The group was in the woods gathered around a campfire it was time for another meeting of the Midnight Society a club of teens who would meet at night in a secret place in the woods. At the meetings one member would tell the others a scary story.
Tonight, was a special one a member of the Midnight Society was sponsoring a someone new for a possible future membership in the Midnight Society.
"Where's Stig he was supposed to be here with his new friend ten minutes ago?" asked Betty Ann looking at her watch
"Knowing Stig he probably he got them lost." Said Samantha
"Hey, Stig knows his way here." Said Tucker
"And maybe you should factor in how hard it is to lead a person through the woods while that person is blindfolded." Said an unknown female voice
The Midnight society stood up and could see Stig and a blindfolded girl walking right up to the area. The girl was about five feet seven slender build and short black hair she was carrying a backpack.
"Can I remove this stupid blindfold?" asked the girl
"Yes, you may." Said Gary
The girl removed the blindfold she blinked her eyes and looked around first at the group and then at Stig.
"So, this is the little club you thought I would like to join?"
"Yes, everyone this is Stacy, Stacy this is Gary, his brother Tucker, Betty Ann, Samantha, Kiki & Frank."
Stacy gave everyone a silent wave.
"So, Stacy has Stig explained what you are supposed to do?" asked Gary
"Yeah, I'm suppose to tell everyone here a scary story and based on how you all vote I will either get in or I will be voted out."
"Yes, please have a seat." Said Gary
The Midnight Society and Stacy sat on large logs around the fire. Stacy placed her backpack in front of her.
"And remember your story better be scary." Said Frank
"Oh, don't worry by the time I'm done every single person here will be scared."
Stacy took a deep breath.
"Ok my tale begins with a group of teens who once a week would gather in the woods at night in super-secret place in the woods and while in this secret place one member would tell the others a scary story."
"Hold on is your scary story about us?" asked Kiki
Stacy smiled "Do not interrupt it is rude just be patient and listen to the story."
"Now this group had a member let's call him Pig who one day saw this new girl at his school and thought hey I don't know anything about this girl so I shall ask her to join my super-secret club."
The Midnight Society looked at Stig.
"So far not very scary." Said Samantha
"Oh, I'm getting there." Said Stacy
"So finally, the big night came for the girl let's call her Tracy was asked by Pig to join his little story club. So, they set out for secret place but first Pig had to blindfold Tracy so she will not know how to find the secret meeting area."
"Of course, what Pig didn't realize was that even blindfolded Tracy could easily trace her path from his club's secret meeting place to where they had begun their journey."
The members of the Midnight Society looked around at each other uneasily.
"Once there and after her blindfold was removed Tracy was told to tell her scary story. And she began to tell her story which the group found very familiar. Of course what they didn't realize was that Tracy's story was just one big distraction for you see while they were so focused on her story they failed to see what she was doing with her hands in her backpack because they failed to remember one of the most important rules never watch the mouth watch the hands."
The Midnight Society looked at Stacy and could see that her hands were in fact in her backpack.
" So, this group who had chosen to isolate themselves deep in the wood miles from any form of help why they could scream there heads off and nobody would be able to hear them."
The Midnight Society looked at each other uneasily.
"I think you better stop your story." Said Gary
"Oh, I can't stop my story we are nowhere near the end of it besides we are almost to the scary part." Said Stacy
And with that she pulled out from her backpack a semi-automatic pistol with a silencer attachment. The Midnight Society grew concerned and frightened and began to stand up.
"Do not move." Said Stacy
The Midnight Society resumed their seats and wondered where this night was going.
"Now the story is over, and it is time for the real fun to begin." Said Stacy
"What kind of fun?" asked Kiki
"My kind of fun." Said Stacy
She looked at her gun.
"You know I grew up around guns was taught by my father to use them ever since I was two years old, I'm a crack shot with both handguns and rifles he also taught me how to hunt and track my prey."
"Okay enough is enough put away that toy gun and let us leave." Said Frank angrily
Stacy squeezed the trigger and bullet shot out and hit the log right between Frank's legs.
"This is no toy." Said Stacy
"Now as I said it is time for the fun to begin everybody stand up." Ordered Stacy
The Midnight Society hesitantly stood up and looked at Stacy.
"Good, now strip."
"What?" asked Betty Ann
"You heard me I want everyone of you to take off every article of clothing including shoes."
"Why do we have to take off our clothes?" asked Tucker
"Simple prey does not wear clothes." Said Stacy
Frank finally had enough of Stacy and her insanity.
"Forget you I will not take my clothes off just because you told me to."
The others waited to see what Stacy would do.
Stacy smiled "Hey if you want to remain dressed you are perfectly free to remain dressed."
Frank and the others looked relived maybe this whole thing was some kind of elaborate prank that Stacy was trying to pull.
"Just like I'm free to do this."
Stacy pulled the trigger and this time the bullet hit Frank square middle in his forehead a clean entry hole and the back of his skull exploded covering the other members with blood and brains they screamed as Frank dropped to the ground dead.
"Now is anybody else going to argue with me about getting undressed?"
The Midnight Society could not answer they were in shock they had never seen anybody killed before.
"Do not make me repeat myself." Said Stacy in a loud voice
Slowly the remaining members of the Midnight Society took off their clothes trying very hard not to look at each other.
"Okay now what?" asked Gary in a shaky voice
Stacy smiled an evil smile
"Now we begin the scariest night of your entire lives."
