1990-1992
Due to extreme political ineptness and a minority party in the advantage of the Walloon party the Flemish rebel. The minority government tries to call in the army who are staffed with 70% Flemish people, these Flemish soldiers join the Flemish rebels. With Belgium in such unrest the EU comes in action and mobilises a peace force. The unions peace force bumps on an armed border barrier who stop the peace force. The Flemish rebels take over brussels and declare independence on reasons that the Walloons will always try to take over. After much discussion the independence is granted but the new Flanders need to pay war reparations for 10 years to Wallonia the new Flemish government accept.
1992-1994
Flanders heavily invest in technology and the school system. The Dutch dialect Flemish is placed as the official languages of Flanders. A plan is made to reintegrate the brussels region into the rest of Flanders it is a 20 year plan further all new immigrants need to follow a integration course. Most old houses are bought up by the government and renovate these houses they plan to do this for all houses build before 1950 and plan to buy up all houses which are not okay with the new housing standard laws and renovate them this will make Flanders a modern country. The new country of Wallonia begins in chaos but brings order pretty quickly and create a new government. This government decided that they would do more for industry but continue where the past Belgian government went. This leads unknowingly to a massive debt creation in the next two years. Strangely Brussels keeps being the capital of the European Union and the headquarters of NATO still stays in the same city.
1994-2000
In Flanders a referendum is held to make every government rule for six years and then a new voting is held for a new government with 1994 being the year were the first vote is held for Flanders. The Flanders economic party(FEP) is voted in. With a new reformed school system that will be good for 2000 the new government decides to invest in industry and the modernisation of the Agriculture and continue doing the plans that are already in effect. In 1996 there are new plans made what to do if a province of Wallonia wishes to re-join and how to integrate such province. There are also plans made for heavy investments to westernise and bring new industry in Congo as reparations for the rule of Leopold II. Wallonia is in great debt because of their government and wish for a new party to rule. The new party Wallonie à venir will invest heavy in repaying the debt and bringing Wallonia without debt in the new millennia. In 1998 the people of the province Liège wish for a referendum to annex Liège with Flanders and go true the E.U. to fulfil this. Flanders accept as long as they follow the integration plan which makes the most important languages Flemish. The people of Liège accept.
2000-2006
Walloon-Brabant and Henegouwen annexes themself to Flanders ,they will follow the 20 year integration plan. A new party is created the knowledge and technology party (KTP) they and the FEP are voted as the new government. This government after reading the first climate rapport it decided to invest in better and safer Nuclear power stations and after much discussion in better public transport. Another thing that Flanders invested in is space with very future plans for a colony on mars and a base of operations on the moon. The plans for the stabilisation of Congo are brought in effect. Wallonia with losing 3 provinces fall only in greater debt than ever because of this no new government is formed and more people wish to reannex into Flanders. In 2003 all of Wallonia wishes to reannex themselves into Flanders they accept but Wallonia must follow the integration plan in which states that for 30 years no Walloon party may be created. And so Belgium was recreated.
2006-2012
With stability and economic growth Belgium was again rising as one of the powerful but small nations. In the elections of 2006 a new party came up the national defence party (NDP) who wish that Belgium and even the whole of Europe didn't need the united states for a true army but not so much to forcibly conscript people in the army. Strangely the elections made it clear that the people wanted it to. Because 33% voted for de NDP another 33% voted FEP and yet another 33% voted KTP and 1% independent persons. So the government invests in a space program, a decent military and the wellbeing of the people. In 2010 a new joined party was created in secret the united European party (UEP) who were created to propagate independent states in the place of countries but a much stronger united Europa also to propagate a powerful European army , better economical living and true technological sharing. This party spread to the nations around Belgium. It is thought that only in 2026 a true effect would show.
2012-2016
The Walloon integration plan has been showing great effect almost all children born in 2000 can now speak both Dutch and French almost fluently. So the new schooling and integration plan works great. The UEP has been working hard. In the German elections of 2013 they had 1% of the seats. In France they had a good 2.45% of the votes in the election of 2012 . In Luxembourg they had a full 10% in the election of 2013. And it continues like this for almost all European nations.
2016-2022
More and more of the European people join the UEP and more nations join the European union that some people think a true European nation will form 2026 others think 2050. In 2020 one of the first deadly viruses to reach global. When the virus infected people in Italie Belgium went in to lockdown as the first European country. Belgian live simple continued.

In 2022 the corona virus is fully destroyed by vaccination but the long term damage is finally seen many counties are going through a massive economic crisis. In 2026 a Belgium company begins building a massive gen X nuclear reactor it is said that this nuclear reactor could power the whole of Europa for 100 years. This company also comes up with a artificial liquid that holds far more electricity. So begin selling litthorium batteries for cars or simply replacing lithium AA batteries. One litthorium AA battery could be replaced by a hundred lithium AA batteries.

The UEP began running referendums in all European countries. Naturally there were protestors against a united Europa but everyday there were less and less protestors. It was so bad that in Paris only 1 person came to protest. Some countries had almost full hundred percent vote for united Europa but others had seventy for and thirty against but a united Europa did come only without Russia.
The first prototype fusion reactor is tested in France it takes 100% energy and gives 101% energy back. Futurtech the Belgian company to build the first gen X nuclear generator immediately jumped on it to make it better. It is thought with Futurtech assistance that a true reactor would go active in 2 year. With litthorium batteries 40% of all cars in Europa are full electric cars. The EUG began with the improvements of its infrastructure, creating a united technological superior army, creating a new space agency that will place a giant space station and improving the school system.

In 2047 the SAU and NAU defeat the ANC the territory of the ANC is annexed by the NAU. The NAU and the SAU form the African Union(AU). The only country not of the AU is the democratic republic of the Congo. The African American wars are over.
In 2048 China invades the South East Asian countries (Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Timor-Leste) as a response Europa and the USA place greater sanctions on Chinees goods. Russia , Mongolia and Turkestan as a response fuse in a Asian superpower the West Asian Union. China annexes all South East Asian countries and becomes the Asian Peoples Republic. As another response Australia, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand fuse and form Oceania.
In 2049 the North American Union is formed by the USA, Canada and Mexico.
