I the history that we know, Goku's parents, Bardock and Gine, sent him to Earth before Planet Vegeta was destroyed. Over the course of many years he grew stronger, reaching new heights. His power grew from standard Kaioken to beyond Super Saiyan God and even to mastering Ultra Instinct.

However, what if the saiyan homeworld was never destroyed...

Planet Vegeta

Alternate timelines exist in numbers greater than the mind can imagine. In this timeline, Planet Vegeta was never destroyed. This can seem like a change so small in doesn't matter, but even the tiniest change causes more than you would know.

As Goku's older brother Raditz was conquering planets with his father, Goku stayed with his mother everyday. The other saiyans said he was too weak for battle, but Goku didn't mind. He prefered to be in a peaceful environnment with his mother than to be in the middle of a war. Everyday Goku remained on the planet he called home as he helped Gine in any way she needed. However, he did miss his father and brother. He wished he had someone else to spend time with when he wasn't at work with his mother. He didn't have any freinds, except for his mother, and didn't have time to make freinds anymore.

Bardock and Raditz were returnin to their home, to their family. Bardock couldn't wait to see his wife and younger son. Raditz was happy to finally have some time away from the battle feild. Bardock was dissapointed that Goku turned out the way he did, joyful and preferring peace over war, but he still loved his sons the same amount.

At home while Gine prepared a meal for them to enjoy, Goku rested. His mother had no need for his help. All he could do now was sit and wait. It seemed boring, so Goku just used the time to get some extra sleep. His mother eventually woke him up.

"You're a heavy sleeper," she said. "It took me five minutes to get you up. I even gave your tail a little pull and you didn't even move."

"Well, I'm up now," Goku said sleepily.

Gine looked at him and said, "You don't look awake. C'mon, Kakarot. You're father' been waiting to see you for five minutes."

Goku and his mother returned to the kitchen where Bardock was waiting. When he saw his son he said, "Took and long damn time to wake up, Kakarot."

"Sorry, father." Goku was happy to see his father but was still tired, so he couldn't express his joy very well.

"It's alright, son. You'll need your strength tomorrow."

"Why? I'll be here, won't I?"

"No, tomorrow you get to come with me and your brother."

"Wait..."

"This planet's an easy target. A planet called Earth. Its inhabitants have a very low power level, so you can kill them with ease."

"But I don't want to kill anyone."

Gine was angered by Bardock's words. She burst out yelling, "Didn't you think to run this idea by me first,Bardock!? You can't just take my son now!"

"He'll be fine, Gine. Nobody on that planet will dare to attack him."

"But, I'll be alone here."

"No, you're coming too."

"What!? Bardock you can't just drag Kakarot and I into a war! I'm no fighter and Kakarot's sixteen years old!"

"Why are you so against this!? You know how to fight in a war! So does Kakarot!"

"Bardock, I can't."

"Why the hell not!?"

"Because I'm pregnant."

"You...You are?"

"Yes. Kakarot has been helping me a lot more now so if he goes, I'll be all alone. I need his help, Bardock, so we stay here."

"I was hoping for this."

"You were?"

"Yes. I've been waiting for an extra warrior to come along with me."

"Wait, you don't know if it's gonna be a fighter. What if it's a lover like Kakarot and I."

"It had better be a fighter. Love doesn't win wars."

"It's better to live in love than to live in hate."

"I don't live in hate, I live with you, Raditz, and Kakarot. And I'll love our third child no matter what."
