Hello, My name is Katherine Praisy or KP for short. I'm 24 and I graduated School early with my full PHD in psychology and minor in Health Care for the mentally ill. I live in a small two story appartment complex in the narrows. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open living room
I have dark hair that goes to blonde at the ends, blue eyes and am only 5' 3" tall. I know laugh it up im a short ass, I laugh at myself all the time. But currently I'm job browsing in the local Gotham paper.
As I'm going through it my cat Sally jumps up and wipes it out. She's a small brown and white cat with black broken stripes. She looks at me innocently from the floor and meows at me.
"Come here Kitten" i say to her she's almost 2 years old but she's still small like a young kitten. She jumps up on my lap for attention and cuddles, after i give her some cuddles and treats she goes into my bedroom for a nap.
I bend over to pick up the paper and see the ad for a psychiatrist wanted at Arkham Asylum. I see the phone number and give it a call and I hear a sweet voice awnser at the other end of the phone.
"This is Arkham Asylum, how can I help ypu today?" I hesitated for a second "I was calling to enquire about a job I seen in the paper" I awnsered her with confidence. "Oh the psychiatrist position?" she asked with hestitation.
"Yes that position, I was wondering if it was still available as I just graduated and am looking for a job" I responded, she took a moment to awnser than she responded with a cheery tone "Yes it is I can also get you an interview right away with Dr.Arkham"
"Yes please I would love that is Monday at 9am available?" I asked excited about the prospect of my first job as a psychiatrist. "I just looked at Dr.Arkham's Schedule and yes it's available I'll pen you in right away may I have your name?".
I thought and was embarrassed I never thought to give her my name "Yes its Katherine Praisy". She comes back on after I hear some scratching. "Perfect your all set for your interview have a nice day" with that she hung up.
I did a happy dance so excited for my job interview on monday. I went over to my calendar and wrote the time on it. Than i went over and did my few dishes from supper time.
I went into my bedroom and got ready for bed changing into a cotton candy pink night gown. I flipped back my black comforter with blue sheets. Hoping for sweet nightmares to find me in my sleep.
