(Prologue)

Ash Ketchum sat in the woods of Viridian forest and one thought came to his mind: 'Why, why would they say those things, why would they say them after my mother had disappeared for three days now.'

(Two Hours Ago)

Ash smiled as he had returned with Gou from the Alola region as Sogaleo was spotted and Professor Sakuragi wanted data. Ash was excited to return to the Alola region, he introduced Gou to Kiawe, Mallow, Professor Kukui and Burnet as well as Hau, and the Kahuna's even Rotomdex. But Ash got a call from Professor Oak, Ash had journeyed through the final trial once more and faced the totem Kommo-o and received a Dragonium Z for it and a Jangmo-o, but Gou caught three wurmple that became Silcoons, a Midday Lycanroc and a Murkrow. Gou even received a z-ring from Arriving back in Pallet Town Ash learned that the day after he left for the Alola Region assignment. Ash had Mimey, Gengar, Dragonite and Jangmo-o with Pikachu as he wore his Z-power ring which had the symbols of the three Pokémon of Alola's light.

Arriving at the global route 1 Ash journeyed down the hills toward Pallet Town. Right beside Ash was his partner Pikachu and Jangmo-o racing with him to see what was going on.

His house was a pile of scorched remains, the house was destroyed, going through the wreckage he found his awards and everything else survived as his mother placed them in a thick glass case, going to the cellar he found a trunk with wheels and handle bar and put what be could find that was still salvageable in it. All that was, was his awards, badges, a family portrait with his father's face slightly burned, his Z-crystals he had stored away, the soothe bells, a focus band, the broken Pokéball, misty's lure, the frontier symbols, his sketchbooks he drew every mythical and legendary Pokémon or normal Pokémon, half of the terracotta ribbon and his first cap of the expo. Sighing, he rolled the trunk as he left his home, now in ruins and saw Professor Oak's laboratory and Ranch on the horizon and smiled hoping he could turn this around. Arriving at the lab, Ash opened the door and entered and to his surprise he saw Mist, Brock, Tracey, Ritchie, Max, Barrey, Cilan, Iris, Trip and Professor Oak. Ash looked confused and asked: "Okay guys, what's going on?"

Professor Oak sighed and said: "Ash my boy, I believe it is time for you to choose either be a proper champion or a brain and give up on your dream."

Ash's face dropped and he asked: "Say what now?"

Tracey said: "He speaks the truth Ash, you've only beaten Professor Kukui in that last fight out of sheer luck or probably Tapu Koko was just bored with that fight."

Ash's eyes hardened and Misty then said: "Not only that, but your other record you only won at minor things and when you faced Alain in the finals you lost to a charizard with Greninja."

Ash barked out: "Oi, Charizard mega evolved into a dragon type, his weakness was nullified."

Brock shook his head and said: "Even still, you're an experienced trainer and yet you could've won by using all your strongest Pokémon and even could've acquired mega evolution like the rest of us."

Ash growled out and said: "Did you forget Alain is also a research assistant who knows ever in and outs of mega evolution and traveled the globe and fought everyone who uses mega evolution you fucking pervert monkey."

Everyone looked at Ash as if he grew a second head and Iris barked out: "You're such a vulgar child, didn't your mother raise you better! No wonder you're a failure at everything."

Ash's eyes started toward her and said: "Says the little girl has a sorryass excuse of a phobia and needs my help to gain the trust of our Pokémon. So who is the real child. And let's not forget if it wasn't for me everyone in this blasted room would've died by some psychopath who tried to conquer the forces of nature and existence, how many times have I nearly died to save your ass, everyone of you followed me, so who is the child, the man leading or the followers."

Max barked out: "Says you, I've already become a champion of my first conference."

Ash's eyes locked into him and he said: "Still a d ignorant prideful brat Max, how many times I had to put up with your ego was the most dullest thing of my life and I've seen that match, the guy use one type of Pokémon, fire types, off course you've won, everyone who relies on purely one type would have a fifty-fifty shorlt."

Cilan then said: "Seems your taste has grown bitter and dry Ash, certainly most disgusting."

Barry then said: "I should fine you money for all your failures."

Trip scuffed and said: :I one you were from the boonies, but to actually have been this pathetic is hilarious, even those hicks from that sad excuse of the region are even worse than you, even that lil' blonde she was the most sorry ass excuse of a trainer."

Brock then said: "Not only that but do to your childishness, you've cause hour mother's disappearance, last week ago Team Rocket a d the rest of Magma, Aqua, Galactic, Plasma and Flare showed up and attacked Pallet Town and your mother has been gone since."

Ash was shocked and clenched his fist but soon Grip went back mocking his grue Dan's and that made him snap and he socked him in the jaw so fast no-one even saw it coming, teeth flew from Trip's mouth covered in blood as a bruise would form on his cheek. Everyone was shocked, Ash never ever punched someone, but the so it, a blue outline his body as his hair that shadow his eyes raised showing that his brown eyes were outlined in blue. Brock frowned and said: "Seems Ash has tapped into his Aura again."

Ash looked at Professor Oak and said: "Under the Pokémkn Association, if a trainer is becoming unsatisfied by a region Professor care for said trainer's Pokémon or if the Professor is unfair and shows favoritism said trainer can chose a new Professor of the region to sponsor the trainer and watch over his Pokémon."

Everyone looked as if Ash's second head grew and he said as he pulled out his Rotom Phone and seemed to have but record the entire exchange and had sent it to Mr. Goodshow, remaining silent he said: "Professor Oak, you're no longer responsible for my Pokémon."

Grabbing his Pokéballs he saw most of his Pokémkn were arguing to his Tauros herd. Seeing that the Tauros herd had left behind the original leader Ash rushed to his aid and petted the down bull and said using a super potion on it.: "Let's go guys, we are leaving Pallet Town for good."

They all looked at him and saw he was serious, recalling all of his Pokemon he begun to leave the ranch and was stopped by his old friends with Brock and Misty with Mega Steelix and Gyrados, Tracey with Mega Scizor, Max with Mega Gallade, Barry with a Mega Heracross, Trip had a male Unfezant, Iris had a Mega Garchomp and Cilan had Whismicott out and Ash looked unimpressed but hearing something behind him he saw Professor Oak with a mega evolved Venusaur. Before Ash could grab his Pokéball, a cry was heard.

"PIDGEOT", said the Pokemon who made the cry as soon Asb was gone and a shadow of him was in the sky as Ash was in the talons of a Pidgeot with a Butterfree wearing a yellow scarf on its head. Ash and Misty gaped and said: "It's Ash's Butterfree and Pidgeot!"

Professor Oak watched as Ash flew off and knew Ash's Pidgeot was the fastest as it was considered a totem Pokémon when he showed the picture to his cousin. He sighed and knew trouble would come. As Pidgeot let down Ash, Asb was surprised to see them and gave them a big hug to his old friend's as did Pikachu and they had tears of joy, before Ash soon turned into tears of sorrow.

Ash sighed and saw Butterfree was also upset, using an app on his phone that gave a review when he asked Butterfree what was wrong it turns out Butterfree got separated from his mate in the Galar region during a mansion that carried him back to the Kanto region and wants to get back and Ash agreed to help his friend and recaptured him and decided to fulfill the promise to Pidgeot and caught her. Ash decided to call up and see if his Squirtle and Prkmeape would be willing to rejoin, flying to Saffron City's P1 league he saw his Primeape tutoring a combustion and machine. Once greeting he had asked Anthony if it was okay, which he said it was as Primeape was thinking of retiring soon and rejoining the battle circuit. Flying to Celadon City where the Squirtle Squad was based, Ash asked Officer Jenny who leads the squad if his squirtle could rejoin and the same thing had happened like with Primeape, bug Squirtle had chosen a successor and rejoined Ash. Once back at the Institute he told Professor Sakurahi what happened and named him his new Professor and filed the paperwork for it and had all his Pokémon that were loyal play in the park. That night the words of the traitors echoed in his mind, but come tomorrow a new destiny awaits him and leads to a new journey.

That morning as everyone was eating in peace the institute begins to shake and quiver as a loud roaring sound was heard outside and Professor Sakuragi, Ash, Gou, Koharu who finished trainer school and the Pokémkn looked up and saw a flying frigate with a VTOL used to transport things came out of the sides and flew down before them. As the VTOL engines cut off.

As the side door opened out stepped two knights wearing the symbol of halar with a butler coming out garbed in a black suit with gauntlets and armored boots with chainmail lined with the interior of the suit as a sword was at his hip and he wore a pair of scholar spectacles. The three people walked over toward the party and the butler looked at Ash and said: "Are you, Ash Ketchum?"

Ash looked confused and said: "Uh, yes."

The knights kneeled and the butler bowed confusing Asg as he asked: "Uh, what's going on?"

The butler rose and said: "Sire, you truly do not know, you are a prince, the sole air to the Kingdom of Camelot, Ash Arthur Pendrahon-Ketchum."

Ash blinked as Sakuragi eyes widened and his job dropped and Ash shoured: "WHAT?!"

-Story Break-

(Chapter One - The Galar Region)

Sitting on a frigate that was soaring through the sky that resembled the Plasma Frigate without the sails and jets but had turbines was Ash Ketchum as he sat in the royal quarters. A large Alaska King bed sat at the back of the quarters with a large wardrobe to the left as to the right was a private table with a basket of fruit. A bed the size of a small Pokémon was at the foot of the bed as hanging above the bed was the flag of the Galar region royal flag, a head of a wolf wearing a crown with a shield body and a sword coming out of the shield's bottom. He wore a brand new attire given to him by the head butler Jameson. Gone was the common clothing Ash as he was garbed in a red high collared hooded flowing vest that stops below his waist with white pockets and lining, he was also wearing a black long sleeve shirt underneath with dark blue jeans with blue ghost flames running up the pants leg and lastly black and red boots. But his hat was like Ash's old Pokémon League Expo hat, except that the Pokémon League logo is changed to resemble the Poké Ball symbol from his Alola region hat and the white background was black like his hoenn and sinnoh hats.

Ash sipped his tea that Jameson gave him, being friends with Lillie had taught him how to act like a gentleman and how to act around high class officials of nobility. Pikachu was across from him wearing a replica of his original Pokémon expo hat that is somewhat too big by a small extent. He couldn't believe his mother was kidnapped by Team Rocket with the remnants of the other organizations he brought down and saved by her past she tried so hard to leave behind. Sighing he was glad Gou and even Koharu were coming with him, at least he won't be alone when he takes on the conference in the Galar region as the region from the book he read last night that region has ten gyms: a grass, water, fire, fighting, ghost, fairy, rock, ice, dark and finally dragon. Ash looked at Pikachu and saw him sleeping on the bed with Jangmo-o, Ash smirked after becoming a champion not once, but twice he could carry up to eighteen Pokémon now, but only use six for battle or contest. Ash smiled remembering after seeing the traitors Butterfree rejoined him till he could find his mate, as did Pidgeot rejoining him full time, Squirtle returned from the squad and rejoined him and Primeape gave up the title and rejoined him.

So now he is traveling with: Pikachu, Butterfree, Pidgeot, Squirtle, Primeape, Mimey, Gengar, Dragonite and Jangmo-o, that's half of his slots taken. Ash had nine empty Pokéballs on his belt and a harness underneath his jacket containing his caught Pokémon. Pulling out his Rotomphone he was glad May and Dawn were still doing contest as both from Max told him were in the hoenn region and that he met a girl named Serena and her Braixen and the three girls hit it off and that they were thinking about taking a vacation to recharge the batteries. He had asked him where they were, but Max didn't know a thing. Sighing he looked at the two small Pokémon and heard a knock as Jameson and Mimey entered with Mimey wearing a bow tie and rolling a cart of food. Pikachu and Jangmo's nose twitched as they stirred and saw Mimey setting down bowls of food for all the other Pokémkn as Mimey already ate. Rolling his neck he began to eat his eggs as Jameson said: "Master Ash, we will be arriving in Avalon within the hour and Mr. Gou and Lady Koharu already awake and had eaten sire

Ash smiled and said: "Thank you Jameson, is that all."

Jameson nodded and said: "Of course sir, it seems you are troubled by something sir?"

Ash sighed and said: "I still don't understand why they would betray me, I've been a good friend, I supported them, I even helped them walk the path they chose and even if it interfered with my dreams I never complained, so why did they betray me?"

Jameson frowned seeing the heartbroken face of the young lord and he said: "Permission to speak freely."

Ash replied: "Granted."

Jameson smiled and said: "Sir, I am being blunt here and say this, up until your victory of the Alola region you've only done your career half-ass, while the battle frontier is barely unconquerable and the orange league is the same, you hadn't given anything your all except the Magnolia Conference."

Ash sighed and looked saddened before saying: "Your absolutely correct, of the Indigo I primarily goofed off, for the silver conference I second guessed myself just like everything else followed until the Kalos league, I gave it my all and yet I still came in second, but I bounced back and learned from those my mistake and conquered the Magnolia conference and won. Thank you Jameson, I needed to be reminded that all my failures helped build me up, not way me down."

The Head butler smiled and left the room as he had to check with the Captain. Ash smiled and thought: 'I'll prove them wrong, I'll conquer the League and then the World Championship and become the Pokémon Master, I will not fall to them, I will rise above them.'

Ash had fire burning in his eyes that burned any self doubt away inside of him. Meanwhile in the port town of Hulbury, three female trainers had disembarked from the S.S. Anna 2. The first girl had honey blonde hair and sapphire blue eyes with a pink beret, a fuzzy red pastel parka over a pink pleated dress with black thigh high frilly black socks and red casual trainers with a red satchel bag. Beside her, her Braixen wore a bow on its tail. The second girl had brown hair and indigo blue eyes wearing a red and white headband with a bow that resembles rabbit ears, a scarlet tank top with a black undershirt, with a red hoodie, white short shorts with black lycra leggings underneath, yellow and black ankle boots with orange soles, and short red and white socks as well as a yellow mega bracelet with a heart charm holding a keystone. Beside her was a Blazekin wearing an anklet holding a Blazikenite. Slung on the brunettes back was a red sport bag with a black waist bag below it.

And lastly the fourth girl was a bluenette marine blue eyes and garbed in tie-neck blouse pink, a black pleated kilt skirt, two heart hair clips, a pink messenger back, over the knee black socks and pink and blue sneakers with a Prinplup beside her. But hanging from its neck was a mystic water as the girls and started chatting one another. The honey haired girl noticed someone asking people around about a man in a photo and she said: "I think she needs some help."

The brunette nodded and said: "Yeah, we're on vacation, we've earned it."

The bluenette nodded and said: "Besides the Pokémon contest circuit is closed as the halls are being rebuilt from natural disasters that mysteriously happened to only the halls."

Walking over toward the girl who looked lost they noticed she wore a large white Sunday bonnet with a white dress having puffy sleeves with pale blue edge and shoulders, with half the skirt that is an icy, white gloves, a pale green sash around her waist tied into a bow and pale blue shoes with straps forming an x and frilly white short socks and beside was a white Vulpix. The brunette pulled out her crimson red Rotomphone and the dex app on the phone said: "Vulpix, Alola Form. The Fox Pokémon. An Ice type. Vulpix is covered in white fur and was discovered on Mount Lanakila. Its breath can reach a temperature of 60 below zero, freezing anything it touches"

The bluenette walked over toward the platinum blonde hair girl and asked: "Excuse me, do you need help?"

The blonde hair girl turned and showed she had apple green eyes and smiled and said: "Thank you, I've been asking people around here if they have seen this man."

She holds up a picture of a blonde man in overalls holding a pale blonde baby with a Zoroark. The bluenette pondered and said: "Well me and my friends May, Serena haven't seen him, by the way my name is Dawn and this is Prinplup."

May and Serena walked over and the girl said: "Alola, my name is Lkllie and this is my partner Snowy."

The white vulpix gave its cry and soon enough a younger version of the man in the photo with a charcoal and red vest with a red necktie, black pants with a white button up shirt, and brown boots with black lace. Over his shoulder was a red shoulder bag as he wore a brown belt with a gray belt buckle the man said: "Lillie come on, seems Dad wasn't around here, Mom said someone sighted him further down south."

Lillie nodded and said: "Okay Gladion, well it's very nice to meet you three and I hope you have a wonderful time."

Lillie walked away with her brother and Snowy as Dawn said: "Poor girl, I feel bad for her."

May nodded and said: "Yeah, so what do you girls wanna do first?"

Meanwhile landing at the Isle of Avalon was the U.S.S. Caliburn docking at the port where the Royal galar sky fleet resides. And disembarking the ship was Jameson, Gou, Raboot, Koharu who wore a yellow and black version of her uniform, Yamper and Ash with Pikachu on his shoulder. Lining the docks were men in what looked to resemble the new Team Plasma uniforms he had seen on the news but had some pieces of armor on the chest and limbs with the symbol of Galar on the berets they wore as well as the chest piece Ash knew was the palace guard. Overlooking the port was a large palace that looked nearly identical to the game of dragon quest as the castle was based on the design. Boarding a railcar that curved around the island up into the heart of the island were Camelot stations which only staff, nights and governor officials have access to. Disembarking Jameson led them to the royal ranch that the station was placed in.

Ash saw rose bushes, trees lined the pathways as the ranch with two-thirds of Professor Oak ranch space and had some playground equipment and Jameson said: "Master Ash, you can have your Pokémon play out here sir, your mother should be with your grandfather at this time, do to his illness he is in his quarters."

Nodding his head he threw eight Pokéballs up and said: "Okay guys, have fun playing and don't cause property damage from picking fights and be nice to the Pokémon here."

They all spoke agreeing with the trainer and Mimey followed Ash as Jameson knew that the Kanto Mr. Mime was Delia's aid. Jameson summoned a maid to give the two a tour of the palace where special guests are allowed to go as the royal quarters, private library and the sealed room were off limits. Mary, the maid led them both, Gou and Koharu through the palace as on the first floor was an indoor hot spring with the royal hot spring above the one they were looking at, a library, the kitchen, the knights and servants dining halls, the barracks and dungeons. The second floor contained the guest quarters, knight squads meeting rooms and the ballroom as the third floor was holding the royal chambers, treasure room, library and the rooms connected to the royal hot spring for the rooms balcony are their own porches. She led them out back where a large pool was and further on back behind a fence was the training yard.

Entering the chambers that Ash saw you could fit Hala's hut in the room and he saw his mother garbed in a pink princess gown that reminded him of what Dawn wore with orange lace as a tiara was presented on her head. Jameson said: "Your majesties, Ash Ksgchum has been safely brought to you."

The king who was lying covered in wrinkles and had a white beard and messy white hair in blue pajamas said rasply: "Thank you Jameson, you are a good man and even a great friend."

Jameson bowed and left as the aged old man said: "Come here my grandson, let me see your face."

Ash removed his hat and came over seeing the man resembled himself from his eyes, nose, mouth and ears as he said: "Ash, hehehe, you truly are a fine young man, I followed your career for the last four years, you truly are special. I had hoped I'd be healthier when we would meet, but my symptoms are growing worse."

Looking at his mother who had red eyes be asked: "What's wrong Mom?"

She looked at him and said: "Your grandfather was injected with an artificial virus crafted that causes slight tearing of lung, heart and kidney as well as vomits blood every three weeks and severe pains. The doctors said they destroyed the disease and found a cure for it, but the damage is unable to be reversed."

Ash looked at him and he smiled and said: "It's alright, K lead a full life, an adventurous life, when I will be with your grandmother, I'll even be even happier, Ash listen do not let anyone stop you achieving your goals, b e strong stand firm and never falter. Abandon your fear. Look forward. Move forward and never stop. You'll age if you pull back. You'll die if you hesitate, my father told me these words and they guided me all my life and now they will for you."

Ash nodded and he raised his shaking hand and pointed a finger to his nightstand and said: "In that draw is a gift for you, one of our region's starter Pokémon, I had hoped I would've given it to you in better health, but fage is a cruel mistress."

Ash walked toward the draw and opened it to show a lure ball and said: "Thank you grandpa."

The aged king smiled and said as Ash sat next to him, placing a hand on his shoulder he said: "I, Arthur Pendragon, name you crown prince from this day forth."

Raising his hand to his only daughter he said: "I, name you my beloved daughter and sole heir Queen as a coronation shall be held in five days time with a grand feast and ball in your honor. Ash, bring pride to our region, show them that your title as champion is no fluke."

Nodding his head Ash was glad his grandfather believed in him after everyone else back home did not. Word had spread among the maids of Ash's betrayal and how he will stand tall and show them all wrong. Throughout the world word spread of a new Queen will be crowned at a grand all held in her and her son's honor. Notifications had been sent to the Champions and the Elite four as well the Kahunas and anyone else Ash had wanted to invite. Looking at his invite list was Chairman Goodshow, Lance, Steven Stone, Cynthia, Scott, Anabel, Diantha, Hala, Olivia, Hapu, Hau, he tried inviting Kiawe and Mallow but they are busy, he couldn't get in contact with Lana or Sophocles, so he invited Principal Oak, the would've invited Gary but that was shot down as the youngest Oak would be a pain in the ass. Thinking about who else to put down he then added: Dawn, Clemont, Bonnie, Serena, May, Lillie, Gladion and Lusamine hoping they'd come as he feels way out of place right now.

Ash sighed and had sent the list to Jameson and relaxed. He knew many nobles would be there and a few of them he knew from his travels: Princess Salvia, Alberto, Princess Allie, Queen Ilene, Prince Raleigh, Princess Kimia King N. and Princess Sara. Ash sighed and stretched as he looked at his room that the Alaskan king size bed, a desk in the corner with bookshelves surrounding it, a trophy cabinet, a fireplace in his room, three wardrobes one containing t-shirts, one holding jeans, and the final one containing shorts and all three contain socks and boxers. Above the fireplace were two swords crisscrossing behind a shield. In another corner was a large Pokemkn bed the size of a stout land where Pikachu and Jangmo-o slept. He had hoped this time, a region would not be in dire need of aid as the others did.

Dawn rose the next day and all of the region was a buzz about the royal ball. Ash was getting an outfit custom down to fit him. Right now Ash was learning from the royal wizard who just happens to be an Aura Guardian named Nerlin teaching Ash to mold his aura with his Mienshao. By the end of the day the suit arrived as it looked liked the one he wore for the Master Showcase ball but the coat was black with a blue yesterday and a red neck tie with black pants and shoes with the mannequin even having his crown that was a gold ring with small jagged edges leading up to a large edge in the center with the insignia of the Galar region on it as it more resembled a headpiece. Ash was nervously soon the world would be announced of his heritage and the bomb would be dropped on where he was at, but he didn't care, this was his time to shine sighing he stood up and looked out from his porch and to the path of it to a platform overlooking the ranch were his Pokémon resided, he smiled seeing that his family was doing just fine.

Meanwhile in a mansion two brothers sat sipping tea with scowls on there faces as they looked at the recent news article that said: "The Lost Daughter has returned with a young prince to the throne" both were tale and had grayish blonde hair and one wore a blue suit and has his hair standing up in two flakes to the side and a large flake at the top, resembling a sword. The second brother wears a red suit and has his hair in three flat flakes to the side and a small point on top, resembling a shield. The elder brother and the younger brother were furious they were the true heirs to the throne, no one else and they would be damned to let anyone else have it. Both brothers begin to plot, a plot to ensure they would gain the throne and no one else would and they would destroy whoever's or whatever stands in their way. As for Ash he had a sense of foreboding pass through him and saw on the horizon a literal storm on the horizon itching it's way toward Avalon and Ash felt that was a sign of an omen. Heading back inside as a maid asked him to attend his classes on nobility which he really disliked.
