Welcome back home
It was Hogwarts class of 1998 and a reunion with its fellow graduates.
The war was ended in '98 the day Violet Potter had defeated Voldemort.
She had a six year old son James Sirius Potter and was about to apperate to Hogwarts with him. Her boyfriend and James' father had died a week before she found out she was pregnant.
That father would be Fred Weasley. Being a Weasley they agreed that she could continue the Potter family because she's an only child, last living family member and a female.
"Come on James, we're late." she said.
"Coming mommy!" James said.
He had black messy hair and green eyes like her.
Then he stood next to her and took her hand.
"Ready?" she asked smiling.
He nodded.
"Yup!"
"Let's go then."
Then they apperated to Hogwarts.
When they got to Hogsmead they headed to school.
When they got there she opened the door and everyone looked at her smiling.
"Vi!" Ron and Hermione said together and gave her a hug.
"Hey guys. How you doing?" she asked smiling.
"Not bad. You?" Ron said.
She shrugged.
"Not bad. Just work and taking care of James."
"Hi auntie Hermione, uncle Ron. Hi Rose, Hulgo." James said.
"Hi James." Hermione said.
"Alright kiddo, why don't you go play with the others?" Violet said.
"Ok! Come on guys!" James said.
They smiled and said hello to their former professors and school friends.
Violet, Ron, Hermione and Draco had become friends over the years at work.
She had talked to Minerva a few weeks ago and said they needed a new Defense Against the Dark Arts soon and Violet promised to teach when James comes in five years.
She told the current professor to work for a few more years and then he can retire. He agreed to wait a few more years.
A few hours later she was talking to Draco when the kids came.
James, Hulgo, Rose and Scorpius were close friends and both their parents were fine with that.
"Will you sing for me and them to hear your pretty voice?" James said.
Violet sighed and nodded.
"What do you want today?"
"You pick." he said.
She smiled and started.
"I can hear you
But I won't.
Nobody but James had ever heard her sing. So they were surprised at how well she was.
Some look for trouble
She looked at Ron and Hermione slyly for all the trouble they did for seven years of school.
Ron and Hermione smirked at that while the others and professors shook their head.
The kids were confused.
While others don't.
She looked at everyone else.
There are a thousand reasons I should go about my day
And ignore your whispers which I wish would go away, oh
"Like everyone in town after defeating Voldemort ten years ago." she said.
You're not a voice
She remembered the connection she had with Voldemort.
You're just a ringing in my ear
'Violet' she heard.
And if I heard you,
She thought about what she would hear fifth year and seventh year.
which I don't
I'm spoken for, I fear
"Because I defeated him."
"And all the trouble we were in at school." Hermione said.
That got them to laugh and then she continued.
Everyone I've ever loved is here within these walls
She looked at James and then her friends.
I'm sorry, secret sirens, but I'm blocking out your call.
She thought about how much she kept from them all.
I've had my adventure
"To many in my opinion." Hermione said.
Ron nodded in agreement.
She looked for her wand.
I don't need something new
"Aside from, we certainly don't." Violet said and pointed it and everyone was confused.
I'm afraid of what I'm risking if I follow you
Then she thought about all the fun she had with her friends and 'family' and made a strong patronus with a doe going around.
Into the unknown
The doe started to go around and everyone was looking around at it.
The professors were surprised she could make one that strong.

Then it was gone.
What do you want?
'Cause you've been keeping me awake
She rubbed her scar thinking about how many times she was woken up from it when he came back.
Are you here to distract me?
"Voldemort certainly did with that connection we had." she said.
So I make a big mistake?
She took the memories of all the trouble she, Ron and Hermione got into all seven years.
Everyone looked at them and saw what they did all those years.
Or are you someone out there who's a little bit like me?
She smiled at everyone because they were all witches and wizards.
Then she put the memories back and snapped with pictures everywhere.
Who knows deep down I'm not where I meant to be
"Now I am." she said.
Every day's a little harder
She thought about everything she grew up with and her school history.
As I feel my power grow
She put her wand down and took out her hand.
Don't you know there's part of me that longs to go...
She let out magic go around and lights come.
Everyone looked at her in shock at how strong she is.
Into the unknown
Then she made a doe, dog and otter come.

They walked around and to their patronus makers.
Into the unknown
She made a picture of the Chamber of Secrets then the Room of Requirements.
Oh, are you out there? Do you know me?
She looked at everyone smiling.
Can you feel me? Can you show me?
She could feel her core having her family in her.

She looked at Ron and Hermione.
Oh, oh (Oh, oh)
They looked back at her smiling.
Oh, oh (Oh, oh)
She waved them to go over to her while she sang and they did as told.
Oh, oh (Oh, oh)
They took each other's hand.
Where are you going? Don't leave me alone
"We never will. Where you go, we go." Hermione said.
"She's right. You're my little sister, a Weasley. And the Weasley's stick together." Ron said.
How do I follow you into the unknown?
Then she finished and they gave each other a hug.
James went and hopped on her when they let go and she put him on her hip.
"How was that?"
"Awesome! Did you do those things when you were here?"
She looked at Ron and Hermione then James.
"Yup. We did it every year. Year one to seven we did things. I don't think our professors liked though."
That got Ron and Hermione to look at her slyly and Professors to shake their heads.
"Don't even think about it though. Or you're grounded until you finish school." she said.
He nodded.
"And please don't take after your father or grandpa. Alright?"
He nodded smiling.
"Okey dokie!" he said and saluted.
"Good."
Then she gave him a kiss.
An hour later they were saying goodbye and heading home.
"See you later Violet." Hermione said.
"Yeah, see you later." she said.
Then they gave each other a hug and headed home.
