Now without further ado it was another day of volunteering at the midtown library during Spring break. But this time it was just athena and kim. Ron had not volunteered for a recharge day with Rufus.
And kim was not mad because it gave her private time with athena. Her crush well love interest ron had called it. Though she had a sneaking suspicion ron had plotted to take today of. But it was still a special day anyway.
Kim was pumped as she walked into the library lounge . To see Athena waiting for her. And it took her breath away. Being a android athena managed to keep her beauty immortalized. While it takes kim a while to maintain her look. Hoping that she was making a impression on athena as well. But seeing athena had a grin as well.
They held hands again and went after to find their chore for the day. The easy atmosphere falling between them. As their chore was shuffling the leftover books back on the shelf. Which was no problem because of athena's android reflexes. Causing the both of them to break out in smiles.
It was really turning out Kim was in love with athena. And it was starting to seem like athena was in love with her as well. The atmosphere was becoming incredibly romantic. And kim was swept in it.
She decided to plan a move. Today was the perfect opportunity. Kim was sure of herself that it could happen. That would make it a perfect day. But it all turned to buts...
Athena was mysteriously hacked. And was now trying to kill her. Well her body was athena looked remorseful . Which was exactly the same as kim felt. They both didn't want to fight again.
A quick costume change happens. As she resumes her position hiding against her hacked crush. With a few deep breaths she manages to call Wade with her communicator necklace. Who gets into a hack off against whoever's hacking her.
Which forces Kim to focus on the fight. She tries to dodge but athena forces her to make a few loose hits not wanting to hurt the girl. They get up on a table and are matched blow for blow. Though she manages to trip athena up on the table they are on and move to another table in the library.
It dosen't take long until Wade wins against the hacker. Then Kim releases a breath she didn't realizes she was holding. As athena appears to be back in control of her body. Both women are now glad this was now over.
Kim at least tries to salvage the romanticness from before. By helping her down from the table like opening a car door for her. Then Kim grins at seeing athena all right and hugs her. Then the final amount of worry goes away when Wade says he'll upgrade athena so she dosen't get hacked like this again.
At least one thing kim can be sure of. It seemed like each day they were getting closer to a relationship with each other if they weren't in one already. Kim just wanted to enjoy it one day at a time.
Ch.2 will be Athena's perspective. Or athena's hacked day. I'll call it. And I'll take the step to make more movie fanfiction. One fanfic made a lot more made for fanfiction kind. Lol.
