Hey This fanfic is an idea I got from watching both the K project and Fate / Apocrypha

After the Fifth Holy Grail, the Holy grail was destroyed everyone had believed fighting between Heroic Spirits would be over
But, the Holy grail would soon return, but not its original form, it had separated into seven different holy grails corresponding to the seven class of servents, to seven different masters
The Yellow Grail of Saber
The Red Grail of Berserker
The Blue Grail of Archer
The Orange Grail of Lancer
The Green Grail of Rider
The Purple Grail of Caster
The Black Grail of Assassin
This caused a commotion to both the Church and Mage's Association, they did not do what these grails could, until the one and only Wizard Marshal, Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg came to clear some questions. He examined one of these grails and saw the potential in them. He states these seven grails would be able to enhance the magic of the master from borrowing from the grail and the master could be able to summon servants, each from the seven different classes, he or she could pass those servants to those who swear fealty to them and become a member of their clan.
But, the major flaw to the grails was if the master were to use the power of the grail too much it would begin to crack and unstabilized. Finally, the grail would be destroyed and release a tremendous amount of unstable mana causing mass amounts of destruction throughout the surrounding area.
He then went on explaining when a master is killed or destroyed by the grail, it would go and find a master, even if it takes days, months or years it would find a master.
After, explaining about the grails he then gave a smile, saying he was excited about the battles to come.
This made the two organizations be uneasy on how to handle this information, fearing that the masters would somehow overwhelm them. But, one of the known masters, the yellow grail saber, Waver Velvet, to suggest a plan.
He would invite the other master to a neutral area with the help of the Church and Mage's Association, to set regulations with the other masters in order to be peaceful. The other grail master came to discuss among each to set rules for them to follow.
After a debate with one other, they somewhat came to an agreement, that each master would allow doing what they pleased with their grail and servants, but except for destroying The Church or Mage's Association or world domination. These fights among masters should be away from the public. If a master grail is about to be destroyed they should be killed to prevent its destructive power from being released.
But, words on a paper and one's own ideals are two different concept
The first Red Grail Master, went through a rampage throughout England to gain more power, which caused the first Blue Grail Master and some other master to face off with the ramping master.
During the battle, the Red Grail master's grail was destroyed and released a large amount of destructive energy devastating Herne Bay to a burn pile of ash, it took out the Blue Grail master and some of the other masters.
This became the Herne Bay Incident. The Church and Mage's Association made it look like a terrorist attack. Both organizations would be more prepare next time to prevent an accident of the magnitude to happen once again.
