Arguing could be heard all across the village of Konoha. It was a women's voice, yelling at a male.
Near the Hokage's office, Sakura Haruno had just punched Naruto Uzumaki into a wall.
"Owwwwww Sakura-chaaaan, I didn't mean to insult you. I was just saying you don't look very good today," said boy whined.
Their teammates, Sai and Sasuke, just stood there staring at the two of them. It was a normal occurrence for Sakura to punch Naruto.
"Well, you should have kept your thoughts to yourself! Idiot!", Sakura yelled at her teammate. Team 7 had been summoned to the Hokage's office, for a briefing on their newest mission they had been assigned.
Naruto got up from the wall he had been punched into, and they continued on their way to the Hokage's office. They arrived and knocked on the door, waiting for permission to enter.
Tsunade sat at her desk, and looked up when team 7 entered. "I see you've gotten my message. You have a new mission.", she said.
They nodded, and Sasuke asked "What do we need to do?" Tsunade took four letters out of her drawer, and handed them to each member of team 7.
"You are to go to a school of magic, posing as students, to protect a 13 year old boy from an escaped murderer. His name is Harry Potter, and this escaped prisoner may be after him. We have been asked by the schools headmaster, an old friend of the Sandaime's, to protect him from this murderer. The man, Sirius Black, was a faithful follower of an evil man that tried to kill Potter as a baby. You will be posing as exchange students from Japan, and you will keep an eye on him while you are there. Kakashi will be posing as your guardian. That is all. Read your letters, and the headmaster will be here tomorrow to take you to get your supplies", she informed them.
Sasuke was skeptical that magic actually existed, but when he thought about it, chakra was basically magic. Sai was interested, he always wanted to learn more about human interaction, and this was a good way to do that, and maybe make new friends. Naruto was excited, this would be different than their other missions. Sakura was anxious, what if she didn't fit in? But she was also excited, it would be nice to learn more things.
Team 7 left Tsunade's office, and headed toward training ground 3. They arrived, and sat down under the shade of the trees.
"So, this will be a interesting experience, don't you think?", Sai asked, trying to get the conversation going.
"Yea, it'll be interesting to learn new things", Sakura replied. Sasuke frowned and looked at them "Don't forget we also have a mission to carry out. To protect that Potter boy."
Naruto looked at him and retorted "Yea, but that's no reason to not enjoy it also, you teme!" Before Sasuke could yell back, Kakashi jumped down from a tree above them.
"Ma, just read your letters, they contain the information you will need. You have a month after you get your supplies to get caught up on the material, and on September 1st you will leave for Hogwarts."
Nodding, each member opened their letters and read them. After they finished, each of them decided to go home and rest for tomorrow, they had a long day of getting supplies ahead of them. And Kakashi, watching them leave, decided this would be a good experience for his students. They would learn alot from this mission, he was sure of it.
A/N So this was an idea I came up with being stuck in quarantine. What if Team 7 went to Hogwarts during third year to protect Harry? Chaos. Absolute chaos.
