Chapter One
Sakura fluffed her waist length pink hair after putting on her pink lipstick. She smiled at her reflection. The light-yellow dress Ino had given her looked amazing. Hugged to her curves in just the right places.
This was the first time she'd been single in almost 5 years. Having finally gotten out of a very toxic relationship with her childhood crush Sasuke Uchiha.
"Do you think he'll show up?" Ino asked as she slipped her back jacket on.
Sakura shrug, "I don't know."
"If you don't want him there-." Ino started.
"I'm not going to say he can't hang out with his friend Ino. If he shows up, we'll be cordial to each other and leave it at that. No fighting, no drama." Sakura said as she put on her white cardigan. Ino gave her a look that said she didn't believe her.
"I promise Ino it will be fine." Sakura said giving her best friend a reassuring smile.
"Well it better. Because if he thinks he can be an asshole to you around us he has another thought coming." Ino barked as she opened the front door.
Sakura sighed and rolled her eyes. 'Please don't let there be any problems tonight.' She thought.
