Tails bizarre adventure
Intro:
Mobius, a world full of nature and wonder…... and power!
Amongst the deserts, forests and oceans is an island, an island that floats mid air and contains an artefact so large and so beautiful yet so powerful, it is known as the master emerald.
This island was being visited by a very specific plane piloted by a small Mobian who thought he could spend his time by studying the effects of 7 mystic gems known as the chaos emeralds. The Mobian was fascinated by the immense power they gave off and normally when there all gathered together, they get spilt up all over the planet before he gets the chance to even look at them properly!
Not wanting to waste this opportunity the Mobian decided to take the emeralds to the master emerald and test their reactions to investigate further!
The Mobian landed the plane with ease as he has done it many times before, He started to climb out but before he even got his right foot out of the cockpit, he was surprised to be greeted by a familiar voice.
"Nice landing."
"GAH." The Mobian was shocked and fell out of the plane landing on his tails and dropping the emeralds on the ground.
This surprised his greeter "What brings you here with all these, Tails?" asked the greeter as he crouched down and started collecting the emeralds for the Mobian.
The Mobian revealed to be Tails stood up and shook both his tails getting the dirt out of them.
"H-hello Mr Knuckles." Tails responded shyly.
"I-I just wanted to come look at the master emerald if t-that's ok with you?"
Knuckles furrow browed, getting slightly confused.
"Why do you wanna see it?" knuckles answered
"W-Well you see" Tails started averting his eyes and twiddling his thumbs.
"After S-Sonic defeated Eggman He decided to look for the emeralds to kill time!"
"Ok, and?" Knuckles asked still waiting for an answer.
"Well…... I was just curious as to what made these tick, so…"
"So you decided to study them?" knuckles finished
Tails looked away really shy, most days he was either at home or with his best friend sonic. So being alone for the first time in a while has made him really nervous.
"Y-yes and I thought I could get more out of it, if I studied the master emerald."
Knuckles closed his eyes and went into thought, as part of the echidna's Knuckles clan it was his life's duty to make sure the master emerald was to be safe at all times. So letting this little fox fiddle around with it could almost be breaking that code. But then he thought about it some more while looking at the young pup, he couldn't see tails flying off with it physically and both tails and sonic did help restore order to Eggman schemes. So he came to a conclusion.
"All right, but just this once, ok?"
Tails lit up, "Ahh thank you!"
Knuckles returned the emeralds to Tails and gestured him to follow. They preceded to walk for about 10 minutes until knuckles broke the silence.
"So sonic not with you?" Knuckles aske realising the fact that he hasn't seen Tails on his own before until now.
"Nah, he decided to take a nap so I left him a note and flew here. He'd probably get bored sitting here watching me fiddle with the emeralds."
"Besides, if something went wrong, I've got you here r-right?"
Knuckles smiled hearing Tails having faith in his abilities.
"Yeah, I guess you do."
After a few more minuets of walking they reached their destination, the master emerald.
"she's all yours." Knuckles said gesturing to the emerald
"R-right" Tails responded eager to get to work.
As Tails was messing around knuckles decided to take a lie down and kept and eye on both tails and the emerald which wasn't too difficult considering how there both right next to each other. But after about an hour Knuckles was about to dose off until the ground started shaking. At first, he thought it was an earthquake but brushed that off at the realisation that the are floating in the air! Tails started to bag the chaos emeralds but before he could finish grabbing them one stated bouncing closer towards the master emerald.
Then suddenly with a load CRASH a huge mechanised dinosaur came out from behind the forest trees. Knuckles stood up and bumped his fists together, understanding the situation now he took a fighting stance.
"Well hello again my small insignificant rodents!" A fat man in a flying domelike vehicle laughed
"EGGMAN! You got some nerve showing your punch able face here!" Knuckles shouted.
"HO HO HO, well that's a lotta talk for a meathead such as yourself, Knuckles." The man known as Eggman laughed.
"But my coral here is with that small pest with the emeralds" Eggman shouted as he pointed towards tails, who was curled up into his tails shaking in fear. He was normally braver than this but that was when sonic was around, in this scenario he was all by himself. Well that's what he thought.
"TAILS!" Knuckles shouted to him getting his attention
"Get the emeralds and get back to sonic, Ill hold off the monster!" he continued as he turned to Eggman and his machine.
Eggman smirked "Well sure you can fight my dinoegg, because that will allow me to grab Tails and those emeralds without a hitch!"
Eggman flew past knuckles who started to give chase but the dinoegg got in his way.
"Tails, RUN!"
Tails stood up and pressed his back against the master emerald, shaking in fear.
"HO HO HO, this is going to be too easy, I get the emeralds and ill hold this brat as a hostage to keep that blue bother off of me, IT'S A WIN WIN HAHAHAHAAA."
Tails suddenly thought back to when sonic last beat Eggman, he was using the emeralds power while shouting something, figuring he could do the same he grabbed the last emerald while still leaning on to the master emerald and shouted
"CHAOS CONTROLL!"
All of a sudden everything started felling strange he felt he was slowly falling backwards but he couldn't be there was th-.
Then it struck him tails was being pulled into the master emerald along with the other emeralds!
"W-WHAT HAVE YOU DONE YOU FOOL!" shouted Eggman who stopped in his tracks in fear for his own life.
"H-HELP ME!" tails pleaded to anyone who could hear!
Knuckles finished off the dinoegg and turned to see Tails situation.
"Don't worry tails I'm coming he called back" hoping he could make it to him on time.
But he was to late Tails had been completely swallowed by the master emerald with all the other emeralds. Until a beam of blinding light shot out of the top soring through the sky. As this occurred there where 6 smaller beams the jutted out from the large one and 6 chaos emeralds went through one of each splitting up!
But Tails and the remaining emerald continued through the main beam until there was a huge flash and it was all over. Tails and all the emeralds had disappeared save for the master emerald.
Knuckles was standing in place trying to process what had just occurred.
"W-what just happened!?" Eggman shouted furious to be so confused.
This drew knuckles attention as he turned to Eggman with a seriously pissed look! Eggman turned and suddenly realised the danger he was in so he fled without a second thought!
Knuckles was about to give chase but stopped himself, even after all that just happened in a small-time span, he couldn't leave the master emerald unguarded. He figured that the others would have noticed the beam and decided to wait for them to arrive and explain the situation.
"Sonic is not going to be happy about this, that's for dam sure!" knuckles said out loud and sat down waiting for the inevitable.
In another world:
A young man who was wearing a dark cap and a black expensive looking uniform was walking until he noticed A blinding beam of light. Being caught of guard the man quickly regained his posture and pulled his hat down to shield his eyes from the beam, but when it started to die down, he noticed something falling through the beam and crash in the distance.
The young man pulled his hat back up but it was still covering both his eyes in shade.
What the hell was that? He thought to himself but he knew there was only one way to find out. He grabbed his hat again and straitened it and started walking calmly towards where the beam was initially shining.
"Good grief."
