Eternal Glory 5!
We're at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey which is decorated with Eternal Glory 5's logo and design everywhere. The crowd is cheering loudly with enthusiasm.
"Hello, everyone! We're live from the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City! I'm Joey Mickey alongside Bobby Senior, and welcome to UCW Eternal Glory 5!"
"Eternal Glory is our most important wrestling show of the year!" Bobby said. "Can you believe we already reached its fifth edition? I feel like it was yesterday that you and I commented the first edition. I'll never forget that Iron Man Match between Martin Freund and TJ Skill!"
"That's true. Interesting fact: the Boardwalk Hall is also where Wrestlemania 5 took place! It's in this very arena that Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage had their classic match!"
"And it's also here that we will have wonderful matches tonight! And we are going to start with what should be a great singles match!"

"The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from parts unknown, JOHNNY STEELE!"
Johnny Steele came out wearing a cosplay of Isaac Clarke from Dead Space with the Plasma Cutter and all. The audience cheered at this sick costume as he walked into the ring and removed the helmet to show his masked face which looked like that of a Necromorph, very creepy!
(The Hunt Begins!)
"And his opponent, from Moscow, Russia, "The Russian Hunter" VOLK ORTOKNISH!"
Volk came out wearing a furry hunter's vest with two survival knives. He crawled into the ring and took a pose before giving all of this to the ref. "The Masked Wrestler versus the Russian Hunter! Who will be the better man after this match?" Bobby asked.
The ref called for the bell and started the match. The two wrestlers walked around before locking in a clinch which saw Johnny getting caught in a headlock. However, he pushed Volk in the ropes and slipped on the mat to duck him before Volk jumped on him with a Running Crossbody and a quick pin.
"1! KICKOUT!"
As they got back up, Volk took his pose before Johnny. This last one chuckled and did the same. Volk then kicked him in the guts and Irish Whipped him in the ropes only to get reversed and caught Johnny with a sunset flip that made him roll back and dropkick Volk in the face.
He then tossed the Russian Hunter out of the ring before running and hitting a running dropkick to his head between the ropes. After this, he brought him back in the ring and went for a Reverse DDT which Volk escaped from, chopped his ches to knock him down, and then hit a Jumping Senton followed by the pin.
"1!...2! KICKOUT!"
Volk tossed Johnny out of the ring and charged into him with a Suicide Dive followed by a Plancha. They then got back in the ring where Volk started delivered jabs to a stunned Johnny's jaw before running in the ropes and receiving a jump knee strike to the jaw that knocked him down.
Johnny followed with a body slam and attempted to hit his Skullbreaker which Volk countered with a suplex. As the masked wrestler rested in a corner, Volk hit him with multiple attacks before going for a lariat which Johnny ducked, only to receive another one from the Russian Hunter who followed with the pin.
"1!...2!...KICKOUT!"
As Johnny rested in a corner, Volk hit him with a corner clothesline before getting on the turnbuckle for a Diving Knee Drop to the chest. The Russian Hunter called for the crowd's support before hitting a series of blows and kicks to Johnny, spin kicking his stomach and hitting a knee strike to his face.
He then lifted him on his shoulders to go for a Death Valley Driver in the corner, but Johnny broke free in time and applied a double leg takedown before jumping for a Double Foot Stomp to Volk's chest.
Both men rested for a while before getting back up and started trading blows - slowly at first, then faster. Volk ended it by spin slapping Johnny in the face and hitting a Jumping Enzuigiri to the side of his head.
Volk then went for a Body Slam which Johnny countered with a Reverse DDT Elbow Drop. He then got in a corner and waited for Volk to get back up before catching him with a Slingblade followed by a second one. After this, he went for a running dropkick which Volk countered with a knee strike to his face followed by a Deadweight Lift German Suplex.
"1!...2!...thre-KICKOUT!"
Volk clotheslined Johnny out of the ring before charging into him with a Top Con Hilo. He then brought him back in the ring for a body slam followed by a Standing Shooting Star Press and the pin.
"1!...2!...KICKOUT!"
Volk waited for Johnny to get back up before going for his Killing Blow (Running Headbutt) which the masked wrestler countered with a C4. He then hit a running dropkick that knocked him into a corner before climbing the turnbuckle for a Guillotine (Diving Leg Drop) followed by his Skullbreaker (Fireman's Carry Pele Kick) and the pin.
"1!...2!...3!"
"Here's your winner, JOHNNY STEELE!"
Johnny grinned behind his mask and lifted his hands as he walked away in victory. Volk groaned to get back up and scoffed in disgust as he walked away.
"That was an intense opening for Eternal Glory! I honestly felt like Johnny Steele needed that victory as a lost against a newcomer like Volk Ortoknish would have hurt his credibility quite a bit!" Joey remarked.
"At least, Ortoknish still looks strong in defeat. There's nothing holding him back from shining in the future!" Bobby positively said.
