Jackson Brewer and Kimberly Crawford

The day Jack hurt Frank

Kim POV

"What the hell did you just do Jack? He didn't deserve that!" Dear lord, help me.

HOLD UP! LET'S REWIND!

Hi guys, I'm Kim Crawford. Y'all already knew that though. Jack is my neighbor, so we walk to practice together. We're also dating. Y'all already knew that too. Jack and I walk into the dojo hand in hand and when Jerry sees he smiles. Ugh!

"Whooo! Hey guys. How's it going?"

Milton walks out of Rudy's office and grimaces. "The health inspector will be here in an hour. Rudy hasn't cleaned this place in a long time."

Eddie is sitting on one of the benches.

"It's been like a few weeks since he cleaned this place Milton. You're acting like it's been years." Jack frowns.

"Eddie, it's been two years since he cleaned this gross place. I'm surprised it's stayed open this long.

He lets go of my hand and walks over to the supply locker. When he opens it a whole bunch of junk and other stuff fall onto the floor. A few dead rats and a few live rats fall out too. I scream and jump onto the stack of mats by the wall. Jack helps me catch my balance so that I don't fall off. Rudy runs out of the office a few seconds after I screamed. I wasn't the only one who screamed. Jerry screamed too. Eddie looks grossed out.

"Yeah, um, I've gotta go. My mom is taking me to dance class."

Excuses! I know for a fact that he doesn't have dance class today. He has it every Wednesday and Thursday. It's Friday, but I won't call him out.

Instead I say, "Okay Eddie. Bye."

He runs out of the door and Rudy yells after him. "Oh come on Eddie, it's not that bad!"

That's when Frank(you know, from the Black Dragons) walks in. Fuck! What is he doing here? Rudy walks out of the dojo when he walks in.

"Rudy, where are you going? There are two live rats running around in the dojo and four dead ones lying on the floor right now! Come clean this up."

He just keeps running into Falafel Phil's.

"Okay then."

I look at the boys. Milton must've ran out with Rudy. How did I not see him? I'm now confused.

"Hey Jack. Looks like your dojo isn't doing so well. Your friends just ran out at the sight of a rat and your other friends ran out at the sight of me. Such wimps."

I roll my eyes. "Frank, shut up!"

He looks at me and his eyes soften. I forgot that he likes me. Actually, correction: I knew that he liked me, but I just chose to ignore it. He leans his arm on the support beam holding up the entrance way.

"Hey Kim. How's it going? So, you know I'm free Satur-"

Then Jack knocks him to the ground. He punches him multiple times.

"Don't ever make fun of my dojo!"

Punch!

"Don't ever make fun of my friends!"

Punch!

"And don't you dare flirt with my girlfriend ever again!"

Punch!

Oh, my gosh! "What the hell did you just do Jack? He didn't deserve that!" Dear lord, help me. Jack realizes what he's done and gets off of Frank. Frank then runs away with a bloody face.

"He deserved all of that," He says as he gets off of the ground.

"No, he didn't. I know you had Frank don't see eye to eye, and don't get me wrong no one sees eye to eye with Frank, but Frank is not worth that! Come here."

He walks over to me and I take his hand.(The one that he used to punch Frank.) It's bloody. Both with his blood and Frank's. He sighs when he sees that.

"I shouldn't have done that." He looks at me and smiles.

"I'm sorry. I can tell that I scared you."

I smile back at him. "It's okay. Come on, let's go get you cleaned up."
