Iida x Oc
The story takes place at the beginning of the series, and my oc has known Deku and Bakugo since they were little.I do not own My Hero Academia. That right goes to the genius Kohei Horikoshi. I only own my oc.
Prologue
"Kacchan, stop it! You already made him cry. I won't let you continue!" yelled a trembling little boy with curly green hair and matching tear-filled eyes.
The blonde boy standing menacingly in front of him smacked a fist against his palm creating a small explosion. "So Deku, the quirkless wonder…thinks he can play hero, huh?" He and his fellow bullies activated their quirks and charged at the moss-headed boy, hence started beating him up.
Little did they know that a little girl with shoulder length brown hair with blonde streaks and brown eyes was watching them from the park entrance with silent tears running down her face. "You should not be using your quirks to hurt people," that's what she wanted to shout out to them, but her voice didn't want to work.
Then she heard the boys walking towards her as they left the little broccoli boy on the ground covered in bruises.
"Look, another loser that we can mess with," the blonde said as they rounded the corner and saw her cowering near the wall. But when she looked up at him with such fear and anguish for the other boy's pain in her eyes, he just clicked his tongue and left her there.
She then took the opportunity to run into the park and help the little hero, at least that was what she thought of him. "Are you okay? I'm so sorry that I didn't help you sooner. I saw them hurting you and I was too scared to do anything!" She was crying all over him as she was trying to brush the dirt off of him and do whatever else she could to help him.
"You don't need to be sorry. I'm just glad that they didn't hurt you too. C-can I ask you, what's your name?"
"Margaret."
"That's a very pretty name. Can I call you, Megchan?" he asked with a big toothy grin. Even covered in dirt with tears still running down his face, he still looked so sweet. She smiled back and replied with a cheery nod. "Yes, and I promise I won't let him or anyone else hurt you again."
People… are not born equal. That's the hard truth that we learned at age four. But that…was his first and last setback.
Author's Notes: Hi guys this is my first fanfic, so please be nice. I don't have an official title for my story yet, but it will eventually be an Iida x oc. The gist of this is I'm taking the story of My Hero Academia and throwing my original character in there. To make sure I'm actually doing the series justice, I'm using both the manga and the anime as references for this.
