You guys are probably going to think this is a stupid Idea, but my inspiration for this story came from a dream I had recently. And I'd like it if any negative reviews were at least worded a little less of an insulting manner.

Battle for Enchantia: Prologue
The sounds of flesh striking wood rang throughout the forest surrounding Enchantia. And in a clearing in that forest, we find a woman striking a giant tree with an incredibly thick trunk using nothing more than her bare hands and her legs.
The woman appears to be in her early twenties with long brown hair that's currently in a high ponytail, pure brown eyes and a pale skin tone. But more of a natural pale, not the kind you get with sickness. She's currently dressed in a white martial arts GI, and has a red cloth belt tied around her waist.
This is one of the Kingdom's two princesses: Sofia the First.
It's been fourteen years since the start of her many great adventures as a child. She met several past princesses such as Cinderella, Jasmine, Merida, even a talking snowman named Olaf. She's faced all sorts of great trials and prevailed every single time. Though she's almost always had help from her friends and family.
But why would she be training so hard alone? Well, let's just say that she's long since realized that not every threat to her kingdom can be solved with words and diplomacy. And there were certain times on her adventures that she and everyone around her almost died because of her not having the strength to defeat these foes. So she started training in secret, learning all she could.
Sofia doesn't want to be the stereotypical princess that everyone always imagines when they see her. The kind that always gets in trouble and waits for her Knight in Shining Armor or her Prince Charming to save her like some damsel in distress.
No, she wanted to be like Princess Merida: a Scottish princess who was a master archer, and wasn't afraid to take matters into her own hands.
When she last visited a Japanese kingdom at the age of twelve, Sofia took the opportunity to explore the surrounding area. She understood that Japan was home to many unique forms of fighting, so she thought she might find some scrolls or something.
What she found instead was something very strange.
It was a small orange sphere with four red stars in it. Sofia had never seen anything like it before. Her amulet glowed brightly when she got closer to the orb and the orb responded in kind. This further perplexed the princess.
But then she saw a small red notebook sitting next to the orb. The book was obviously very old and worn, so the princess was careful not to damage it any further when she opened it. Much to her disappointment though, it was written in Japanese, so she couldn't make heads or tails of what was written in the book.
Luckily, her amulet was able to translate the writing into English. So she read over what was written and learned that the book once belonged to a man named Son Goku.
Why did that name seem so familiar?
Oh well, she'd ponder that later. Anyway, it turns out that the orb that Sofia found was something called a Dragon Ball. A mystical item that when all seven are gathered summons a magical dragon that will grant you any wish you wanted. So long as it was in the dragon, Shenron's, power to grant. And each Dragon Ball has a number of stars in it from one to seven.
Knowing that a wish like that might come in handy, Sofia took the Four Star Ball and began her training that day.
Ever since, the princess made it her secret mission to, in addition to becoming stronger, find and collect all seven Dragon Balls. So far, Sofia has found six of the seven Dragon Balls. The Four, Seven, Three, Two, Five, and One Star Dragon Balls. She still has yet to find the Six Star Ball, and that's only because she doesn't have that Dragon Radar Goku wrote about in his journal.
But I digress. There was something else that was worrying Sofia. And that is the very amulet she wears around her neck. The one that's helped save her life and the lives of others so many times.
The princess momentarily ceased her training. She reached into her Gi shirt and pulled out her amulet. Over the years, the amulet had begun to darken from its once vibrant purple color to being almost black, and it became far more brittle than it should be. Almost just a piece of charcoal.
"Why is this happening to my amulet? Nothing like this has ever happened before." Sofia thought to herself.
The princess looked up to the sky and noticed the sun was beginning to reach its highest point in the sky. It was about time for her to get some food in her stomach. She sat down next to the tree she was previously punching and pulled out several bento boxes that she'd packed up. About eight of them to be exact.
Sofia didn't understand why, but her appetite has been increasing a lot in recent years. She learned how to cook and began preparing her own meals. Her stepfather, King Roland, didn't think she needed to do that, but eventually accepted her decision knowing that at least this way his young stepdaughter would be able to feed herself should she be away for long periods of time.
Sofia began salivating at the sight of all the food she'd packed and picked up a pair of chopsticks.
"Thanks for the grub!" Sofia said, giving thanks for her food.
She then proceeded to scarf down every last bit of it in record time, like some kind of starving animal! So much for those lessons on etiquette, right? After nearly choking on her food at least three times, Sofia finished her meal with a thermos of ginseng tea. A special brew she'd learned to make while in Japan.
Sighing in content, the princess put away the bentos and got right back to training.
She yelled a bit as a white aura of power seemed to surround her, making her hair stick up and making her feel stronger. She began to go through several martial arts katas and attempted to work the muscle memory. She's been working on combining the two fighting styles she's learned and has gotten quite good at what she does, but it just wasn't good enough in her opinion.
'If only there was a way to train for years at a time in the span of just a few days… but what're the odds of there being a method like that?' Sofia thought to herself.
Oh, if only she were to know where THIS is going to go. For if she looked towards the sky she would notice something falling to the planet. Something otherworldly and very, very powerful.
In another part of the kingdom, namely one of the more rural country areas, a farmer sighed as he took off his hat and wiped the sweat from his forehead. He's had a long morning of tending to the fields and feeding his livestock. And he's still got plenty more chores to do before the day is done. Milking the cows, giving the barn a fresh coat of paint, picking the ripe vegetables and taking them to the market, just to name a few. But in the meantime, he's going to enjoy a relaxing smoke as he takes a little break from his farm work. But as he took a dreg from his cigarette, the farmer, we'll call him Bill, heard a high pitched whistling sound coming from the sky. His curiosity got the better of him as he looked to the sky and saw something streaking towards the planet. And it looked like it was going to land close by.
And he couldn't have been more right as the strange thing crashed into the adjacent hill on Farmer Bill's land. It caused a tremor that almost made him fall over, but he caught himself and managed to keep his balance.
"What the hell!? It's a meteor! Or a U.F.O.!" exclaimed Bill as he climbed into his truck. "I gotta see this!"
One quick drive later and Farmer Bill arrived at the crash site. A shallow crater was left from the impact, but it was about fifty feet wide and ten feet deep. Bill stopped his truck and got out before reaching into the trunk and pulling out his shotgun. He made sure to load it before walking to the edge of the crater and saw… actually, he doesn't know what it is.
Whatever it is, it's clearly not an earthly device. It's perfectly spherical with a single red lense that's likely a window. The spherical design shows no visible propulsion system, but it clearly flew here as proven by the smoke and scorch marks on the exterior.
"What in Heaven's name is that? It don't look like no meteor…" bill said to himself.
Farmer Bill started to freak out a little bit… okay, a lot… once the door to this pod started to open as it released a hiss of pressurized air. A hand gripped the edge of the pod as a humanoid figure climbed out of the pod. Without so much as a word, the stranger walked a couple of paces away from the pod and actually started floating up out of the crater and onto solid ground. Even though he's freaking out about the obvious alien, he's at least glad that he can finally see him clearly.
This man has the build of a warrior, lots of visible muscles with very little if any body fat. He has tan skin and stands at about six feet four inches. He has spiky black hair that's tied in a low warrior's wolftail and grows out to between his shoulder blades with two bangs hanging over the front of his face and partially covering his right eye. His eyes are as black as coal, and hold nothing but malice and an air of arrogant superiority. For clothing, he wears a very strange style of armor that consists of a pair of black shorts that end just above the knees and appear to be made out of a spandex material, along with strange armor on his upper body with blunt shoulder pads and hip guards. The majority of the armor is black with a green part in the center while the shoulder pads and hip guards are yellow. He also wears a pair of black and yellow gauntlets and boots that appear to be made of the same material as his upper body armor, and he has a strange device with a purple lense over his left eye. Wrapped around his waist is something furry and quite possibly attached to him.
The man took a single glance at his surroundings, and at Farmer Bill, and his annoyance seemed to grow exponentially.
"So the creatures on this planet are still alive. Damn that Celena! She was supposed to finish what Kakarot was supposed to have started, but it seems she's no better than he was!" the mystery man growled.
"Y-You're on my p-p-property…!" Bill stuttered as he cocked his shotgun.
"Is that so? Let's see…" the stranger said.
He pressed a button on the device on his head. The lense started to display yellow images of a type of alien numeral system as it beeped rapidly while fixed on the obviously scared farmer. Bill yelped and took a step back as the alien stepped forward.
"Your power level is puny. Heh, level 5." he said.
"Don't you come any closer! Look! I'll use this thing!" Bill said as he tried to threaten the alien.
But his threats, even with his gun aimed at the alien, fell on deaf ears as he continued to slowly step forward. Bill screamed and fired a head shot from his shotgun, but to his horror, the alien caught the bullet with one hand before it even reached him. The alien held the bullet between his index finger and thumb as a simple show of proof, and shifted it until he was holding the bullet like one does a marble. And with a flick of his thumb, the bullet went flying even faster than when it was shot out of the gun and went straight through Farmer Bill's head! AND his truck!
Poor old Bill was dead before he even knew what happened. The alien just smirked and chuckled cruelly as he saw what happened.
"What a fragile breed of people."
Suddenly, the device on his face began beeping again as yellow arrows appeared on the lense.
"I'm picking up a high power level from other there… It must be her!"
The strange man took flight once again and started following the directions given to him by the device on his face. Now, his expression is a mixture of angry and determined.
"PREPARE YOURSELF, CELENA!" he shouted.
As he flew off towards the power reading his device was getting, several people in the kingdom suddenly got a very bad feeling. Like some ominous force was going to take away someone very precious to them all.
***To Be Continued…***
And there's the first chapter of the story I saw in my dream. Keep in mind, I don't normally write stories for shows like Sofia the First, but this one just seemed like a good challenge for myself. I originally intended for this story to follow the plot of the Battle of Gods movie, but then I scrapped that project and revised it. Please, let me know what you think so far in your reviews. And if you have ideas you want to pitch, I encourage you to share them.
Well, I've enjoyed writing this for you all, but now I gotta go. Bye!
