I'm here to do a review on Super Bomberman R, even though I haven't completed it yet; it's not because the game, controller, graphics, level design, characters and voice acting aren't terrible; it's because I suck at Bomberman. So, I've bought it digitally on Friday last week, and I play it for a bit, and it looks amazing. I also went and got Vic Viper Bomber, Simon Belmont Bomber, Jehuty Bomber, Master Chief Bomber, and even Solid Snake Bomber. They are great, and when you complete them in Story Mode, they would say their victory quote for complete every level in the game. Farming Coins is also great in battle; I choose battle, one set, and three minutes because it'll give me enough time to destroy almost every blocks to earn coin. I had saved up my coins up to get, like for example, Shiori Fujisaki Bomber. And then I saved up another thousand coins for Ayako Katagiri Bomber. Now for the battle levels; here you got the old school one, which consist of a green field with white block towers, and also for every blocks. There are not just old school, but also Slippery Garden, Medevil, and Labyrinth, among other starter Battle fields. I should also mention the fact that I like how they add not just 4P, but also 8P, now you can either play by yourself, your friends, or your family. And I also like the fact that even though you lose to another character, you'll still earn coins that you can use for either shopping, or use them for continues for Story Mode. Oh, right, I haven't talk about the Story Mode yet; the story is that Emperor Buggler has reactivate the Five Dastardly Bombers, and used them to seize the Starry Sky Solar System. So, it's up to White Bomber and his siblings to travel to five worlds, stop the Five Dastardly Bombers, and prevent Emperor Buggler from destroying the Starry Sky Solar System. The gameplay is, like I say, straight forward, and you may recognize the familiar enemies from the past Bomberman games made by Hudson Soft, and new enemies like the black tip robots, and frog robots. So, what are my final thoughts? Well, this game is amazing for those who are a big fan of Bomberman. I give this game 5/5. Do youself a favor, and pick one up.
