AN: This a request/collab I am doing with CLake and it is a 'What If?' rewrite of Dinotrux Supercharged Season Episode 5 'Part Kart' only Skya finds Pounder instead of Fryttz. This is a redemption story and will certainly be intersting to do. I will upload and edit this in parts as I am working on over projects.

Prong and Horn knew they were lucky to still be moving, as was Chloe, a dozeratops who had taken to hanging out with them. That was small wonder as with the D brothers and their crew running the Crater things were far from what they used to be. Parts fell from all three of them as they rolled along. They were also lucky that Boltz had found them and was leading them to the only group of trux, and tools, who could help them now.
Ty was just finishing a mouthful of ore when he heard the grinding and clanking coming from behind him. He, Sky, Dozer, Ton-Ton Revvit, Waldo, Click-Clack, Blue Diamond, Ronto and Boltz had come into the crater and were snagging a quick snack. Boltz had gone off to see if he could find any trux that need help and to see where the Ferocious Five were and what they were doing.
They turned around to meet Blotz and the three disheveled trux as did the others. "Hey, you guys okay?" He got no verbal response as Prong and Horn stopped but Brun simply collapsed on the ground with a loud clang. "Doesn't look like it," Dozer stated looking at the trio, "You can say that again," Blue Diamond agreed with her mate. "Lucky to run into Blotz, can you fix us?" Horn asked.
"Happy to help," the red t-trux replied. "Black Gold, D-Structs, D-Stroy, Maul and Craku happened," said Chloe. "Crater's not safe anymore." Skya raised her head up to look out over the Flatirons to see if the aforementioned were any were sight. "Looks like the Ferocious Five didn't see you, we're in the clear" she reported. "Thank you Skya," said Revvit as he, Waldo and Click-Clack appeared in front of the trux, "Good work."
The orange craneasaur smiled, "That's what I do," she replied before her hook shot from her mouth and latched itself around the railing on Prong's tail before she lifted him up. "Hoh! Hey! Thanks for looking out," said Waldo as she set the damaged dozeratops down in front of him. "Heh, you got," Skya replied. "Eh could somebody . . ." began Revvit as he pointed a toe at a spring that had come loose from Prong's left hind tread foot.
"Got it!" Skya said as she swung her hook to catch the spring, hook it and slide it into it's original place in one swift motion, "Welcome," she said. "Uh, it's kinda . . ." began Click-Clack, who was underneath Horn, before Skya quickly hooked the dozeratops behind his blade and lifted him up ". . . N-not dark at all! Heh heh, thanks" he said before turning around to screw in a loose bolt with his tail. "Wow Skya, er you're on top of everything today, I bet you could even make the repairs fors us," he commented as she lowered Horn back down.
"Nah, I'll let you reptools have it," she replied. Dozer and Ronto chuckled, "She just doesn't like doing stuff she knows she's not good at," he said. "Yep," agreed Ronto as Skya came up to them. She let out an indignant "Hmm!" before turning away. Meanwhile Waldo had finished tightening up a bolt on Prong's right front tread foot. "Didn't have all the parts we needed, but we did the best we could," he concluded before following after the other three reptools. "Stay outta trouble," Ty said as the three newly repaired trux turned and headed off.
Later the group arrived back at the base where they were greeted by Wratchit, Sofia, Leona, Swipe and Rose. As they entered Ty spoke up, "Good thing we ran into those trux out there," "Yes," agreed Revvit, who was in his normal perch on top of the red t-trux's head. "Although I feel bad that we were not fully able to make the repairs those trux needed," he admitted sadly. "Not your fault," Sofia said, feelingly, "myself, Wratchit, Leona, and Zip used to have the same problem back before the day we first met you guys."
"Best day of our lives," Wratchit whispered to Sofia and both giggled, a strange sound to hear from the blue wrenchtool who normally matched Waldo in personality. "Very funny," said Leona. "You admitted it too," they both said together.
"Only way we're gonna be able to fully trux, is bringing 'em back to base," said Waldo walking forward with Click-Clack to stand beside them in front of Ty and Revvit. Dozer, who was eating ore, finished a mouthful and turned around, "And lead Black Gold, D-Structs, D-Stroy, Maul and Craku right too it? No thanks," and went back to eating. "I agree with Dozer," said Swipe, "on their own we might be able to beat them but with the Dreadtrux, noooo thank you."
Ty turned away "Huh what if?" he ventured, rolling over to the sheet of glass they used for drawing out plans. "Instead of bringing trux back to the base, we bring the base to them . . ." he said, lowering his head to allow Revvit to hop off. ". . . so we can make full repairs out in the field!" finished Revvit. "Yes!" exclaimed Ty. "What if we put the base on wheels," he went on "Fully stocked and loaded," "With everything we need," "And a fold out enclosure to protect us while we work," went on Revvit as the other reptools climbed up onto the table.
"If we're striking at Black Gold, D-Structs, D-Stroy, Maul and Craku and sneaking away, we can do the same with our repairs," Ty concluded. "A quick-acting, fully stocked mobile repair unit," said Revvit, finishing off his sketch. "Great idea Revvie!" said Wratchit nuzzling him happily making him smile even more. "Great Rev," went on Ty, "but, can we think of a better name," he said. "Ton-Ton's Awesome Dude Wheels Thing!" voted the blue ankylodump who had been watching from above. Ty gave him a look. "No? Okay, well then you name the Part Kart," he said.
The red t-trux grinned, "Part Kart!" he declared. "Works for me," "And me," agreed Blue Diamond. Ty turned around. "Let's trux it up!"
