A/N: You know I couldn't leave the "Bark at the Moon" series alone and had to do this. This will be a collection of drabbles again (What a surprise from me) and of course I can't guarantee when chapters will be up since I only have a few somewhat planned and life of course. Just note I'll work on this as it is.

Would you believe me if I said I had six pages of head-canons of how each of monsters work and everything in this universe? I'm not kidding at all. There's six pages of each of the creatures in this fic and likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, ect. Compared to "Bark at the Moon" we have also extended our main cast from four characters to nine.

Yuta the werewolf, Eigo the kitsune, and Toru the human are returning from the original plot. Rui is also returning however he has upgraded from human to vampire. Along with them, we also have our favorite Inumine join as...Well a werewolf it would be a crime not to have him as one! (In story he joined the group at the end of first year.) This also means Ugawa finds out about that and is another human to join Toru. The other three will have their spotlight next chapter so I want to keep them secret from now except the one person who I have talked to about them (You know who you are!) but I can say that they are a fairy, spellcaster, and merman!

All right enough of the authors note. Here's a bit of insight about our introduction of Yuta, Eigo, Inumine, and Rui!

(Oh and I do have a twitter now. It's SukiRikko, what a surprise. So if you want to follow feel free but more then likely it'll just really be used for updates on new chapters as I seem to use my cosplay or voice acting account to post things or retweet whoops.)

The sun was setting. Even twelve-year-old Yuta Hoshitani could tell it was time to go home. Looking over to his friends, they both had the same idea as he did. All three of the boys stood up and dusted themselves off from the sand box they were in. With a wave and a quick goodbye, they all walked off in separate directions to get home.

Yuta knew the quickest way home was through the forest. It was a direct connection from the park to his house. It should shorten the time it would take to get home since he knew his parents were getting worried about him being late. It's not like he was suspicious in this path home. He took it many times and nothing ever happened. So there was no reason for him to fear anything tonight.

Through the leaves he could make out the starry sky. It was a new moon so there was no way that he could rely on it for light. While the stars weren't bright enough to light a path it still put Yuta at ease. The silence was a little scary though. The only things he could hear were the rustling of the trees. Nothing was any louder then that though.

It wasn't until he was off the forest path and in the view of the streetlights again that he felt something a miss. His hand hurt but he thought he just brushed against one of the thorn bushes and injured it. That was nothing new for Yuta, it seems to happen every time. But there was a lot more liquid on his hand this time then any of those. Lifting his hand up underneath the streetlamp, Yuta could see the blood still gushing out. It didn't look like those usual scratches but instead looked like a bite mark from an animal.

When Yuta rushed home, his parents took one look at the wound and were upset for a good reason.

The incident was mostly put out of his mind weeks later. Sure, Yuta had been experiencing some changes like how fast the wound healed, how his hearing and smell seemed to get better while his eyesight was getting worse, and how his strength and speed had changed. But he usually chalked this up to his body just changing as he was really close to being a teenager.

The next full moon after the incident was when he started thinking about it again. School was normal as it could be, to Yuta's disappointment. The day went like normal. School, club, go home and work on homework, eat, shower.

As Yuta was lying down to try and go to bed his body had other plans. It started to hurt too suddenly. And it wasn't something that Yuta could easily sleep off. It was an extreme pain coursing through his body. He curled up on his side but that didn't help at all. Yuta could feel he was screaming but barely paid it any mind.

He could feel things changing one by one through the pain. Parts were growing sharper like his nails and teeth. Hair was growing too fast in places that it shouldn't. He could feel a few extra limbs that weren't there before.

Yuta wasn't sure how much time had passed but it had to be quite a while. The pain eventually died down but he didn't feel like the same Yuta as he was before. Slowly getting up and losing his balance a few times along the way, he walked over to the mirror that was in his room. His eyes widened at what he saw. At first he didn't believe it and tried telling himself that this was all just a dream. That was only explanation to make the most sense.

As he learned from pinching himself, this was all his reality.

His teeth and nails were sharp. He could spot either hair or fur on his forearms. The pupils of his eyes were a drastically different color then they were normally, instead they were now a really dark yellow. His nose wasn't even human anymore. But the biggest change were the big fluffy ears and tail that were on him now, especially with the tail wagging a little back and forth. There was only one reaction Yuta had to this and it was screaming.

This woke up his parents and he sat in front of his door as they tried to get into his room so he could keep this a secret.

Even when he was younger, Eigo knew that he wasn't human. His knowledge of things when he was born was already huge and included the fact that he was a kitsune was in that group. His mother was a kitsune so that passed down to him too. This was one of many reasons why the Sawatari family had served the Tatsumi family for as long as they remembered. Of course, a member of the Tatsumi family wouldn't find out until their thirteenth birthday about the truth and the member of the Sawatari family had to keep completely secret about it until then.

Of course the difference that worried Eigo about being able to keep this secret was him and Rui, the current youngest member of the Tatsumi family, were really close compared to all of the previous duos of the families. There were very little chances you would see them apart. And of course Eigo hated keeping this a secret from him but the consequences were not worth him blurting out the truth to the blonde.

Eigo usually prided himself at controlling his powers very well. Even though he was young he seemed to have better control then those before him. But also as he was still so young there was still a chance something would go wrong. And with how smart Rui was at this age there was little he could hide from him if he even slipped up a little bit. That's why Eigo always made sure that there was no way Rui could find out about him.

Making sure Rui was asleep, Eigo snuck out in the cover of night. The rest of the family understood his need to practice. He wanted to make sure he kept control, he loved to learn his new powers, he needed to get stronger to protect Rui. The Tatsumi family trusted him not to cause trouble and let him go on his own.

Today the focus was on his ability to control fire. This was an ability that Eigo knew he was getting but didn't know when. That was until a few days ago where it suddenly appeared and he almost set a table on fire.

Eigo took a deep breath and closed his eyes. The silence the Tatsumi backyard had was perfect for his concentration. Once he opened his eyes again he sat down cross-legged in front of a pile of wood he collected. Lifting up his right hand, Eigo opened it to, his relief, a warm fire. This was what he used to light the wood on fire before extinguishing the one from his hand.

Over the next few minutes the only sounds were Eigo's breathing and the crackling of the fire. Eigo kept his eyes intent on the blaze in front of him as he thought about the flame bending to his will. First bending to the left but abnormally as it was a clear 90-degree bend in the middle of the flame, then the right.

That was when he heard a twig snap. Eigo was young but he knew when to be on alert even though he may go too extreme. In one swift motion as his ears and tail came out and his pupils changed to a shade of blue, Eigo stood up and shifted around to the noise as he held out a hand that had another fireball in it. "Show yourself!" was all he said to the noise.

Out from behind one of the trees came a young boy. Eigo's eyes widened as he noticed that it was the last person that he wanted to see him in this state. Rui peeked out with wide blue-green eyes. Eigo couldn't tell if he was surprised and excited or scared. Out of instinct the kitsune extinguished the flame and took a step back, ready to flee at a moments notice.

But the look of Rui's eyes never changed. He seemed more concerned then scared. "Eigo…Wait…It's me."

"I…I know." Another step back. "Aren't you scared Tatsumi? About…About what I am."

Slowly Rui took a step towards the brunette. "Not at all. I think that you're amazing. This just makes that even better." Seeing that Eigo was done trying to run away from him, Rui closed the distance between them and hugged the brunette. "You're my friend, Eigo. Nothing you can say or do can change that."

A feeling of relief overtook Eigo. That was the first time Rui saw his friend cry.

Seishiro was taught from a young age that he wasn't human. The fact that he could grow things a human body can't, the biggest of them being a pair of ears and a tail, the fact he was stronger and faster then a human, the fact that he acted like a dog or wolf. To him this was always normal. But his parents had to remind him that it wasn't, at least to the people around him.

The bloodline of werewolves always ran in Seishiro's family for as long as they remembered. So it made sense that he would be one too. He was prepared for his first shift, that first pull of the full moon. Though he wasn't prepared that his personality when shifted would go either way, either the same bubbly person he was before or a vicious and bloodthirsty werewolf.

As much as Seishiro wanted a roommate he knew it was for the better to attempt to get a single room. He wasn't sure how well he could hide the truth if he went for a double room especially if they had no choice but to shift every full moon. But to his disappointment he was rejected for a single room and had to settle for a double.

His roommate wasn't prepared for any of this at all.

Seishiro was doing very well at hiding the truth. While he wasn't the brightest crayon in the box nor was he someone to keep secrets. But even he could tell when he shouldn't blather something that may get him in trouble in multiple ways. But with all of events happening within their first few weeks of Ayanagi Academy, especially the first round of auditions of the Musical Department, Seishiro couldn't help but feel like he was forgetting something…

It was a normal night. They quickly had supper and returned to their rooms. Their biggest problem to tackle was their homework for class tomorrow. Akira was on the bed as Seishiro took control of their dorm room's desk.

That was when Seishiro felt it and realized what he forgot. He fell out of the seat, clutching his stomach and screaming.

As soon as he heard his roommate screaming, Akira turned and was about to ask him what the heck was going on until he saw the green haired male in pain. Akira was not the biggest fan of his roommate for multiple reasons. But seeing him in pain like this was something he didn't like either.

"Inumine!" No response except for the male still screaming. Akira was about to leave the room and search for someone that could help until Seishiro grabbed his wrist.

"Please don't…" was what the dog-like male begged. He looked up at his roommate, his eyes pleading at him too. "I can't let anyone else find out…I'll be okay just wait…"

Swallowing any resistance, Akira decided to trust him and stayed in the room. He kept an eye on Seishiro until he stopped being in pain but also scared at every change that happened along the way. The boy was about as weird as Akira expected. The obvious reason was the fluffy tail and pair of fuzzy green ears that popped out on him, but there were even more reasons past that.

Taking a step back out of surprise, Akira alerted his roommate to his being scared of him. This caused the green haired werewolf to burst out at him saying, "Wait, wait! Ugawa, it's okay I promise!"

"But…You…What…Huh?"

The rest of the evening was Seishiro reassuring his roommate and trying to explain to him the truth.

The first year past a little too fast for Rui and the second year seemed to start following that trend too. The rehearsals and auditions for the training roles were in full swing and most of his evenings were spent going over lines, notes, and choreography. So when he had the rare moment to relax as he did now he enjoyed every minute of it. And the fact that they were running out of snacks and teas for their dorm room meant that it was time for Rui to take a peaceful walk to the convince store.

Of course Eigo tried to come with him despite needing to finish other things such as school work. But Rui forbade him and made him stay and work. As much as he loved the brunette he didn't want to rely on him 24/7. But at this moment he quickly realized that he made a horrible mistake.

For the last few blocks, he noticed something off. Rui may be human compared to a few of his friends but he's known Eigo for so long that he developed a sense for something bad happening in a way. Out of the corner of his eye he could see someone following him as he pretended to look at his phone which Rui quickly realized that he was trying to do it as a distraction with all the training he had so far in acting.

Suddenly Rui broke into a run. He didn't know where exactly as his nerves were just panicked right now. His rational brain should have run back to Ayanagi and got Eigo or someone to help him but it seemed to be on a fight or flight status.

Looking back Rui didn't see the guy behind him anymore. That was weird, he swore he saw someone. But that was when he ran into a body and fell to the ground with an 'oof.' He looked up and saw the guy that was right behind him now in front of him. Rui didn't see him run at all so how did he get in front of him. Unless…

Rui couldn't make out much of the man. He remembered the black hair back when he was keeping his eye on him. But now in a place not illuminated by the streetlight, the only thing he could catch was the red glint of this person's eyes.

The man reached down, sniffing near Rui's throat. "You…You smell nice. Are you a kitsune?"

It was at that point that confirmed that Rui was indeed working with a supernatural creature and not a human. He was racking his brain of how to get out of this situation but he knew that he was outclassed in multiple ways. Not like this person was giving him much of a chance to escape with his body hovering over him anyways.

Without another word, Rui could feel something piercing his neck. This guy just bit his neck. And not how another human would hurt but it's like he was either trying to drink something, inject something, or both. Probably that third one. Before he knew it Rui fell unconscious and only remembered the pain that followed.

He didn't know and couldn't tell how much time had passed. It could have been just a few hours or days. When he opened his eyes again, he was in a room. It seemed familiar but he couldn't place a finger on it. The same could go for the person standing in front of him. Or actually, anything about himself like his name.

"Rui? Are you okay?" This brunette in front of him reached out a hand to make sure of him but his quick reflexes caught it before the brunette could touch him.

It was at that time he noticed he accidently made a scratch on this person when he grabbed his wrist. He could smell the blood and the dryness in his throat was unbearable. It was like all of his senses went wild and the only thing he could focus on was drinking some of this brunette's blood.

Without a chance to even think about it and acting on instinct, he leapt off the bed and aimed for the brunette. While he would be faster he was new to these abilities and couldn't control them as well. The brunette moved to the side as he fell on the floor before pinning him down himself. The brunette bit into a pouch of a red liquid and held it out to him for him to drink.

Once his thirst was parched all of Rui's memories came back. He remembered who he was, where he was, and the person in front of him. That was when everything caught up to him. "E-Eigo…What did I just…"

With a sigh, Eigo sat on the bed and patted the empty space by him. "This will take some explaining. Even for you."

That was the day that Rui died as a human and was reborn as a vampire.
