he had heard from my Grandpa that he was going to start his Majistar training soon but Rook seemed to not want to talk to me about which I was slightly insulted by, I mean we had recreated the multiverse together for Azmuth's sake!

Even when collecting mission from Plumber HQ, I was the one who was doing the most talking which was starting to get on my nerves because I was also having to answer a bloody press interview every five minutes at the moment because I was gone from Earth for 2 months!

But eventually Rook pulled up outside of Grandpa Max's Plumbing store Front, he turned the engine off and slowly turned to face me trying to not look me in the eye which only resulted in me glaring at him. He sighed and said "Ben, I'm sure you have heard chatter among our fellow Plumbers about things concering me and I believe its time I told you in person" So this was it, he was finally telling me...phew.

He rubbed his hands together gently and said "I've been given the great honor of being asked to start the training that would allow me to become the next majister of the Plumbers, I leave for it in 3 days and I don't know how long my Training will be, our partnership officially terminates tomorrow. I have been a coward and I have been unable to talk to you about it for the past few days but I want to know what you think of it?" I wanted to tell him so badly how I didn't want him to leave to do the training to leave me as a solo hero again but I just smiled at him and said "Rook, I've known as long as I've known you that you would one day take over my grandfather's position, It has been an honor to have you be my partner and I can't wait to see what you do even if your are leaving a little bit earlier than I expected"

He looked at me confused and said "Well then I will contact Majister Tennyson and ask him to push back my training" I rested a hand on his shoulder gently and said "Look, If its fate, it is fate" Rook shook his head and said obviously confused "But you said when ever you met your future self the timeline changed and we both met Ben 10K" Now this is where things got confusing, "That is normally the case but since the timewar started, both of us got involved and the rules of time travel started to break down a bit making the lines fuzzy, its why spanner was able to return so many times while keeping the timeline in tact."

Rook nodded like he seemed to understand but I could tell he didn't really and to be honest neither did I but its what Professor Paradox had sort of told me. He looked down at his proto tool and said "Can you help me clear out my living Quarters at Plumber HQ" I nodded a small smile on the face not that the smile reached my eyes. That night I just stared up at the celing of my room, thinking about how once again I was going to be all alone, I really needed more friends. Well I did have friends, just half of them were off world or working, or half way across the globe, okay that didn't mater as much as off world but you got my point.

I sat up from My dark green bed, my body only covered by by pajama bottoms, my toned body free to the wind in the hot summer that we were having, one perk of space that is if we were travelling the temperature was usually slightly cool, grabbing my phone I pulled up random photo's from over the year ranging from when I was 10 to just before the roadtrip; not needing to see the roadtrip as it was fresh in my mind still as it was so recently.

The next day rolled by slowly and soon there was only one day before Rook and I was now helping him pack away all of the items that were in his room, not that it was much seeing as he had never been one to collect much personal items and keep them in his room, usually sending them home, but I knew why he wanted to do it, one final goodbye before he left which I Was not prepared for in the slightest. after a while we packed away the last of his things into the boxes and I turned to face him "SO that's it Rook, your leaving first thing in the morning" He nodded his head slowly and said "Correct, my flight leaves during early earth hours when you will be asleep."

I dragged him into a hug, I don't what was going on with me at the moment with hugs but I was giving them out to everyone. He gasped and said "Ben are you alright it sounds like your crying" He was right, not that I would ever admit that to his face, "Bye Partner, go and Become the best majister in the known omniverse" Before walking out before he could ever see the tears rolling down my face as I stormed to my car i wiped the tears from my face and turned the ignition, driving off as fast as I legally good in Bellwood.

Before I knew it I had reached the edge of Bellwood and was able to take of properly just going faster and faster, allowing the empty roads to take all my emotions, not driving back home until it was nearly back and immediately falling asleep on my bed, tears still in my eyes as I tried not to think about the fact that I was losing another friend.

A Year and 4 months passed and soon mine and Gwen's 18th birthday arrived shortly after Christmas had passed. For once I didn't feel like celebrating though as both Gwen and Kevin were busy and had to phone me last night to wish me a happy birthday because Gwen had a 12 hour lecture to attend today and kevin was needed in because half of the staff at his job had called off sick to spend the holiday's with there families.

Rook was unlikely to phone to wish me a happy birthday, he hadn't last year and I didn't see why things would be any different this year. Then a sudden but light weight appeared on my bed close to my feet, and a very familiar voice called out "I come across half the known Universe to see you and this is the sight I'm treated to" I pushed my eyes open and saw the grey Galvin Azmuth who had created the Omnitrix standing at the foot of my bed.

I pushed myself up trying to sort my hair quickly and said "Azmuth?! What are you doing here, is Galvin prime in trouble?" He shook his small head and said "No no, I'm here to wish you a Happy 18th Birthday and to give you access to the Master Control" My eyes widened in shock and I said to him "Wait I thought you were joking about that when you told me" A Chuckle came from the old but wise Galvin "I do not joke about such things Benjamin, you of all people should know that."

He twisted his tiny wrist and the watch glowed green and he said "Omnitrix override code 12 slash 5" The Omnitrix spoke up "Master access granted to Ben Tennyson" And a small smile appeared on his face and said "Try and not break it, but keep up the good work Ben, you have a bright future" I smiled at him, probably one of my few genuine smiles in the past year and said "Azmuth, thank you for everything, without me finding this watch 8 years ago I would have never got where I am now"

He shook his head as he prepared to head back to Galvin prime "I wouldn't be so sure about that, i think you would have gotten here no matter what" Vanishing in a flash of green light. Staring at the Omnitrix I couldn't help but find myself excited! The previous times I had unlocked Master Control had been temporary but now I had full control over the Omnitrix forever!

But I had nobody to show it too...Rook was in space and like I said 'Kwevin' were busy. Without even knowing what I was doing I reached for my phone and started to dial the number of one of the few people that could bring a smile to my face; Kai Green. After a couple of Rings she picked up and groggily said "Ben...is that you? its like 7 in the morning"

I chuckled and said "Yeah it's me kai, Blame a certain Galvin who woke me up, look I want to show you something and I was wondering if you would like to grab some drinks later tonight in Britain to celebrate my 18th birthday?" She groaned but said "Are you asking me out on a date hero?" A Blush appeared on my face and I started to stutter before I took a couple of deep breaths and said "If you want it to be" She giggled which sounded weird but beautiful coming from her and she said back to me "Okay give me like another two hours sleep and then like another 2 hours to get ready and we can meet up, Where should we meet up"

A grin stood proudly on my face and I said "I will pick you up from the hotel you are staying at, see you in four hours" she told me she would see me in 4 hours before she hang up and I pushed myself up off my bed, maybe this day wouldn't be so bad after all.

2 years later

Kai and I were resting in front of the TV both of us finally having some downtime from both our jobs, well from me saving the world and from her trying to find more artifacts with her Grandad, her head with her long black hair was resting on my shoulder as we watched the cheap ben 10 movie that was made to help the animated TV that was airing; I hated it but Kai loved it and how kiddy it was.

Our little relaxation was interrupted though by a blue Portal that opened up swirling in front of the two of us, standing there Professor Paradox in his entire Steam Punk Attire, I groaned as a I saw him and just asked "What has Eon done this time and why do I have to be the one that fixes it" Professor Paradox twisted his mouth before saying, "It is not Eon Young master tennyson, Malrtuant i mounting up his attacks and the time stream is crumbling" Maltruant? But I beat him 4 years ago?

Kai stepped in as she felt my grip around her wait get tighter "Didn't Ben already beat him" professor Paradox nodded and said "That he did, however this is a time war and while 16 year old Ben may have won the war by besting him that does not mean that the rest of the conflict isn't playing out at the moment, Young mistress Green; Benjamin this is a matter of the most utter importance, you must rejoin the time war mo matter the cost, if we do not weaken Maltruant, you will have never been able to beat him."

Of course not, my grip on Kai let go and i slowly stood up, stretching as I did so. kai stood up at the same time looking at me with determination and said "I will come with you" Professor Paradox shook his head, "As much as you would help keep Master Tennyson under control and be a valuable player in the war you are not yet required in the war Mistress Green, benjamin we must go now"

I turned her around to face me pressing our foreheads together I smiled and said "Look I beat this guy in the past so how hard can he be, I love you with all my heart and soul and I will see you when I return, I will set everything in the world aside for you, if it just means we can spend some time together" I kissed her tears beginning to pour down my face, her hands gently wiping them, "I love you too, now go and get them"I turn back to Paradox nodding at him, slowly walking to the portal completely unaware of the battle I was to face, the time war was beginning again for me.

1 1/2 Years later

I had been pulled into fight Maltruant and his time beasts countless times since the war began anew last year; each battle worse than the last. Blood was rolling down my arms with countless scars across my body I pulled myself to Professor to Paradox to take me home, he rushed over noticing the state that I was in and open a portal, pulling me through bringing Plumber HQ on earth in my time to me.

There were several people in the room, it looked like Kai, Kevin, Gwen and Grandpa Max were there as Professor Paradox called out "Medical Emergency here" Allowing me to lean against him, an arm wrapped around him so I wouldn't fall. Everyone in room noticed our arrival and turned around and kai screamed "Ben!" Kevin and Grandpa Max running over to me and taking me over from, Professor Paradox who vanished into another one of his portals.

We burst into the medical bay, Kai and Gwen clearing space for me to the doctors could look after me as Grandpa Max and Kevin placed me on a hospital bed, Doctors rushing over immediately shoving everyone out including Kai who was the only one I wanted to see at that point. For the next few hours I was in and out as they assessed my Injuries and tried to figure out whether I would need surgery or not, in the end they decided that I just needed some Antibiotics to stop my wounds from getting infected and complete time off saving the world and any kind of plumber business

I ended up falling asleep properly thanks to the medicine and slept for roughly 12 hours. When I did wake up my eyes fluttered open to see everyone standing around me, well everyone bar Rook but I guess that was to be expected seeing as he hadn't contacted me once since he had left for his training. As soonas Kai saw that my eyes were open she rushed to me and hugged me tight making me groan out in pain as she pulled slightly too hard.

But I couldn't help but smile as she did so, and said "I missed you too Kai" She then slapped me which still didn't take the smile of my face as I turned to face the rest of the room seeing my Grandpa Max looking worried "You sacred us Kiddo, you were missing for 3 weeks without any of us knowing where you were, what happened to you?"

I looked down at my hand which Kai was holding gently as if I was frail and said "The Time War, I was on my way to see Gwen and Kevin when Maltruant attacked me destroying my car, I was only able to survive thanks to paradox, I've only been fighting for 3 days but clearly a lot more time has passed here." Gwen ran over tp me hugging me tightly almost knocking Kia over as she did "Don't scare us again doofus"

I held her tight and said back to her, telling her with all my heart "Don't worry, I won't Dweeb" I laid in that Hospital bed for another week doing physio to keep my strength up, Kai never leaving my side once even though everyone else did, Kevin and Gwen had to go back to college but still phoned everyday, Grandpa max was still technically in the building but he had work to do, it got to the extent where kai got a bed right next to mine because she refused to leave.

The week came an end though and it was time for me to head home which was going to be annoying seeing as I had no car, the press were hunting for me because their hadn't been a sighting of me in a month and because I had to deal with my parent's; yeah I was still dealing with my parents at the age of 21...fun I know but they let me stay there rent free and they both liked Kai so I guess I couldn't really complain too much, things could be worse.

kai somehow managed to borrow us a spare Plumber car which was amazing as it meant that we could pretty much fly home which is exactly what we did, arriving home with 10 minutes compared to the normal 30. We parked down on my parents drive way and Kai helped me out the car, my body still in a lot of pain even with a ton of painkillers, We reached the door ad Kai opened the door it creaking as it did so to reveal my two very stern, very cross Parents.

My dad started off first "So where in the name of God have you been, I bet you have been off gallivanting with this woman!" Okay I could tell that Kai really wanted to pull Excalibur our right now and attack my dad so that was very much the wrong thing to say I groaned out and said "I have been in the Hospital Wing at plumber HQ for a week recovering from injuries" My mom then spoke up, "And why Mr smart ass do you have injuries"

Kai then stepped in "Because your son is doing the impossible and fighting a one man war across time and space to save of freaking reality! He is literally fighting in a bloody Time War!" Both of my parents started to back up in fright from Kai, the way she stepped in front of me defenisvly.

The two of them wisley decided to leave the house for the night and kai helped me up to my bedroom which was tidier than it once was; i wasn't leaving it messy now that I had a Girlfriend. Settiling me down on the bed I said "Kai...I think the two of us should get a place of our own soon" She looed at me confused and said "What do you mean Ben?"

Groaning as I pushed myself further onto the bed I said "Well we are both super busy and when we aren't busy we never have any time or space to ourselves. I think weshould buy our own place and I mean we have been dating roughly 4 years, I feel like it's time we try and take things to the next step" her warm hand wrapped around mines as she said "Sounds like a plan".

1 Year later

I got down onto one knee the box pressed firmly in my hands,Kai looking at me confused with Exacliber resting in her hands the dark forest of the planet Endic surrounding us, she asked confused "ben are you okay? did you get injured in that last fight?" I shook my head and said "No, I just realised I needed to do something"

She moved her head back and said "What is this something that is more important than stopping Maltruant from killing everything?" Pushing open half the box and presenting it to her I showed her a Diamond ring made from Diamondhead's own crystals and said to her "This is, Will you marry me Kai Green? and stay beside me through thick and thin and through time war or no time war" Tears started to pour down her face and I closed my eyes waiting for an answer.

Then there was a clang, Exacliber had fallen to the ground then then there was nothing for several seconds and I was about to open my eyes just in case something happened when I felt her lips upon mine, a kiss of true love and true passion and the two of us fell to the rough floor, I closed the ther ring box before it could fall out.

We broke apart both of us gasping for air and she just whispered "yes, I will Marry you Ben...but erm first what about the item?" I snickered ad said "All Maltruant's forces will find is an emty tomb raided long ago" Rasing an eyebrow she asked "And why is that?" Getting up and then heloing her up I said "Because many centuries ago some raiders stole this device and almost tore each other apart. So to stop them from destroying themselves they locked it away in a box and flung the box into a sun which got devoured by a black hole roughly 5 years ago?"

Kai looked around and said "So why are we here then?" I grinned and picked Exacliber off the ground for her and I told her "To throw Maltruant and his forces off the trail. make them think we have it, as you said 2 hours ago the temple is time locked and only open once every one hundred years." She burst out laughing and wiped away a couple of tears and said "I'm never calling you dumb again"

I nudged her and said "I will always be your idot, anyway I think we should get out here, Want the ring here or on the ship" Bang a explosion shook the trees tearing off their leaves and branches leaving them barren and bear. She turned to face me taking excaliber from me "On the ship, let's go!" The two of us started running bsack to our ship, in the distance we could hear angry yells but we knew we were far enoguh away, I had made sure of that so I could propose at the right time.

6 Months Later

Kai rushed from our bed just as the sun was beginging to rise. The light to our flat's bathroom turing on a couple of seconds later followed by the sound of gargaling; a sound I had become familier to the past few days. Pushing myself up from the bed and taking a deep drink of some water that was on my bedside table I started to make my way through to check on her.

As I madee my way to the bathroom I could hear the sound of her vomiting into toilet before hearig her groan in a mixture of frustration and from being fed up. arriving at said bathroom I walked so I was right next to her and began to rub her back gently moving my hand even slower as She puked again. I didn't know what was gaoing on, it could be any manner of things but I did know that I would be by her side no matter what, and thankfully Paradox hadn't appeared in a few weeks which meant I was safe from the time war for at least another month or so.

After maybe 20 minutes of being Sick, Kai finally stopped and I passed her a wet face cloth rubbing her beck gently as she cleaned her face, she was panting a looked sligtly pale but the water made her look slightly more awake. Leaving her for a couple of seconds I went and grabbed her one of our blankets before wrapping her up in it and carrying her to our couch. Sitting down gently I allowed her to lie on top of me and sleep for a couple of hours. I didn't really care that much about saving the world, all that mattered now was her.

After a couple of hours Kai awoke from her sleep and lookrd up at me twirling her hair about gently ahe smiled lightly before streching her arms and she asked in barely a whisper "What time is it?" Reaching for my phne behind me I turne it on and said "11 O'Clock, you have been asleep for about 2 or 3 hours at this point." She groaned and said "I'm sorry for waking you up again Ben, I just..." I put a hand on her belly as she lay on top of me and said "It's fine Kai. something is clearly going on and I'm here with you every step of the way.

She rested her own hand on top of mine "I think i know what it might be but I'm terryfied of what it might be, and terryfied of how it could affect...well us" I gently kissed her cheeck and said "Like I said I will be with you every step of the way" She took a deep breath and said "I think...I think I might be having morning Sickness." Well no duh of course she was...oh hang on a minute.

My eyes widened and she pushed off me slightly and allowed me to swing my legs around before sitting down next to me looking at me concerned, I pushed my hand across my face ad tooka deep breaths and said "you think your pregnant?" She nodded slowly before stating "Everything just sort of adds up, I'm getting a friend to pop a test off later today, she's just going to put it into the post box." She looked at me so worried and I took a couple of deep breaths before wrapping my hand in her's; gently caressing it.

I C\ouldn't ever imagine myself being a dad, even though I know I become one in the future, I had a son but I felt like this was too soon in the timeline for me to hae one...Oh god if it's ture nd she is pregant. what happens? No If she is pregant I would keep her and our child safe no matter what, nothing will happen.

I smiled at her before pulling her into a light hug and said whole Pressing my forehead against hers "If you are Pregnant, I will stand beside you the entire way no matter what weather or not you want to have it and for us to keep it or put up for adoption or to have an abortion...I will be by your side." She pressed her lips against mine and then said "I'm scared, I mean we are only 23 with you turning 24 in a couple of days time, would we even be prepared for a baby? We are in the middle of a Time War for Christ sake"

Kissing ger forehead I told her "If you are preganant then we shall deal with it together, the two of us and we would have support from my Grandpa Max and others" She nodded and snuggeled into me and asked "Trun on the TV why don't ya, while we wait for my friend to pop the test off" Smiling I reached back for the TV remorte which was stone cold and turned on a random movie channel.

We were almost at the end of the movie when we heard a clatter through the mailbox making Kai jump and elbow me in the chin much to my anoyance. Straightning out my jaw I walked over to the door and picked up the parcel which was wrapped carefully written in perfect handwriting. Bringing it over to Kai she looved it over saying "That's Sora's handwriting all right."

Opening up the parcel carefully she pulled out a small box with the words Pregnacy Test and started to read the back instructions. After a couple of minutes she stood up slowly and told me "I'm going to the bathroom, can you bring me a glass of water and then wait in the room for me?" I nodded and made my way over to our small kitchen which was just comfertable for the two of us and grabbed a glass from the cuboarf; filling it with water.

I quickly brought the wtaer through to her before making my way to our bedroom and I sat on the bed and started to wait for her, twidiling with the Omnitrix as I did so. I could have probaly used the Omnitrix to find out weather or not she was pregant...but that wouldn't have felt right in the slightest.

After about 20 minutes she came through with a piece of paper towel clutched in her hand which she placed on her bedside table before coming to sit next to me and leaned her head onto my shoulder "We Wouldn't be half bad parent's would we?" She asked. I didn't want to let her know my fears and how I knew I turned out so I said "I'm sure we will be great parents weather that begins in nine months or much later"

She was breathing slowly, she was clrearly nervous and who could blame her, I couldn't I was in the exact same state as her nervous as all hell but I needed to be strong for what comes next. It was just a whisper that came next "If it's Positive, What gender do you want it to be, I'd probaly want a boy but I would love a girl too"

Just Barley hearing her, I thought it over. Grasping her right hand I said "I think I would like a Girl, i feel like if it was a Boy and he was some what similar to what I was like when I was a kid then I would lose my temper rather quickly, I know 10 year old me drove me crazy when I was 16" I could tell that she had smiled next to me.

We sat in silence for a few minutes before Kai's phone started to buzz slightly. She picked it up and slid it off the creen to stop it buzzing and said "Time to find out...I Do...I don't know if I can do this" Pressing her hand a little tighter to comfert her I said "I'm right here by your side" A small smile graced her lips and she dook a couple of deep breaths before standing up.

As she stood she wobbled slightly but made sure to keep her balance and walked over to her bedside table where she had left the test and brought it back over to the bed, Keeping her eyes away from it the entire time. she sat down and with her free right hand and with her left hand she brought over the test si was between the two of us but flipped over.

She slowly turned it around and on the little slot was two purple lines. She was Pregnant. I was going to be a Dad. We were going to be parents.

The test fell to the fround and I took Kai's other hand. She looked happy ad worried at the same time but I looked further and I saw love. This was the woman I wante to be with, no matter what. i kissed her lips softly and we we broke both of us burst out in grins, tears of joy pouring down our faces.

I know we had both been worried right before the test but we could do anything together and this feels oddly right. She just said "We are going to be Parents, oh wow that is a weird thought,I mean we aren't even married yet!" I chuckled and said "We have a lot to do over the next nine months but I think we can do it"

She said "A wedding, New baby room, Baby stuff, the time war. God that is a lot" I smiled and said "Wedding in June, new house of larger apartment in July and then rest from there on out" She noddedand said "Should we tell anyoe just yet?" I shook my head and said "We will keep it to ourselves for a week then tell Gwen, Sora, Kevin and Grandpa max"

She nodded fursiously before stating "Sounds like a plan, you know what else sounds like a plan? Ordering Pizza and juice" I grinned of course she wanted Pizza and something fizzy. I stood up kissing her forehead once I had done so and told her "Be right back, Want your normal." she nodded and shuffeled back onto her bed and she snuggled into our douve.

Walking out to the main portion of our aparment I grabbed my mobile and started to type in the number for the best pizza joint in Bellwood wehn there was a flash of blue and a familier voice "Ah Young Master Tennyson, how good to see you again." I turned to face the older Man.

With a cold voice I said "Professor Paradox, What do you want" He shook his head probaly wondering why I was so cold to him "My dear boy, I just want to congratulate you, it's always a special occasion to see famalies grow for the first time." paradox Never came just for a social call, ever.

I glared at him and he sighed saying "You know why I'm here Benjamin, you know that your future does not have a child the age of what it would be, I mean they would be 20 by the time you visited the future." So that's why he was here, Staring him down I said "Well the future can change, we have already seen it happen from the original ben 10K to Ultimate Ben 10K, to the current one, I will change the timeline again" My hands turing into fists.

Professor Paradox shook his head dsiapointed but I didn't care, Ha, I had only known I was going to be a dad for 5 minutes and I was already being over protective. Paradox said "You know that's not how it workds Benjamin, due to you being part of the time war the rules that governed time are gone and your tineline all the way up to your final battle with maltruant in the future is a Fixed Point"

I was so ready to punch Paradox right here and right then "Your child will die during the timeline, you must know that Benjamin. Do not let your own personal feeling get in the way. We are in the middle of a war!" I spat on the ground and said "Get out of my house Paradox, and by the way I don't care if it's a Fixed point, I will break it and create a new future away from the War.

Paradox turned sharply around and said "Benjamin, destoryign a fixed point could have disatrious concequences!" Looking right into his eyes I said "Didn't you hear, i don't care and also you said Could...You don't know what would happen do you!" He huffed and dissapeared and I took a dep breath picking up my phone and typing in the number.

Speaking into the phone I said "Hi this is Ben Tennyson I would like to order a 10" Chicken and sweetcorn pizza and a 10"Chicken and Mushroom Pizza along with a Large bottle of Pepsi max and two cans of Red Cola." It was time to start ploting on how to destroy a fixed point in time

6 Months Later

Kai slowly walked down the aisle, her gown shwoing a noticable baby bump which oddly compelteted the dress, her face was hidden from sight but I could tell that she had cut her hair, not that hse hadn't been telling me she would be for the past month anyway.

My heart was racing quicker than XLR8 could run, faster than Jetray could fly. But at the same time it was a danger kind of racing but more of an excited/nervous kind of racing. Excited to start my life with kai properly, not that we need marriage for that it just made it sound offical and it would hav emade her grandfather happy if he had still been around.

Unfortunatly Majister Greenhad passed away a couple of years ago his body finally just giving up on him after years of adventuring. But today was not a day for negative thought like this but Instead for very pasoative thoiughts many of which where going through my head.

Kevin pressed his hand on my shoulder and said "Dude we struck gold...I hope you don't mind but I want to propose to Gwen after the cememory." I gave him a grin and said "We sure did dude, and go ahead you ake Gwen happy. Thanks for being my best man" Keven grinned and said "I would have been hurt if you gadn't asked me"

Grandpa Max was walking Kai up the Aisle and the closer she got the more my heart bet, She looked so beutiful. When she reached me she flipped up the veil and we looked right into each other's eyes, btoh of us tuned out to what max was saying with both of us saying I do when we needed to. I couldn't believe that this was actully happening we were married
