It was a regular day in Hell, the news was live, people were dying, and the workers and patients at the Hazbin Hotel were going about their day. Angel was at work, Niffty was cleaning, Husk was drinking, Charlie and Vaggie were spending time together, and Alastor was off doing who knows what. Vaggie felt that something was off, but she couldn't quite put a finger on it. Charlie didn't know what she meant, but didn't care too much.

When Alastor returned Charlie went to go discuss business plans with him, while Vaggie waited for Angel to arrive, as it was their turn to make dinner and they decided on Italian food, as it was Angel's decision and it's his favorite. As she waited she got Niffty to take a break, so she could have someone to talk to and Niffty had been working all day so she needed a break.

"Hey Niffty, does something seem off about Alastor today?"

"I did seem him working on some sort of plan today, but he wouldn't tell me what it was or let me see it. I just assumed it was for the hotel."

"Ok thanks Niffty, Angel will be back soon and we're making dinner tonight, I'll see you later."

"Bye Vaggie, I should get back to work anyways."

At this time Angel had arrived, Vaggie was already in the kitchen and Charlie was helping her tie her apron and Niffty was talking with Husk and Alastor.

After dinner Charlie and Niffty were doing the dishes, Husk was drinking as usual, Angel was upstairs in his room, Vaggie was cleaning the kitchen, Alastor was upstairs broadcasting. A while later at 9:00 pm something seemed even more off, Alastor had come back downstairs and was reading a book. At last Vaggie was able to pinpoint what was off, Angel had still not come back downstairs, and by this time he would have come down for a nightly cocktail. Niffty had gone upstairs to investigate, and soon they hear a blood-curdling scream...

Vaggie went upstairs to check on Niffty, but what she saw completely froze her body with shock. Angels room was empty he was nowhere to be seen, but that wasn't the disturbing part it was completely covered with blood. The bed, his posters, the carpet, everywhere you looked you would be greeted with a pool of blood. Was he dead? No, that's impossible, he's already dead, so what happened? That's the question that needed to be answered. Charlie has come upstairs at this point, as she heard Vaggie's very loud and obnoxious gasp, and when she saw the sight before her, she nearly broke down to tears. At this point the only one who wasn't upstairs was Alastor, primarily because they thought he didn't care about Angel. Hell, even Husk was upstairs and felt sad, even though Angel was annoying, he would miss his company.

The next day the hotel felt empty and sad, Charlie was in charge of keeping track of the calls from Angel's boss, Valentino, and explaining what happened to Angel. The story was covered by the news, and even Lillith came to check on Charlie to see how she was holding up through this. Niffty cleaned his room and left flowers on his bed.

One week later

Niffty was cleaning downstairs, Husk was drinking more and more booze, Charlie was upstairs, Alastor was upstairs reading, and Vaggie was out shopping. Vaggie got home late, after everyone was asleep. She went to Charlie's room to check on her, and the sight she saw scarred her for life, the image she saw would always be in her head. She saw a bloody room, and a bloody, mangled body, not just that but it was Charlie's body. A loud wail escaped her throat. Niffty heard this and walked in on Vaggie kneeling over her dead body. Niffty soon joined her crying on the floor. Husk walked in on the two girls, and Vaggie swore she saw a tear roll down his cheek. She grabbed Charlie's phone and called her parents, and before long Lucifer and Lillith were at the hotel, mourning their daughter.

Vaggie had sworn that after the death of Charlie she would find the person responsible, and kill them, and that she would find Angel, dead or alive. She began searching the hotel, she searched every, room, closet and cabinet, hoping that she would find something, or better, Angel. She checked everybody's rooms, and when she reached Alastor's room she was positive she would find something there, and she did.
