A/N This is a new story, I decided to start out of boredom, Corona Virus anxiety and lack of work to do for school as I'm finishing my second semester of college. This is a crossover between Danny Phantom and Doctor Who (original I know lol) around the Tennant era with Martha as a companion. This story takes place pre Phantom Planet and shortly after the Ultimate Enemy. I OWN NEITHER OF THESE PROPERTIES THIS IS JUST FOR FUN.

Chapter 1: Mr. Smith

After embarking on their first of many adventures, The Doctor and Martha leave on a new journey, only to find out that something or rather someone is pulling them back to Earth.

"No, it can't be." The Doctor said, as he grabbed hold of the Tardis monitor, his eyes darting across the screen.

"What is it, Doctah?" Martha asks, intrigued by The Doctor's confused look. She didn't know much about this strange man, but one thing's for sure its always interesting when even The Doctor himself doesn't know.

"It's just there's this-this signal, the Tardis is picking up ectoplasmic energy" The Doctor tells her, turning to Martha for a moment then back to the screen with a sense of disbelief but a bit giddy at the idea of ghosts.

"What'dya mean? Like ghosts? Are ghosts real?" Martha looked to The Doctor for an answer, only to see him start piloting the Tardis.

"No of course not, it's just very unlikely" The Doctor answered, as he kickstarts the Tardis into high gear, following the signal as closely as he can.

"Hold on!" The Doctor shouts, as the Tardis shakes back and forth, until finally they land with the sound of the screeching Tardis breaks echoing through their ears.

"What's out there?" Martha questions, pulling herself off the ground, dusting off her clothes and readjusting her hair.

"I don't know, isn't that brilliant?" The Doctor responds, slipping on his long coat and opening the door.

Martha and the Doctor step outside, to find Earth. More specfically, they landed on Earth in 2006 in a little place called Amity Park in Northern California.

Just outside the Fenton Works household in a nearby alleyway, Danny Phantom finds himself in a peculiar situation.

"Aah!" Danny shouted as he landed on his back, pushed up against a wall and held in a chokehold by Skulker.

"Say goodbye welp" Skulker's voice boomed as metallic hand unleashed a net, that flashed with electrical current, ready to capture the weak halfa.

Danny struggled in his hold, grasping for air, then suddenly noticing a strange blue box appearing just a few steps behind Skulker.

Skulker turned, as he heard the sound of skidding and screeching coming from behind him. Danny took a chance, using his ghost powers he phased himself through the wall and sprung back up at Skulker with a swift punch to the face. Skulker buckled at the hit, quickly regaining his stance and tracking Phantom again with his viewfinder. Danny struck again, this time with an ectoplasmic blast to the back and a blow to the head. Skulker reacted quickly, grabbing Phantom by the arm and tossing him as far as he could. As Danny flew out towards the sky, Danny tried to regain control of his trajectory. Alas, he was no match for gravity, as Danny plumeted straight back to Earth. In a moment of desperation, Danny managed to face through the ground, only to find himself in a strange looking place, that to him seemed much bigger on the inside.

The Doctor and Martha got only a few steps away from the Tardis until they noticed what was really going on. It only took a minute for The Doctor to realize, as he pulled out his sonic screwdriver, pointed it to the sky and got a distinct signal from directly above the Tardis, as he watched a young ghost fall directly onto The Tardis phasing right through the roof.

The Doctor turned to Martha, Martha looked back at him and gestured to the Tardis. The Doctor pulled out his Tardis key, quickly jiggling the lock loose and walking quickly inside.

The Doctor and Martha stood by the door, as the light glow of Danny Phantom lit up the inside of the Tardis, like the light eminating from the top of a lighthouse. Martha rushed passed The Doctor to help Danny, as she heard his cries of anguish as he laid there on the grated floor of the Tardis. The Doctor joined Martha by Danny's side, perplexed by his overall appearence.

"Hey, listen you're going to be alright, its just a frature" Martha told him calmly, as she checked him over for any other injuries. Danny didn't respond, he mumbled and groaned.

"I'm gonna get the first aid kit, watch him for me Doctor, shout for me if he's acting up" Martha instructed The Doctor as she ran off to find the kit.

The Doctor crouched down to Danny's level, The Doctor reached into his pocket for his stethoscope. His eyebrows raised, as he touched the stethoscope to Danny's heart to hear a heartbeat. Martha rushed back to them and began wrapping Danny's arm, creating a sling.

"Doctor, what is it?" Martha asked, The Doctor seemed distant, only to snap back to normal.

"Hmm? Oh, uh, well he's alright its just I had no idea ghosts have a pulse" The Doctor told her, Martha gestured to him to hand her the stethoscope. The Doctor complied, Martha listened to find out the Doctor's right.

"I don't understand, aren't ghosts well, dead?" Martha questioned, handing back the stethoscope.

"Well yes, but not entirely. Ghosts are just aparations made up of the consciousness of a deceased person. Technically they are dead, but with ectoplasmic energy they manifest as recreations of someone who has died" The Doctor explained, he scanned Danny again with his sonic screwdriver and brought it back up for him to see.

"Thing is, this young man whoever he is, isn't like any other ghost I've encountered in the past. He's different. Most ghosts are just a combination of ectoplasmic particles mixed in with a microscopic piece of DNA. But him, he's human with ectoplasmic DNA inside him" The Doctor told Martha, the gears started to turn, only to be interupted by Danny.

A bright flash of light eminated from Danny's body, as he slowly started to change back into Fenton, The Doctor and Martha watched in awe as Danny went from looking like his superhero alter ego to just an average American teenage boy.
