Today in the plaza is as peaceful as ever but it is a bit quieter since rad and enid left to make there own path in life. Last time I have seen them was on my birthday a few months ago, enid is almost finishing witch school top of her class and rad just became a captain in planet X military both of them are doing great things and it makes me so proud to call them my friends. But I will admit I'm a little jealous but I'm more proud than jealous and it's not all bad my level is now 56 and I'm now the assistant manager of gars and best of all mom is now 7 months pregnant with baby meaning I'm going to be a big brother soon in I can't wait to mold a new hero I'm going to be the best brother ever.
" bing bing, oh hello welcome to gars how may I help you today," I say to who just came in " hi ko how are you doing today," Dendy said with a smile on her face as of late seeing dendy for some reason made me happy and nervous at the same time it started shortly after rad and enid left. At first, I thought it was because she is the one friend that stayed and we started hanging out almost every day and it made rad and enid leaving more easier to accept. But it has been a few years now and the feeling is still there so now I don't know what to think anymore. " hi dendy how's it going," I say nervously " It is " going" quite well, in fact, I have a surprise for you k.o," she says with an even bigger smile on her face her eyes shining so bright they look like two diamonds thought her glasses. " a surprise what is it what is it" I ask knowing it going to be amazing like always " oh no I'm not telling yet" " what then why tell me now" I ask in confusion " because I don't want to tell you until you agree to help me out with a " experiment" tonight at my house" dendy said looking away cheeks a little redder now " is that all, of course, I'll help you dendy that's what friends are for" I tell her with proud " good then I need you at my house at 7 let your mom know you're staying the night oh and don't eat befor coming" she says explainig what I need to do " staying the night, this experiment must be huge" I say wonding what it could be " oh I bet it is" she says in a whisper " what you just say dendy?" not hearing her " nothing nothing just come at 7 and have a appetite ok" she said again half way out the door " you got it see you at 7 tonight" I say waveing bye for now until she's out of sight.
When I think she has gone I pull out my phone and call my mom to see if it's alright it rings for three times before she picks up " hi ko has my little assistant manager doing" she says "I'm doing great it's a little slow but that's fine I'm calling to ask you something" I say " sure what up champ?" she asks " Dendy came over and ask me to help with a project she's doing today and said it's going to be an all-nighter so is it ok if I stay the night at her house tonight" I ask hoping she says yes " oh course sweetheart that's fine by us it actually gives my and dad a night to ourselves! " she said with anticipation " awesome I guess I'll see you guys tomorrow then" I say letting go of a breath I didn't know I was holding in "sounds perfect sweetie, just do mommy a favor and call when you're on the way home okay" she says nervously " okay mommy see you tomorrow love you" " love you too k.o. Have a good night" she says before hanging up the phone. I look at it for a full minute before taking a big breath and let it out trying to control the excitement inside I don't know why but I can't wait for tonight.
