Kallori is a rebel and doesn't follow the rules.
Blue is impressed.
"Welcome to the dark, sis," he says.
"Are there cookies?" Kallori asks. Blue pulls out a jar of cookies from his inventory.
"Yes," he says, "but you have to realise..." he looks around and pulls her into a corner and whispers, "we use the dark to aid the Light..."
Kallori stares straight into his eyes with a straight face.
"Oh, you aid the Light? That's cute..." she says as she smiles and folds her arms. Blue sits on the floor.
"Well, Cayde was my best friend." He sighs and looks at Kallori. "I can't just turn against the Light completely. Just don't tell Shiro. He is one of my closest friends and I don't know how he would react. But this darkness inside of me...I can control it."
Kallori kneels in front of him. "I get it. I do. My Hunter friend, Araeya, was very close to Cayde. I saw how it tore her apart." She paused and sighed. "My darkness...I can control it, too. I just don't show it the weakness it wants to see. So I bury it." She looks at the floor.
Blue stands up. "Do you know what I specialise in?" he asks. He doesn't wait for an answer. "Hive and SIVA! I actually got some of the parts for Outbreak Prime for Shiro...but the Hive stuff..." He chuckles and summons some Hive runes. "That's what I specialise in. I'm a scholar."
Kallori gives a cheeky smile and Blue reciprocates. She eyes up the cookie jar and nicks one, quickly. "Well, who knew? And I thought it was just me!" she says with a mouth full of cookie. She doesn't care that it's frowned upon to talk with a mouth full of food. Blue smiles and looks away.
"Good cookies, huh?" He says and he turns back still smiling and grabs a cookie, too. While he is munching away, he says, "you know talking with your mouth full is rude." He winks and continues eating. Kallori, also smiling, shrugs her shoulders.
"I've been told this before. I tend to ignore it." Then she tries to steal another cookie, but Blue snatches the jar away.
"You didn't ask," he says, tutting.
"Didn't need to," she says, smirking and waving a stolen cookie in the air.
"I'm impressed but is that really a cookie?" he asks. Then the cookie vanishes into a green mist. Blue smiled. "Illusions. I learned that from Eris."
Kallori is unfazed. "Not too bad yourself, but didn't you know...?" With that, Blue's cookie jar also vanishes into green mist. "Eris was a teacher only to the finest..." she smirks. Blue's jaw dropped.
"I... What?" he stammered. Kallori chuckles to herself and slowly brings out another cookie jar from her inventory. It has Blue's name on it. Blue steps back, and taps the jar to see if it was real.
"I believe this is yours," she says. Shiro walks in on them.
"What's going on here, Blue?"
Blue looks at the Hunter and just smiles.
"Nothing, bucko, just chilling with a friend and showing her some Warlock tricks."
Shiro nods his head. "Well, I need you on the outer wall at quadrant 4," he states. Blue nods his head. Shiro turns away and mutters to himself. "Warlocks really are the mad scientists of a House..."
Blue looks at Kallori and takes the cookie jar she held. "I'll...see ya around I guess..."
Kallori nods her head. "Save me some more cookies!" she shouted.
Shiro snags a cookie as they walk away.
"I'll see you later...Goddess of Darkness," Blue says jokingly as he transmats away with Shiro. Kallori gives a brief wave and a little smile. The smile got bigger and bigger as she whipped out another cookie jar from behind her. It had Blue's name on it.
