Full summary: Thousands of years ago, two armies fought against each other in a great battle. One led by a king of dark power and controlling an army of endless monsters, and the other king served as guardian over the world itself. In order to stop King Madragor, the good king intrusted a great power to 5 of his most trusted knights, combining their souls with great beasts and giving them control over the elements; Fire, water, earth, lightning, and wind. In their final battle, the knights managed to seal away their forces away, transforming their bodies into stone. However, the knight's victory came at the cost of their own lives. Madragor and his armies had remained dormant for hundreds of years. But now they have returned and it up to a new generation of knights to stop them.

Character Bios
Red Dragon Knight
Name: Cody Oliver
Physical appearance: brown hair, blue eyes. He usually wears a red hood with a black t-shirt underneath, blue jeans and tennis shoes
Personality: caring, reckless, optimistic, selfless
Description: Cody Oliver is the second-born son of Katherine Hillard and Tommy Oliver. He is 16 years old and used to be a normal highschool student. While being loved by his mom and dad, he and his older brother JJ had more of a rocky relationship. When finding the fire elemental morpher, Cody found himelf bonded with the spirit knight known as Pyrus. Though there was much more to it as his newfound powers were made to fight against the dark army known as the Horrors, who were turned to stone and sealed away many years ago. As the dark army are now free, Cody's family and friends are put in danger and now Cody must become the Red Dragon Knight and vanish the Horrors from the world for good.

Blue Serpent Knight
Name: Elena Thompson
Physical appearance: short brown hair and green eyes. She usually wears glasses, a white sweater, blue shorts and sandals.
Personality: shy, quiet, friendly, intelligent
Description: Elena Thompson was a transfer student from England that moved over to the states and Cody's highschool with her parents. She is often shy, spending lots of her time alone but is friendly and kind when given the chance. She felt like an outsider coming from overseas and was often cautious about hanging out with others. Though, that changed once she met Cody and the others. When coming into contact with the blue elemental morpher, Elena became bonded with the water spirit Aqua. Allowing her to become the blue elemental ranger. As a ranger, Elena often uses her brain to think her way out of situations as well as uses her powers over water in multiple ways including healing.

Green Beast Knight
Name: Jason Brooks
Physical appearance: native-american, brown hair, brown eyes. Usually wears a green varsity jacket, tacky pants and tennis shoes.
Personality: hard headed, brooding, short-tempered, loud, obnoxious
Description: Jason Brooks was one of the top high school players at the highschool, known for being tough and not willing to let anyone to beat him down. Some saying his skin is as hard as rock from him constantly working out and keeping fin. He is also known for run his mouth and get in trouble and also scare others away with his demeanor. He doesn't have many friends and often prefers to do things on his own thinking others are useless and they don't understand him. Though underneath all the tough guy talk and loner attitude, Jason does have a soft side as he helps take care of his mom and little brother while his dad isn't around. Upon finding the green elemental morpher, Jason became bonded with the spirit Gaia and became the green beast knight. While not being the fastest ranger, Jason's main asset is his physical strength.

Yellow Eagle Knight
Name: Bobbi Rose
Physical appearance: long blonde hair, blue eyes. She usually years a yellow crop-top, jeans and tennis shoes.
Personality: loud, kind, energetic, outgoing, reckless
Description: Bobbi is a classmate of Cody, Elena and Jason. She has always been known to be out there and loud, having a strong cheerful nature. Always enjoying to be physical and get her way around, even if sometimes her attitude occasionally gets on other people's nerves. Even then, Bobbi is a kind person and always been open to make new friends. Growing up, Bobbi had lived with her older brother and parents, though mostly with her parents are usually as busy with work. Upon finding the yellow elemental morpher, Bobbi became bonded with the spirit Barak and became the yellow eagle. With Bobbi's powers of lightning, Bobbi can send out an electrical surge and uncontrollable charge to attack all enemies.

Pink Hawk Knight
Name: Sonya Amberg
Physical appearance: African-American, brown hair, brown hair. She usually wears a black dress with a pink bow and brown boots.
Personality: snarky, sarcastic, snooty, selfish
Description: Sonya Amberg is the most popular girl at their high school. Growing up, Sonya and Bobbi were best friends as children, however, one day Sonya decided to let Bobbi go and got new friends, the two then growing to enemies. Now, Sonya is a changed person who cares more about her own reputation than the feelings of others. Herself previously helping a lot of self doubt and not believing she was beautiful. Upon finding the pink elemental morpher, Sonya was the most hesitant to become a ranger and put her life on the line for innocent people. Though, being a ranger changes her mind and opens her cold old self.

Shadow Lion Knight
Name: Sebastian Hughes
Physical appearance: Half-british and half-asian, black hair and black eyes. He usually wears a black vest under a white shirt, black pants and black shoes.
Personality: mysterious, secretive, isolated, lonely, cautious
Description: Sebastian Hughes is a young man who as a child grew up alone in an orphanage, never knowing his parents. Even before Madragor and his forces were released, Sebastian's soul fell to the darkness as he was alone and didn't have many friends. Other kids picking on him and thinking he was a freak by his attitude. As the demons were released, Sebastian was chosen by Madragor and was given the black elemental morpher and became the Shadow Lion Knight to combat the ranger. Bonding his soul with the black lion spirit Drakus. Sebastian is a tortured soul who's been used and played without anyone to save him.

Sir Edward Langston
Description: Sir Edward Langston is a former knight of old who had fought against Madragor centuries ago. Back in those days, he was a brave warrior and swordsman who would fight against the demon king and his minions. Sir Edward was also granted some power along with the other knights by the king as his aging began to slow and allowing him to live to this day. He also helped in sealing Madragor himself and his minions. Now in the modern era, Sir Edward serves as a history teacher at the high school and serves as mentor to the rangers.
Sam Rose
Description: Sam Rose is the older brother of Bobbi Rose, the yellow ranger. He is also the assistant of Sir Edward as he works as a teacher at the ranger's school. While being more mature than his little sister, Sam is a bit of a clutz often tripping and falling over things. Though, he does have his moments like repairing and upgrading the team's morphers, weapons and mechs through his electrical engineering degree.

King Madragor
Description: Madragor used to be human centuries ago, admired as a noble leader and warrior, king of his land with his wife the queen and his royal council. However, despite many victories, he hungered for more. More enemies to be slain by his sword and more power to defend his people. In order to gain this, he made a deal that damned his soul to become a devilish like demon and transformed his kingdom into a demonic army. His venom and demonic monsters continued to spread throughout the land until eventually by the hand of the chosen knights, they were sealed away. Now resurrected and with his slowly returning strength, he plans to continue plunging the world into darkness and shadow where he shall rule over all.
Queen Nefreya
Description: Nefreya is the loyal wife and queen of king Madragor. She is his most trusted advisor and a powerful sorceress in her skills over the dark arts. When Madragor was first transformed, his wife and child were also transformed into demons, then the rest of the people. Them all remaining cursed as demons, slowly losing all of their humanity where they can no longer remember their human lives. Nefreya respects his husband's goal but more than that, she wishes to remain by his side and keep what remained of her beloved husband. In story, Nefreya commands over the yama soldiers and the rest of their army and can temporarily open gateways to send the soldiers to the surface world.
General Defeyo
Description: General Defeyo is one of the strongest combatants in King Madragor's army, being a master swordsman who would not be satisfied until his opponent is utterly defeated and is on their knees, begging for mercy. Even before transformed into a demon, Defeyo was always loyal to his king and would obey his commands and orders without ever asking any questions. Defeyo is more of the muscle in the king's army as he is a physical brute who seeks combat in his lord's name and has a strong determination that he will destroy the Elemental knight rangers no matter what.
Squire Jekyll & Squire Hyde
Descriptions: Squire Jekyll and Squire Hyde are a pair of twins who are the two remaining members of King Madragor's council. In their past lives, they would often be the source of information and come up with ways to help the people. Now the two are given into their inner chaos and enjoy the pain and suffering that the demons cause. The two are often clever and mischievous in their plans and coming up with ways to cause problems for the rangers. Jekyll is more calm, intelligent and always thinks before acting out, while Hyde is more chaotic and crazy, easily being able to snap over the edge, needing his brother to hold him back.
Yamas
Description: Yamas are the ground troops of the demon army. They are completely mindless and spawned from the souls that fell to complete despair when King Madragor arose. The Yamas are also completely speechless and unintelligent as the only thing they know is to go to the surface world and attack as Madragor's presence spreads.
