Summary: After failing to retrieve Sasuke, Naruto finds himself captured by the Akatsuki, who extracts the Kyuubi, ripping his tenketsu apart and leaving him on death's door. However he is saved by a certain dimension hopping vampire, who infused Naruto with the DNA and abilities of multiple servants. Each one being a different incarnation of the same person, Shirou Emiya. Receiving an offer he couldn't refuse, watch as Naruto journeys to different worlds, all while carving his own path. Hello all Giblenator here. This story is based on The Sith'ari's story challenge "Uzumaki Naruto, Shirou Incarnate" with my own little twist. I hope you enjoy it. Now onto the story!
Chapter 1
(Akatsuki Hideout, Amegakure)
"AAAAAAHHHHHH!" bellowed out a voice in pain.
In the dark room, a statue with two giant stone hands chained together and a monstrous stone face with nine eyes and an open mouth. Three of the eyes were open, while a fourth one was partially open. On each finger was a figure in a black cloak with red clouds glowing blue. These were members of the Akatsuki, a ninja terrorist group that hunted down the hosts of the nine bijuu. Their members consisted of Itachi Uchiha, Kisame Hoshigaki, Hidan, Sasori, Kakuzu, Deidara, Tobi, Konan, Zetsu and their leader Pein.
Hovering in the middle of the statue surrounded in a giant blue aura coming from the statue's mouth, was a blonde haired boy with black shirt and orange pants. The boy had no arms and looked like he was experiencing pure agony. This was 14 year old Uzumaki Naruto, genin of Konoha and Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi no Kitsune. He was currently getting his Bijuu extracted.
You're probably wondering how he got in this situation. Well it all started when Naruto ex friend Sasuke had deserted the Leaf village to join the S-Rank missing nin Orochimaru. The Fifth Hokage Tsunade Senju, dispatched Naruto, Shikamaru Nara, Kiba Inazuka, Choji Amikichi, and Neji Hyuga to retrieve Sasuke before he passed the border of the Land of Fire.
Orochimaru had sent his elite guard, the Sound Five, to make sure Sasuke made it to his hideout without interruption. Each member of the retrieval team stayed back to face his henchmen, leaving Sasuke to duke it out. Naruto tried to peacefully convince Sasuke to return, but all bets were off when Sasuke Chidoried his lung. They traded blows, Naruto using three tails of the Kyuubi's chakra and Sasuke using his stage 2 of the curse mark. They had a final clash where Sasuke won and Chidoried his lung a second time, knocking Naruto unconscious. The last thing he saw was a figure in black and red.
When Naruto came, he found that his arms were gone and that he couldn't move. He then heard some voices talking about ritual and extraction. The next thing he saw was a beam of blue hitting him and experiencing the worst pain imaginable. He screamed for someone to stop, but his cries went unheard.
We now find Naruto, still suspended in the air, Kyuubi being ripped out of him. This had been going on for hours, before finally the beam of light stopped, the fourth eye on the statue fully open. Naruto's body landed on the ground with a 'THUD', his breath labored and his life was beginning to fade.
"The kyuubi's extraction is complete. We are now closer to our goal of world peace." said Pein in a monotone voice.
"Whoo that was really exhausting, eh Itachi?" said Kisame to his partner.
"Hn," grunted Itachi. "I'm so sorry Naruto." he thought.
"I believe I will rest before going out for more bounties." said Kakuzu in a bored tone.
"Leader-sama, what should we do with the boy's body? He seems to still be alive." questioned Zetsu.
"Dispose of it or drop it on Konoha's doorstep to send a message. I don't care which." said Pein. Zetsu nodded and moved to grab the boy. Before he could touch Naruto, a multi-colored portal appeared under the boy and swallowed him before closing. The members of the Akatsuki stood there shocked.
"Pein-sama is this going to be a problem?" asked Sasori, intrigued by what just happened.
"It is of no importance. Even if someone got the boy's body, his tenketsu were shredded from the extraction, meaning he has no chakra and will die. Focus on getting more funds and locating the other jinchuuriki." said Pein in an indifferent tone.
The rest of the Akatsuki nodded at his order and went about their business, unaware of the great change that was going to occur.

(Mysterious Pocket Space)
We find Naruto floating in a black void, his breath ragged as he slowly is dying. Tears flowed down his eyes, as he realized his situation.
"You know boy, I can save you." said a voice. Turning his head Naruto saw an old man sitting in a fancy chair. He had on a fancy suit and jacket. In his hand was a fancy cane. Next to him, was a woman with aqua eyes and long wavy black hair. She wears a long sleeve red shirt and a long maroon skirt.
"But know this, you'll be changed forever if you go through with this procedure." said the old man. Naruto immediately nodded, believing it was better than dying. The old man chuckled and said "Atta boy. My name is Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg, but call me Zelretch for short. This fine lady next to me is Rin Tohsaka. She'll be knocking you unconscious for this procedure."
Seeing Naruto nod, Rin moved next to him and injected a heavy sedative, putting him out. She turned to Zelretch and said "Are you sure you want to do this? There's a chance he'll die anyways."
"Of course I'm sure. That's the thing about Naruto Uzumaki's: they always defy the odds." said Zelretch with a grin. "Now let's get this procedure done."
They turned to a table a few feet away. On it was blood in an IV bag, two tanned arms freshly cut, an orb that was glowing seven different colors and a golden sheath with a sword in it.
(3 Hours Later)
We now find Rin and Zelretch, finishing up the procedure. The Blood IV was completely empty, while the arms were grafted onto Naruto's stumps and wrapped in red shrouds. Blueish green circuit-like lines began to spread all over Naruto's body. Finally Zelretch took the gold sheath with the sword and pressed it against the boy's chest, causing both to sink into him with a flash of light.
"Whoo now all we can do is wait for the boy to wake up." said Zelretch, wiping the sweat off his forehead. "Wanna go get food and come back when he's up?" Rin nodded and they left in a flash.

(Naruto's Mindscape)
We find Naruto in a dark void, floating around. He then hears crying and turns around, seeing a younger version of him. Behind the kid was a crowd of people with menacing red eyes. He walked forward and asked "Hey are you alright?"
"No. I'm all alone and no one will play with me." said young Naruto "Everyone treats me badly and calls me a freak or a demon. I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!" Young Naruto eyes changed, becoming red with black sclera. "I hate them! I hate them! I hate them! I'll destroy them all!" He turned to Naruto "Why'd you let them walk all over you!? Why are you trying so hard to gain their approval!? If they can't accept us for who we are then to hell with them!"
Naruto stood there shocked and realized that his double was right. He let a lot of people in Konoha walk over him. Nobody took him seriously and always put him down. Heck even his own team didn't treat him right.
"You're right. I have let myself become a doormat. And you know what's funny? It took Sasuke's betrayal and my near death to realize that." said Naruto with a hollow chuckle.
"So you agree that revenge is the best course of action!?" said Young Naruto, grinning evilly. He waited for his other to reply.
"No," replied Naruto, shocking his younger self. "I'll just let it go."
"WHAT!? You're not serious! After all they put us through!" said Young Naruto. Tears began to well up in his eyes "Am I a joke to you? What am I supposed to do just disappear then! I'm your darkness, your hate, everything negative you hid away just to get that blasted village's approval!"
"You're right... You are me. You're the part of me I refuse to acknowledge the existence of. You're my hatred of Konoha and the jealousy of my friends amplified by eleven, but today, I acknowledge you for that is what's required for me to move on. I will not fight it. Truth is something you can never prove as wrong." He stretched his hand out to his Yami, who grabbed it.
Tears fell freely from Yami's eyes as he began to dissolve into pieces of light and said "Yeah. I guess that's better." He gasped "Oh man I almost pulled a Sasuke there. Thanks for stopping me." He pulled Naruto into a hug and finally disappeared into Naruto.
Naruto put a hand on his chest saying "I feel more complete now. I guess you were just what I needed huh, Yami?"
"My my that was quite a spectacle." spoke a voice in a happy tone. There was a flash of light before it died down.
Gone was the dark void, replaced with a field of sakuras. The sky was a pinkish blue and it gave Naruto a sense of peace. Further ahead was a table with eight seats, seven of them already taken. Moving forward, Naruto gets a good look at the other occupants.
The first person was a guy with tan skin, grey eyes and white hair that was slicked back. He wore red and black armor on his body.
The second person was another guy with tan skin, grey eyes and white hair that was styled in a military cut. He wore black and yellow clothing on his body.
The third person was another guy with tan skin, amber eyes and white hair that was long and spiky. He wore a red and black outfit that made him look like a priest.
The fourth person was a guy with pale skin, amber eyes and white hair that was combed down. He wore a dark blue hooded jacket, a red shirt, black pants and military boots.
The fifth person was a guy with light colored skin, amber eyes and auburn hair. He wears the standard armor of a knight. The armor parts are silver in color. While the tunics part is blue. He also has a black and white hood attached to the back of the armor part of his neck.
The sixth person was another with light colored skin, amber eyes and auburn hair. He wore a red sleeve with a black design on his left arm and a red wristband on his right arm. Black pants with a white belt and sandals with leg guards.
The final person was also a guy with light colored skin, amber eyes and auburn hair. He wore a white and blue long sleeved shirt along with blue pants and regular shoes.
"Who are you guys? What are you doing in our mind?" asked Naruto, on edge.
"Calm down boy," spoke the first man. "We mean you no harm. Especially since you're basically our incarnation. My name is EMIYA."
"You may refer to me as EMIYA Alter or just Alter." said the second man.
"My name is Shirou Tokisada Amakusa or just Amakusa." said the third man.
My name is Shirou Sparda Emiya, but you can call me Sparda." said the fourth man with a wave.
"My name is Shirou Pendragon, just call me Pendragon." said the fifth man with a bow.
"Senji Muramasa inhabiting the body of Shirou Emiya. Call me Muramasa." said the sixth man with a grin.
"My name is Shirou Emiya. Call me Shirou." said the final man. Naruto realized this was the voice that spoke before.
"What did EMIYA mean by incarnation?" asked Naruto, curious.
"We are all different incarnations of one person, Shirou Emiya. We all were tools for humanity. Be it for it's salvation, protection or survival. When you accepted Zelretch's help, he used dna or items from each of us and fused them with your body. Right now your body is assimilating these fragments," said EMIYA. "From me you gained my left arm. Which will grant you my experience."
"From me you gained my right arm. It also grants you my experience." said Alter with a grunt.
"You were given my blood, which will grant you the power of The Dark Knight Sparda. He was a powerful demon that defended humanity." said Sparda. This shocked Naruto.
"D-Demon? I'm becoming a demon?" said Naruto, afraid he was becoming a monster. Sparda saw this and grabbed Naruto's shoulders, shaking them.
"Hey don't think like that. You were raised as a human so you won't become a monster. Plus you'll only be a quarter demon with the amount of blood you got from me." Sparda said with a friendly smile. This calmed Naruto down.
"Aside from that, You were implanted with the souls of me, Muramasa, Amakusa and Pendragon. This will grant you the abilities we've attained in life and our experiences." said Shirou with a smile.
"You were also my sword Excalibur and my sheath Avalon inside you as well." Pendragon added.
"It will take 26 months for us to fully assimilate into you. During that time, we'll be tutoring you in the unique abilities you gained from us. While also helping you get the hang of the Unlimited Blade Works, the ultimate spell of almost all Shirou Emiyas'. It will be harsh, but you can take it, right Naruto Uzumaki?" said Amakusa with a calming smile.
Naruto stood there thinking about it, before nodding his head and replying "I understand and I accept this. But I won't be a tool for anyone. I'll pave my own path." His eyes narrowed in determination.
He heard someone laughing and turned to see Alter chuckling before going into full blown laughter. He calmed down after a few moments and said "This might be worthwhile. I look forward to seeing your development."
Then all the 'Shirous' got up and stretched their arms forward, releasing pieces of their energy that collected in front of Naruto. It took the form of a glowing white blade stabbed into the ground.
"If you truly want this, then take this sword Naruto Uzumaki. Use it to cleave through fate and destiny, carving out your own path!" exclaimed EMIYA.
Naruto put his hand around the hilt without hesitation. As he began to pull the blade out, he felt it resonate with his very being. After a few moments, he pulled the blade fully out of the ground. It exploded into a white light and Naruto disappeared from his mind.
"Heh, the kid is gonna be something. You could probably say he'll be the Saidai no Shirō." said Pendragon. The other 'Shirous' nodded their heads in agreement.

(Mysterious Void, 1 Hour Later)
We now find Rin and Zelretch calmly eating takeout while waiting for Naruto to wake up. There was a flash of light, before it died down greeting them to an interesting sight.
There was Naruto except his appearance had changed. His hair was snow white and his eyes had become amber. His skin was tanned and had black markings on his chest (1). He retained his whiskers though. He looked straight at Zelretch.
"Hey old man. I really gotta thank you for saving me." said Naruto with a smile. He turned to Rin "Tohsaka I hope you've outgrown that Tsundere personality of yours."
Rin gained a tick mark on her head and shouted "B-Baka you can't go saying things like that out of the blue. It's not like I missed you anyway. Baka Archer." She turned her head with a blush.
{Nice one, Naruto. You're making me proud already.} spoke EMIYA with pride. Naruto chuckled at this.
"Hey Zelretch am I supposed to hear the other Shirous'?" asked Naruto "I mean I got a huge info dump of their knowledge, but the voices though?"
"Yes that is normal. Don't worry their voices should disappear as they all fully assimilate with you." said Zelretch.
"And the cloth on my arms?" asked Naruto, inspecting the wrappings over both his arms. He began to remove them, revealing regular tanned skin, which surprised Zelretch and Rin. Rin walked over and began inspecting his arms.
"That's weird. Those were supposed to keep you from being overwhelmed by the circuits in EMIYA and EMIYA Alter's arms, but it seems that they've fully integrated with your body. Zelretch what do you think is the cause?" said Rin amazed.
Zelretch walked over and put a hand on Naruto's chest. Naruto felt a pulse of energy enter him and his body started to feel like it was on fire. Golden circuit-like lines began to spread all over his body. Zelretch let out a 'hmm' and said "Well that's interesting."
"What? What happened?" asked Naruto, with Rin giving a look that said she wanted to know what happened as well.
"It seems that having Excalibur and Shirou Pendragon's soul integrated with you has granted you Avalon's full healing capabilities and attuned it to your mana. It sped up the arms' integration with his body. Also it seems that the energy from Avalon has modified and improved his magic circuits and magic core." said Zelretch, fascinated.
"Huh? That's pretty neat." said Naruto, moving his new arms around. He liked the golden coloring of his circuits.
"What about his Origin and Element?" asked Rin, wondering if there were any new developments.
"That's another interesting thing. Instead of being an incarnation of a sword, he's a dual incarnation for {King of The Sky} and {Sword}, along with having an affinity for {Wind} magecraft." said Zelretch, shocking Rin and Naruto. "I guess that's not surprising, since most Naruto Uzumaki's have a natural affinity for Wind or air related techniques."
"Oh yeah Kaleidoscope. I just remembered that's your forte." said Naruto, snapping his fingers. He remembers from the info dump that Zelretch was a dimension traveler alongside Rin.
"Now Naruto, I have a little offer for you." said Zelretch. Seeing that he had Naruto's attention he continued "I'm sure that you don't want to go back to Konoha or the Elemental Nations as a whole." Naruto shook his head at that. "Then how about you work as my agent/errand boy? I can find you a new dimension to live in, plus you could travel to other dimensions as well. I'll be sending you on retrieval missions, to provide aid to some of my friends when they ask for it, or to special events for battle experience. So what do you say? I'll even throw in some rare items that will surely help you out along the way." Zelretch gave him a fierce grin.
"Guys, what do you think? It sounds like just the thing I need." thought Naruto to the other Shirous'.
{It's up to you. If you accept, get ready to deal with Zelretch's nonsense sometimes.} said EMIYA with a warning tone. Naruto heard voices of agreement from the other Shirous'.
Naruto thought about it for a few moments, before nodding and saying "I accept Zelretch-jiji. I look forward to working with you." He stretched his hand forward for a handshake, which Zelretch accepted.
"I'll give you some time to get accustomed to your new abilities and home. I think you'll like this dimension, since it will certainly keep you occupied when I don't send you on jobs." said Zelretch with a grin. "Now let us be off." Rin and Naruto nodded. Zelretch waved his hand and they all disappeared in a rainbow flash.

(Tower of Fate, 30 Minutes)
We now find Naruto, Zelretch and Rin standing in front of a huge tower on the side of a cliff. It appears to be in a void with countless stars and a sun in the background.
"Oh Kent, it's an old friend." shouted Zelretch. The ground began to shake, before stopping as a door opened at the base of the tower. Zelretch led Naruto and Rin into the building, as they reached the main hall. Standing there was a person.
The first was a man with light colored skin, blue eyes and grey hair. He wore a black suit and tie over a white, collared shirt. He had a cane in his hand.
"Naruto, Rin allow me to introduce you to Kent Nelson." said Zelretch "Kent this is Rin my apprentice and Naruto, my new agent/errand boy." Rin and Naruto waved.
"Greetings Zelretch, my friend. What brings you to my domain?" said Fate in a friendly tone.
With Naruto's permission, Zelretch told Kent of his origins. Summarizing his life in Konoha and retelling up to the point where the Akatsuki extracted the Kyuubi from him. Zelretch went over the procedure he used on Naruto and the abilities he gained from it. He finally went over his offer to Naruto.
"Seeing as Naruto accepted my offer, I decided to have him live in this dimension. I was wondering if he could live in the Tower for 3 years before moving down to Earth?" questioned Zelretch.
"I would be happy to let Naruto live and train here." said Kent, smiling. "I welcome you Naruto, to the Tower of Fate."
"Thank you for having me here. I promise not to abuse your kindness." said Naruto, bowing to the man.
"Now Naruto, I'll be leaving you for now. You have three years to learn and train before moving to Earth. I'll drop in to give you some materials to study as well. Bye for now." said Zelretch. He and Rin waved goodbye and disappeared in a rainbow flash.
"Now Naruto let me show you to one of our spare rooms." said Kent. Naruto nodded and began to follow Kent into his new home for the next few years.
(3 Years Later)
These past three years have been really interesting for Naruto. After settling into the Tower of Fate, he immediately got into his training.
For physical training, he did 100 sets of sit ups, push ups, squats, and toe touches. He also picked up a book on an old mixed martial art style known as Pankration. It utilized powerful punches, elbows and kicks to overwhelm the opponent with sheer power and speed. Muramasa and Pendragon taught him swordsmanship. While Emiya taught him Archery and Alter taught him Marksmanship. Sparda taught him a defensive style known as the Royal Guard, which focused on storing energy by blocking attacks, then releasing that energy in a devastating counter.
For his Magic training, they had decided to check his circuit quality and quantity, along with his core's quality. He had 50 high quality magic circuits, along with his core being A-rank in quality, giving him a really high mana output. For spells, EMIYA and Alter had taught him their unique form of projection, Tracing, Reinforcement and Alteration. They also taught him how to make Broken Phantasms, which were really useful.
Amakusa taught him how to wield his Noble Phantasms : Left Hand - Xanadu Matrix and Right Hand - Evil Eater. He also taught him the combination move Twin Arm Big Crunch. Naruto also learned the Baptism Rite for Black Keys.
From Sparda, he learned about the benefit of his demonic heritage, such as the increased healing factor along with the superhuman strength and reflexes. He also helped Naruto activate his Devil Trigger, a transformation that he could take on to boost his power. He also quoted that Devil Trigger was the first step and that the Sin Devil Trigger was the final step. When asked how to achieve it, he was told that when he felt the need to get stronger, he should use Rebellion and the Devil Sword Sparda as keys to unlock his full demonic potential.
From Pendragon he learned the Mana Burst skill, along with gaining his Magic Resistance skill. Pendragon also taught him how to use Invisible Air, Strike Air Hammer of The Wind King, and Excalibur. Finally Emiya, Alter, Sparda, and Shirou all taught him about his reality marble, which contained the accumulated blueprints from all their reality marbles. He eventually developed his own personal aria that reflected him.
Zelretch and Rin had also pitched in for his training. Rin had taught him the Gandr curse, along with it's stronger variant the Finn Shot. Zelretch had gotten him a book on Requip magic, a form of magic which created a personal pocket dimension that was used for storage. Naruto immediately learned it seeing how useful it was. Zelretch also gave Naruto a mystic code in the form of a cell phone that utilized the Kaleidoscope to allow calls from anywhere in the multiverse. Zelretch gave him some extras to give to any friends he made in other dimensions he traveled to. He was also given a complete book set on Runes.
He had also worked on developing wind spells that range from miniscule damage to widespread damage. Also by harnessing his wind affinity and {King of the Sky} Origin, he developed two techniques: the ability to fly and his Sky King Mode. The Sky King Mode was a heightened state that shrouded him in a green aura and boosted his speed and strength, while also increasing the power of his wind spells. He also recreated the Rasengan, along with some variants like the Planetary Rasengan and Giant Rasengan.
Aside from battle training, he had also matured mentally under the Shirous'. He was mentaly prepared by them to kill by practicing on mental images in his mindscape. They knew that the multiverse wouldn't be so kind, so he had to be prepared to end a life. He no longer held a naive outlook of the world. He understood that the world could be a cruel place, while having some rare moments of kindness depending on the person.
He would only give someone one chance to redeem themselves and that's it. If they didn't take it, then whatever happened was their fault. He still liked to help people, but now he would be more selfish sometimes. He also knew that if he ever saw Sasuke again, he would kill that psycho.
Aside from training, Naruto had bonded with Kent. The old man had become like a father to him, talking to him about miscellaneous things and always checking up on him. He also helped him learn how to cook, which she said tasted better than her own. This led to Naruto cooking meals for the duo from that point on. They also talked about Naruto's past and Kent even showed him a few tricks. Naruto had also taken the time to study up on this world. It had multiple countries that were each way more advanced than the Elemental Nations. There were multiple systems of government and people didn't always focus on war, branching out to other things such as entertainment and education.
The most interesting thing was the appearance of superheroes and supervillains. There was even a team of heroes known as the Justice League. Kent had notified them about him taking in a mentee and wanted Naruto to join part time. EMIYA and Alter scoffed at the idea of it, while the other Shirous' were indifferent. Naruto decided to give it a chance.
Alas came the time for the Shirous' to fully merge with him. Naruto gave them a heartfelt goodbye, thanking them for the training and dubbing them as his "anikis". They all disappeared with a warning "Watch out for that EX Harem Protagonist Skill."

(Tower of Fate, Training Field)
We now find a 16 year old Naruto, in a battle stance on the training field. His height had shot up again, making him 6 feet 2 inches. He had also buffed up a bit. He was clad in a modified version of EMIYA's mystic code armor, but it was gold and black (2). Zelretch had made it with a self repair feature. He also wore his hair like Shirou when in costume , and slicked it back like EMIYA when in civilian form. Along with him were two new additions.
Standing across from him was a woman with auburn hair, green eyeballs and orange skin. She was 6 feet 4 inches. She wore a purple crop top with purple short shorts, along with purple boots and silver arm bracers (3). This was Koriand'r, the exiled princess of Tamaran and Naruto's girlfriend. Her space pod had landed in front of the Tower of Fate half a year back, most likely due to Zelretch's interference.
When Naruto and Kent discovered her, they weren't able to understand her. She then grabbed Naruto and kissed him, which shocked the other man. She then spoke perfect english to them, introducing herself and explaining why she was here. At the end of the tail, Kent offered her sanctuary in the Tower of Fate, which she accepted.
Her and Naruto bonded over things like food and training. Turns out Starfire was well versed in the art of hand to hand, along with having the ability to fly and shoot her Starbolts. They sparred regularly, with a score of 24:25 favoring Naruto.
Their relationship eventually developed to the point where Naruto asked her to be his girlfriend, which she accepted. He told her of his origins and his employment with Zelretch, wanting there to be no secrets between them. At the end of his tale, she pulled him into a fierce kiss and said she would be there for him.
The other new addition was sitting on a rock on the side of the field: a squirrel-like dog creature with white fur, purple eyes and a small white cape tied together with a red knot. This was Cath Palug or as Naruto liked to call him, Fou. He was a Beast Class nature spirit that Zelretch had tasked Naruto with taking care of. Naruto had no problem seeing how cute the little guy was and Fou took a liking to Naruto easily.
Right now, Naruto and Kori were sparring for the 50th time, with Fou acting as a referee. Kent was spectating the fight..
"Ready, set, Fou!" squealed Fou, signaling for them to start.
Naruto and Kori dashed forward, both delivering right hooks that clashed and caused a shockwave. They began trading blows, creating shockwaves with each clash. Naruto then back flips into the air, tracing swords into the air and raining them down towards Kori, which she dodges by continuously gliding backwards.
She takes to the skies and rains down Starbolts at Naruto as he lands. Naruto in response traces Kanshou & Bakuya and begins to cut through her blasts. While she preoccupies him with her blasts, Kori closes the distance and releases a barrage of punches that shatter Naruto's blades. She then gives him a powerful punch to the stomach, sending him skidding back. He then spawns Kanshou G & Bakuya G (4), releasing rounds at Kori. She charges forward, using her arm bracers to block the bullets.
Naruto dismisses his guns as she closes the distance and blocks her punch as a red aura begins to cover him. He blocks hit after hit, the aura growing bigger and bigger. She tries to go for a kick to the head, but ducks under it and throws his fist forward for a Royal Release. Kori is hit with the full force of the blow, sending her tumbling backward. She lands on her back and just as she's about to get up, Naruto blitzes her with Kanshou and Bakuya crossed against her neck.
"Do you yield?" asked Naruto in a serious tone. Kori nods and Naruto dismisses his blades. He puts a hand out for her to grab, but she instead flips him on the ground and straddles him. She pulls him into a loving kiss and they makeout for a few minutes.
She lets him up for air, saying "It seems you win our bout again, lover Naruto."
"You know it babe." said Naruto, with a foxy grin. They got off of each other and dusted themselves off. They heard clapping behind them and turned to see Kent walking towards them with a smile, Fou on his shoulder.
"Well done you two. You have really come far, Naruto. And Kori, good job keeping up with Naruto." said Kent. "Now why don't you two go get ready. Today's the day."
Naruto and Kori realized what he was talking about and nodded. They grabbed Fou and made their way to their room to pack their things.
(Outside the Tower of Fate, 30 Minutes Later)
Having finished packing their things away, the trio waited outside for Kent. Hearing footsteps, they turned to see him walking forward with his cane.
"Everyone ready?" he asked. Seeing the trio nod he continued "Then let us be off." He then tapped his cane on the ground and the group disappeared in a flash of light.

Hey everybody Giblenator here! I'll be honest, when I was writing this challenge I was a little stuck on how to start it. But in this story we have Naruto being rescued by Zelretch and Rin after he has Kurama extracted from him. Zelretch implants him with the souls, items and dna of multiple incarnations of Shirou Emiya:

As I explained in the story, Naruto is going to be Zelretch's agent/errand boy. He'll be collecting things that catch Zelretch's fancy, gain battle experience in different settings or helping out friends of Zelretch from across the dimensions. I'll develop little backstories for those moments. I plan to make Zelretch more well known to higher ups in other dimensions.
As you can see I'm making the YJ universe Naruto's home dimension and his base of sorts. He'll be developing a team of his own to help him on his jobs from Zelretch, cause it's not Naruto without his nakama. I'll be spacing out the episodes where Naruto dimension travels in between the canon episodes of the series.
Now the pairing. I'm doing a harem route. The maximum is 7 starting with Koriand'r. I'll put girls from other dimensions as well. Let me hear some of your world recommendations and a girl from those dimensions you want Naruto to end up with in the comments. I already have some in mind, but I want to hear what the reviewers have to say.
