I was talking to DrDragster688 on Deviantart and he kept asking me about my Fluttershy's Mansion 3 story. Which is on hold because of my lack of interest in Luigi's Mansion at the time. I am trying to get back into it and he asks me about having Daisy appear in that story. Now I heard of many people asking for Daisy to show up in games other than spin-offs. So as means to get me back into Luigi's Mansion and hopefully start Fluttershy's Mansion 3 again, I thought why not rewrite all three Luigi's Mansion games starting Luigi and the Tomboy Princess herself, Daisy! Luigi and Daisy are my second favorite pairing of the Mario Series. Mario and Peach are my first. Now that this is a rewrite of Luigi's Mansion, it will be short maybe around four to five chapters, due to how short the game is. But I'll try to make it different than the game since Daisy is part of the story. She may not be easily scared like Luigi, but that doesn't mean there were be a few surprises that scare her like Luigi. Okay, in the words of the Mario Bros, Here We Go!

It was dark and gloomy as Luigi Mario walk through the woods scare out of his wits. He could hear the crow's caw around him. He was trying to be brave as he wasn't alone. Next to him, walking like it was just a stroll around the park was his girlfriend and Princess of Sarasaland, Daisy. You see, a few days ago Luigi got a letter in the mail saying he won a free mansion for a contest. There was just one problem, Luigi didn't recall entering any contest, let alone one with a free Mansion. He ends up showing his brother Mario and Princess Peach Toadstool the later and they both agree to check it out. About two days later, Daisy came over for a visit and heard bout Luigi winning a mansion. It wasn't long before Toadworth appear and inform Luigi that both Mario and the Princess haven't returned and was growing quite worried about them. So Luigi grabs his flashlight and took the map he got and when off to find them. Daisy follows after him, saying that she wasn't going to let anyone hurt Peach or Mario. Toadworth try to stop her, but Daisy didn't listen.

And now here they were, walking through the woods with the only light being Luigi's flashlight.

"Are you sure we're going the right way, Luigi?" Daisy asked.

"I-I-I think so. Let me check the map." Luigi shutter and pull the map out.

"According to the map, we should be right..." Luigi said and lookup.

"Here."

Daisy looks as well and the two were surprised to see the mansion. It was nothing like the picture. It looks old and worn down as if it was met to tear down instead of being uses in a contest.

"Wow, what a dump. Well, I guess we can fix it up." Daisy said and started to walk towards it.

Luigi gulps and started to follow Daisy only to hear the sound of thunder that made him jump into Daisy's arms.

"Luigi, it's just thunder," Daisy said rolling her eyes.

"Huh? Oh, right. I knew that." Luigi chuckled and got out of Daisy's arms.

Daisy smiles and started to walk towards the Mansion again. They walk past the gate and up the steps towards the door.

"Luigi, come on," Daisy said seeing how slow he was climbing.

"I don't like this Daisy, maybe we should come back later?" Luigi told her.

"The map leads us here and we need to find Mario and Peach. Might as well take a look around." Daisy reminds him.

Luigi sighs and walks up the steps a bit faster. Once the reach the door, Luigi opens it and slowly peeks his head in.

"Hello?"

The two enter the mansion and knew they were in the Foyer. But the room dark and Luigi couldn't help but feel cold.

"Wow, roomy," Daisy said unimpressed.

"And cold. Let's find Mario and Peach and get out of here." Luigi shiver.

The two started to search over the Foyer, but couldn't find anything other than two lock doors.

"Well, this stinks." Daisy groans.

Luigi could tell Daisy was upset and knew what he needed to do.

"Maybe we can find a key outside?" He brought up.

"Sounds like our best bet." Daisy sighs.

The Plumber and the Princess walk back downstairs and headed for the door when Luigi's flashlight suddenly turns off.

"Huh? But I just put fresh new batteries in." Luigi said.

"Maybe they the cheep kind?" Daisy asked.

Luigi turns to answer her, but he caught sometime in the corner of his eye and turn to look at it.

"Luigi? Are you okay?" Daisy asked, seeing Luigi shake in fright.

She follows Luigi's line of sight and was shocked to see an orange mist floating in the air. They heard something drop and watch as the orange mist flew up to the double doors and disappear into it. Once the mist was gone, Luigi's flashlight turns back on and he shines it to the floor where the mist drops something.

"Is that...a key?" Daisy asked.

Luigi walks over and picks it up. He looks at the key and looks back up at the double doors. Daisy steps up and took the key out of Luigi's hand and started to head up towards the double doors.

"Daisy, wait!" Luigi calls out and rushes after her.

Luigi made it to the doors and saw that Daisy already unlocks it.

"Daisy, we don't know what that mist was or what's behind the door," Luigi told her.

"Stop being a baby Luigi. We got no other choice. Don't you want to find Mario?" Daisy told him.

Luigi sighs and nods. Daisy opens the door and the two walk-ins. Once more Luigi's flashlight turns off on its own, leaving them in the dark.

"I think you need to check your batteries," Daisy said.

Luigi could only nod before starting to walk forward. He didn't get very far when some appear in front of him.

"G-G-G-G-GHOST!" He screams.

Daisy turns and saw the ghost as well. Luigi backs away before the ghost suddenly grab it head. They look behind the ghost to see a scientist using some kind of vacuum cleaner to... suck up the ghost? The ghost started to fight back and the scientist pulls back as hard as he could. Sadly the ghost started to drag the scientist around before it turns and threw an uppercut that knocks the scientist away. The Ghost laughs and disappears. Luigi and Daisy both rush over to make sure he was alright.

"Ouch... Ooof... I sure take a lot of knocks in this line of work. I'm getting too old for this ghost-catching tomfoolery." He said before looking up.

"Anyway, nice to meet you. I'm Professor E. Gadd. This house... I swear it seems to have more ghosts every day!" He added.

"G-g-g-ghost?!" Luigi asked scare.

"But why are there...?" Daisy asked, confuse.

"What's are two young fellers like you doing around here, anyhow?" E. Gadd asked, nothing hearing them.

Before Daisy and Luigi could explain themselves, the same ghost returns only this time there were two more.

"Uh-oh! This looks ugly. All right, youngsters, look lively! Follow me, posthaste!" E. Gadd said.

Daisy was about to speak up, but Luigi grabs her hand and ran out of the Mansion.

Later...

After entering a worn-down shack, E. Gadd took them to a lab that was hidden below and soon asked for their names.

"So your name's Luigi? And your Princess Daisy?" E. Gadd said.

"Yeah." Luigi nodded as Daisy look a bit upset.

"I think our paths were destined to cross. Well met, Luigi, Princess Daisy." E. Gadd said.

"Um, Professor? Where are we?" Luigi asked.

"Hmm? Where's this, you ask? Why these cozy quarters are where I do my ghost-studying. Professor E. Gadd's Ghost research laboratory! The Lab, if you're of a shortening mind." E. Gadd told them before asking why they were at the mansion.

Luigi explains why they were there and Daisy looks over at the vacuum and notices a second one next to it.

"You won this mansion in a contest you didn't even enter? Sounds pretty fishy to me... So, you believe the mansion actually exists, then... Strange. I've been living here since I was a lad of twenty or so, and I'll tell you: that mansion appeared just a few days ago!" E. Gadd explains.

"WHAT?!" Luigi and Daisy shouted in surprise.

"The spirits have fooled you! I don't know if it's a dream, an illusion, or what-all, but I sure wouldn't too happy winning a haunted house!" E. Gadd said.

"The contest wasn't real?!" Luigi asked.

"The whole thing was fake?!" Daisy also asked.

"Now that I get a look at you two, I just recalled... A guy with a red hat kind of like yours and girl in a pink dress went up to the mansion without even stopping to chat...and they never returned. Were they a dream, too?" E. Gadd asked.

"Wait, Red hat? That's my brother Mario!" Luigi shouted.

"And Girl in a pink dress? That sounds like Peach!" Daisy said, shock.

"What? That guy was your brother? And did you say Peach? As in Princess Peach?!" E. Gadd said surprise.

The two nodded and started to look worried.

"Oh no! That's horrible! They wouldn't stand against those ghosts without my help! You have to go after them!" He said surprising Luigi and Daisy.

"WHAT?!" Luigi shouted.

He didn't want to go back back to the mansion, not after getting away from the ghost last time.

"Here's the plan: I'll teach you both to deal with ghosts so you can rescue your brother, Luigi. That's the vacuum cleaner I engineered to catch ghosts. I call it...this is genius... the Poltergust 3000!" E. Gadd told them.

"And why do you have two?" Daisy asked.

"Well, I had extra parts laying around and since I have a habit of losing things, I build a second Poltergust." E. Gadd explains before hopping off his chair.

He hands both the Plumber and the Princess the Poltergusts and leads them to a room that had a few holes on the floor. He shut them in, making Luigi freak out and try to find an away to open the door.

"Luigi, calm down," Daisy said though she was wondering he locks them in.

"No matter how strong you think your brother or the princess is... Ghosts are mysterious begins... They can't be caught using conventional means. So you'd better use this! It's the only way to foil 'em! This is the only thing they fear! Or something to that effect..." E. Gadd explains.

Luigi sighs as he and Daisy put the Poltergusts on their backs and grab the hose. They also notice that the top hose turns into a flashlight.

"Ahem! Well, how's about we start your training? Ghosts seem to like darkness, and they avoid the light. So if you hit 'em with a flashlight beam all of a sudden, you can stun 'em momentarily! Then it's vacuuming time! Just give it a try. You'll learn more that way than just listening to me yap about it. Remember, as soon as you see a ghost's heart, that's your chance to vacuum 'em up! When that surprised ghost's heart appears, vacuum it with. You have to get as close as you can before flashing the light. Surprise 'em with the light when they get close! Pow! Pow! The more, the better!" E. Gadd explains.

"Alright! I'm ready to suck up some ghosts!" Daisy cheer.

Luigi just gulps.

The lights turn off and some holes open and saw some of the same ghosts from the mansion appear. Daisy smirk and ready her flashlight.

"Come and get me, you dumb ghosts!" Daisy taunted.

Daisy waited until the got close and turn on her flashlight, stunning the ghosts. She quickly switches to the vacuum hose and started to suck them up. Daisy was nearly pulled off her feet when the ghost started to fight back, but she quickly caught herself and started to fight back. She soon caught them and watch them get sucked into the Poltergust.

"Oh yeah! I'm the best!" Daisy cheer.

Luigi couldn't help but smile at that. That was something he loves about Daisy. No matter what happens, Daisy always tries to have a smile on her face.

"Nice Work, Princess Daisy." E. Gadd said.

Daisy just smiles.

"Now let's see you handle this amount." E. Gadd said and more of the holes open.

There were twice as many ghosts then Daisy caught. Luigi steps up and gulps once again, ready to help Daisy this time. They both stun the ghosts and started to suck them up. Once they were caught, more ghosts appear and Daisy got an idea.

"Luigi, try and stun them. I'm going to catch them." Daisy whispers to him.

Luigi was so sure about the idea but knew there was no time to argue. Once the ghosts were stunned, Daisy starts to suck them up, but she didn't get all of them. Luigi notices the other ghosts and quickly started to suck them up. Once they were, the lights turn on and E. Gadd spoke once again.

"Catching ghosts means using the flashlight and the Poltergust 3000 as a team, you get me, young fellers? That'll do! Well, how many did you get? WOW! Eleven ghosts! I am plumb astounded, Luigi and Princess Daisy! I'd say you're ready to look for your brother and fellow Princess now!" E. Gadd said.

Daisy looks ready to head out, but she notices that Luigi was a bit tired from the training.

"Actually, Professor, can take a break first?" Daisy asked.

"Fine, fine. Looks like you worked up quite a sweat there. How about a little cool-down in the gallery? I'm quite proud of it, you know..." E. Gadd sigh before opening the door and lead them to the gallery.

When they step inside, the spotted some frames but no pictures.

"Welcome to the Gallery! I once had 21 paintings in my Famous Ghost Collection, but now there are only frames. What a crying shame! Unfortunately, there are only statues for now, but feel free to look around anyway. Be sure to search for suspicious places extra well. Don't try on those Angel Statues! Heh heh heh..." E Gadd explains.

Daisy started to look around and notices some of the frames had names underneath them. Luigi sat down and wonder if his brother and the princess were okay. After resting and looking around for a few minutes, Daisy and Luigi went back to E. Gadd ready to head out once again.

"Are you done appreciating art for today?" He asked them.

They both nodded and went back to the Lab. E. Gadd sat back in his chair as Luigi and Daisy stood ready.

"Well you two, I take it time?" He asked.

"In a moment Professor. I was having a hard time fighting the ghosts in this dress and I need to change." Daisy said.

"Um, Daisy?" Luigi asked before she headed towards the back.

Luigi stood there confused as Daisy shuts the door. E. Gadd raises an eyebrow, wondering what the Princess was doing. Two minutes later, Daisy steps out now wearing a plumber outfit like Luigi's only in her colors and still wearing her crown.

"Daisy...What?" Luigi asked shock.

"Well, me and Peach made some plumber outfits in cause there every a chance we need to fix some things. We kind of taken up plumbing as a hobby." Daisy explains, rubbing the back of her sheepishly.

"Do you like it?" She asked Luigi.

"Yeah, it looks good on you. But why are you wearing your crown?" Luigi said then asked.

"Whoops! I knew I was forgetting something." Daisy said and took her crown off and replace it with a hat that had the letter D on it.

Luigi thought she looks good as a plumber. Almost like she never was a princess.

"Well you two, it time to head back towards the Mansion." E. Gadd spoke up.

Daisy nods and Luigi gulps. They soon find themselves heading back towards the Mansion with the Professor waving them good luck. Luigi reaches the door and slowly pull it open and peek in.

"Hello?"

And that the start Luigi's and Daisy's Mansion. I might rename the title later. And just a heads up, I have downloaded Grammarly on my laptop, so my stories will bet a bit better, but I don't think it competes. It tells me about words I don't need like "Really" and "Actually" when they are supposed to part of the sentence and it thinks "Me and whatever you put" should be "I and whatever you put" And I can't use premium because I need to pay for it. Downloading Grammarly is free, but if you want the more advanced version, you have to buy Premium which costs money, which I don't have. And I don't have a credit card either.

Well, I have seen fan arts of both Peach and Daisy wearing plumbing outfits and thought Daisy might have a better time ghost hunting with Luigi dress like that instead of her dress. Also, I have thought about writing stories were Peach and Daisy take up the idea as being plumbing as a side job after watching Mario and Luigi do the job a few times. I never got around writing it, but it was an idea I had for some time. So, what do you think? The next chapter is going to cover all of Area 1.
