Author Notes: AAANNNDDDD! I'm back!

I had to move countries due to personal reasons and that is why I could not update my stories.

Guess what? I'm officially putting Zero : The Symbol of Justice V2 on hiatus till I can come up with a few decent ideas for that story.

Summary: After All Might reveals his rue form to the world at Kamino Ward, Midoriya Izuku - Gen Ed student at KomodomoEdu International School realises just how powerless he truly is.

While returning home one day, he comes across a black notebook with the words "Death Note" written on it.

He picks it up.

Justice

noun

just behaviour or treatment.

One word, seven letters, and yet, it can mean radically different things for different people.

For an ordinary person, it would mean that they could be assured that no one could stick a knife in their backs on their way to work and get away with it.

For a Hero, it meant that they had the right to intervene in any crime and use their Quirks without public backlash.

But, no one in the world knew that justice would become something that would be rained down on them by a seemingly godlike being - a being that would go on to change the world and shape in accordance to his ideals

And that person was...Masayoshi.

The Mighty and Greed and World

The world watched in morbid fascination as the presumed leader of the League of Villains - an organization which had clashed with UA High twice now - they had the guts to invading the USJ and kill Mineta Minoru - one of the Hero Course class 1A students the first time, the second time, they had kidnapped a first year student from their summer trying camp while the Wild Wild Pussycats were available for assistance.

The man, who had previously been wearing an immaculate black Italian tuxedo and a strange mask on his head was now bloody and bruised.

Bit it was not the unnamed Villain who was worrying the world as much as the fact that he was being able to match the Symbol of Peace in power, going head to head with the strongest man alive.

The world watched in morbid horror as the hulking and muscular figure of the Symbol of Peace transformed into a painfully thin and gaunt man.

The world stared in awe as that man mocked and taunted the Symbol of Peace - goading him to fight.

That man truly must have had balls of steel to be able to goad All Might so casually.

The world held it's breath as All Might emerged victorious, ending the fight with the United States of Smash.

The world took a sigh of relief as the unnamed leader of the League of Villains was arrested and taken into police custody.

It was at this moment that Yagi Toshinori - also known as All Might realise that even though he had won the battle - it was All For One who had won the war. His goal of exposing the truth about the Symbol of Peace had been realised when he had exposed his true form to the world.

The trust that the society had placed into its Heroes - into him, a trust that had taken countless generations, and the blood and sweat of millions to form, would slowly be chipped away as society had lost its Messiah.

All because of the machinisations of one incredibly vile human being.

Although, no one, not even All For One knew that a new Messiah would appear - that God would smile upon his creations and deliver justice to the wicked...and the person who would be doing God's work, opus dei, as some crazy European cultists would start calling his justice...would be Masayoshi.

I'm sorry, lad, but without a Quirk, I don't think that you can be a Hero, it's good to dream, but one should keep their dreams reasonable, y'know.

Maybe you could become a police officer, or a firefighter - those are noble professions as well.

These were the exact words that the so called "Symbol of Peace" had used to crush his dreams on top of that accursed rooftop.

And now as he watched the reality of the Symbol of Peace being exposed to the world, he could say that he was the happiest an alive on this planet.

Wordlessly, he closed the News Japan website and started cracking on his biology homework for tomorrow's lesson - he had heeded All Might's words, and wanted to become a neurosurgeon - just like his mother was.

"Well, mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell and the lysosome is the suicide bomber."

Next Day

House of Representatives

The Sorei Daijin Kantei

It was utter chaos, with the government running around like chickens with their heads cut off - the retirement of All Might had thrown the entire country into disarray - and the people wanted answers.

Answers which the government did not have. The speaker of the House of Representatives, Tadamori Oshima had a crisis of unforseen levels on his hands.

He knew that with the death of All For One, the criminal underworld had been stripped of a leader. He knew that in the absence of the Symbol of Peace, Villains would become bolder by the day - trying to take a peice of All For One's criminal empire for themselves

The entire UA teaching staff was present - along with Principal Nezu, and the school had been closed for the week, the Defense Minister and Tadamori himself.

They all were sitting around a wooden rectangular table of Conference Room Number 4.

The agenda for this private meeting that was being held in one of the soundproofed conference rooms inside of the Sorei Daijin Kantei was to formulate an official statement to be given to the mass media vultures waiting for an official statement by the government.

"Alright, Yagi-san, is there anyone else who had known about your true form outside of this building, or are they all present here?" Tadamori asked him.

"Errmm...", the former Symbol of Peace fumbled, "There was a boy...Midoriya Izuku, I believe.." he said, placing his skinny hands on his lap, "I-I had saved him from a sludge villain about a year ago. He...he had seen my true form back then."

"Izuku Midoriya?", asked the Defense Minister, "Why does the name sound familiar?"

Quickly typing the name into the Sibyl System {1}, Tadamori showed the results out to everyone present inside the room.

"Midoriya Izuku, age fifteen, Quirkless, born 15 July, 2088 lives in Shizuoka Prefecture with his mother Inko Midoriya - divorced, currently studies and lives in KomodomoEdu International High School on an eighty percent scholarship.", he read out loud, "His background is practically spotless.

"But, is he trustworthy?", asked the Defence Minister.

"I can vouch for him.", All Might said, "He's a good kid, with a good head on his shoulders."

It was the least he could do for the person whose dreams he had crushed.

The memory of that fateful day still fresh in his mind.

I am afraid, lad, without a Quirk, you cannot be a Hero.

The devastated expression on the broccoli headed teen's expression had almost made him offer One For All to him.

But he could not do so.

Quirk or no Quirk, he felt that Midoriya did not have what ot would take to become a Hero.
