After Gregor's dad started to work again as a high school science teacher, his family made enough money to buy a laptop. It wasn't a very advanced one, but it was functional. One day Gregor decided to show it to his friends from the Underland.

"This is fascinating ..."

Howard, Luxa, Gregor, Hazard and Ripred were in the Royal Chambers.

"So Gregor, let me see if I understood corectly. From this device you can learn anything."

"Yeah. Well, anything from the Overland. Here, let me show you."

Gregor pressed a button and the laptop opened. From its screen, the light filled the whole room. Luxa, who was looking very closely at the laptop's screen before Gregor pressed the button, jerked back when the light blinded her for a few seconds. When she started to see again she drew out her sword and screamed, "That thing is alive !". Before Gregor could calm her down, she was preparing to chop the laptop in little pieces with her blaid.

"Luxa stop ! It's not going to harm you. Put the sword away." said Gregor before Luxa could slice his laptop.

Luxa looked at Gregor like he was crazy, but obeyed and let the sword to fall on the ground.

Ripred was laughing. "Calm down, your Highness ! From what I saw in the Overland, laptops don't attack persons !"

Luxa glared at her bond.

"Ok, so now I can go on google and search whatever I want. I have to write what I want to know in the searching bar." said Gregor, while entering on google.

"Gregor, what is that thing under the 'searching bar' ?" asked Hazard, who was pointing to a small pictogram.

"Uhhh... I don't know." said Gregor, looking at the strange pictogram. "Let's find out."

He clicked on the pictogram. Then a site opened on the laptop's screen. FanFics. The screen loaded completly, and hundreds of titles with their names appeared on the screen.

"Gregor, what is this ? Why are there our names wrote on the screen ?" asked Luxa.

"I have no idea." mumbled Gregor, starring at the screen.

"Mhmmm... FanFics. Weren't these the stories written by fans ?" Ripred asked Gregor.

Gregor nodded, still starring at the titles.

"Well, click on one of them." said Howard.

There were adventure stories, most of them happening after Gregor killed the Bane.

"Wow" was everything Gregor could say.

Two hours later

"This is just incredible" said Luxa.

They read fanfictions for the past two hours. Every story was very good written.

"Gregor, can we read another one ?" asked Hazard joyfully.

"Ok, kiddo. Mhmmm... how about this one: 'Gregor and Luxa have some fun' ?"

Luxa smiled. "Let's see."

Fifteen minutes later

Everyone was looking at the screen, in shock.

"I'm traumatised..." said Gregor, more for himself.

Luxa didn't say anything. She was just starring at the story, even paler for the Underland standards and with her mouth open.

They sat in silence for another few minutes, when Luxa finally spoke. "I should have killed this thing when I had the chance."

Gregor, still in shock, responded. "Yep."
