After the full withdraw of the troops, all chaos portals suddenly closed and demons were dying in pain all over the planet. Some high level psyker inquisitors sensed a shadow that was hunting and killing demons.

-Well warp works in many ways through time and space. The inquisitor was everywhere killing everything. The Black ships in orbit were dead in space orbit, during the time of the slaughter, nothing was working. Some pulse immobilized the fleet as far as we know. The event is classified and burried deep in the archieves. In the end, after a few days there was nothing left on the planet. The Black ships got power back online the second the last demon died on the planet.

Outer palace, an endless black hive of forbidden technology. A shadow passes through the subterranean passages delving deep within the bowels of the planet.
