Height/Weight: (Not gonna lie, I'm bad with gauging this, but make it have some sense, like don't make them 5'0" and 235 lbs. Also, if they are Japanese, keep in mind The average Japanese male is 5'7" and Female is around 5'2". Again, this is average, so I'm fine if they're taller or shorter)
Body type: (For this, describe how they're built, are they skinny? Are they buff as hell? Details! Keep in mind, that these guys have been imprisoned for possible years, so they might suffer from muscle atrophy)
Skin Tone: (Not much to say about his, but this, contrast to the eyes, should be fairly realistic, unless it's related to their quirk, of course. Like How Mina's Skin tone is cause of the acid she stores up.)
Facial: (What's their facial structure? Sharp features? Do they have a Cleft palate? Is their face even a regular face? This includes eye color, shape, things like that! For eye color, you can go wild, since people have weird colored eyes in the series that isn't exactly related to their quirk.)

Villain outfit: (What do they wear? What's their aesthetic when they're wearing their costume? Is it flashy, or is it subtle? Do they look like a civilian when they're in their villain outfit? Be diverse! For example, The Alchemist has the "Classic cheesy comic book Villain" look to him, the trench coat, gas mask and cane. Give them some sort of "Feel" To their persona as a villain. Feel free to use comic book villains as a guide)
Extra accessories: (Anything else they might have, earrings, bracelets, rings. All of things like that. This includes any gadgets they might have to assist in their villainy. They can have guns, so long as they aren't Assault Rifles.

Backstory/Origin story(This is the only thing I'm going to have a minimum word requirement on. When I read this, I want to know how your character came to be, how they were lead into villainy, how they became this person awful enough to be worthy of being thrown into Tartarus. Let's say 350 words at least.)

Personal Item: (Tartarus Inmates are allowed to have ONE Item from the outside world, so long as it isn't a weapon. This is optional, but it's a connection to the outside world.)

General Personality: (With this, I want you to be as detailed as possible. And as a reminder, you're making a really bad person. Evil enough to be put in tartarus. But that doesn't mean they have to be edgy. in fact, you can be more diverse. Such as having a more chipper attitude or being upbeat. Be creative!)

Have they relied on it for years and have mastered it, or did they simply use it to get along, not bothering with honing their craft?)
Strengths: (What makes this quirk Strong? What makes them be able to stand toe-toe with Pro Heroes? Give personal Quirk Strengths as well, like X person uses this quirk in conjunction with their high pain tolerance to push through most attacks.)
Weaknesses: (Every quirk has one. Bakugo builds up pain in his palms, Anyone who uses fire can overheat, things like this. If you ask me, this should outweigh the Strengths, or at the very least be equal.)
Killer moves!: (This. These are the villain equivalent of Super moves. But these aren't meant to incapacitate someone. These are meant to kill people. And kill people they will. This isn't limited exclusively to things they can do with their quirk, but techniques they have, special moves that person specifically can do. Such as with minimal use of a quirk they jump off a building and stab someone through the skull, and land safely using small portions of a quirk.)
POSSIBLE Evolutions: (How can their quirk Evolve? Can it even evolve? It's not guaranteed that the quirk will evolve, but if it could, how do you think it will?)
-Stats- (Give me a brief explanation as well as a rank in 0-5. But I WILL Allow 6 ranks, ONLY if the other stats are relatively low, or if there is a massive flaw in the Character itself. And No 6 ranks in the Power stat, as that's reserved for All-might leveling a fucking city in a punch. but still, please don't put 5s in everything. Or even 4s in everything. It's nice being balanced, but that just makes everyone feel the same in terms of feats. IF this person has a transformed state, give me the stats with and without the quirk.)
Power: (1 being they can't lift their body weight, 5 being they can put people out of commission with just their fists.)
Speed: (1 Their run isn't much faster than a walk, 5 means they can outrun nearly everyone without a speed quirk. six means their quirk is mostly geared towards speed)
Technique: (1 Never even though of how to use their quirk and body to fight, 5, they trained both in quirk and body in using it the best way they can. six would mean they spend most of their free time thinking and training, and they are proficient in several martial arts, including the use of their quirk.)
Cooperation: (1 Fuck you, I won't do what you tell me, 5, I trust my life, body, and soul with you and your plan. I don't see a way you could have a six, but I guess it would be along the lines of they will kill themselves if the leader said so.)
Pain endurance: (1 I cry when I stub my toe, 5, Can endure Days of torture before Cracking. six means they don't flinch when they walk through A Gymipe Gympie tree. If you don't know what it is, it's esentially if Satan made a plant, but the plant said fuck you to satan and make him cry.)
Intelligence(General): (1 I didn't pass High School, 5, I'm A College student and Know Advanced Subjects such as calculus, advanced physics and some chemistry. six being I could Outsmart most College Professors)
Street Knowledge: (1 barely know how to Hail a Taxi, 5, I know quite a bit of random trivia. six being they seem like they practice trivia competitively)
Scientific knowledge: (1 What the hell is an Atom? 5, I'm a scientist, and can teach it to College students six being they can teach Scientists anything in their field and they'd learn something new.)
Psychological knowledge: (1 being I don't know what the ID and Superego are, 5, I'm nearly a certified Psychologist. six being they can talk you into suicide within an hour, and you could be the happiest person on the planet)
Combat Knowledge: (1 as in I just put my fists up and pray, 5, I am a seasoned fighter and know multiple martial arts. six meaning they can create their own martial art, and practically have a sixth sense in battle.)
Underground Knowledge: (1 being I'm but a civilian, I don't know where to sell drugs, 5, I've been in the underground for most of my life, and can get you to talk to some big names. six means They are one of the best information brokers in the Underground, and know everything that happens.)
