Episode 1 A New Beginning Part 1
Everything in Equestria is now more peaceful then ever but not all is as it seems as King Sombra came return once more thanks to himself coming up with a back up plan to have himself revive when in case he got blasted again. But that weakened him so he waited and he watch everything that had happen with the other villains and Discord beinging Gargor. So after a while after Chrysalis Tirek and Cozy defeat King Sombra regain some what of his powers and he then freed the other villains and convince them to join him in to taking down Twilight and her friends but this time King Sombra used an item he lost sentries ago the alicorn amulet to turn himself in to one the he and the other villains assemble an army. But while that's going on Princess Twilight is trying to adapt to her new life as head ruler of Equestria and she doing a good job but she does get lonely at times then Flash Magnus introduce her to his descendant who he has been training for a while to be the new Captain of the Canterlot guard Flash Sentry who Twilight as a crush on. Then the next Gala came along and Twilight's friends attended the party. During to Gala Flash asked her to dance and so they did and it's reveled that he had a crush on her as while. But then party crashes came in as they where attacked by King Sombra Queen Chrysalis, Lord Tirek, and Cozy Glow with an army of monsters, demons, and rouges. King Sombra then show how powerful he and his army is by destroying the fallowing places Canterlot, Ponyville, Cloudsdale, Peaks of Peril, Griffonstone, Yakyakistan, Changeling kingdom, Mount aris, seaquestria and the Dragon lands. Thankfully no one was hurt not only that but King Sombra gotten a hold of Gorgar's bell and used it to drain Discord of his magic.
Episode 2 A New Beginning part 2
The fight was fierce but King Sombra was able to knock out Twilight and captured her then when the villains took off Flash Sentry followed suite to their lair but before he did Flash Magnus gave him his shield Netitus for his bravery. Meanwhile Shining Armor and Twilight's friends plans a rescue mission they were able to figure out where they are thanks to Discord who still felled guilty after what he did with the hold Gargor thing. Then when Flash got to the lair he saw that they got there own magic black stone that absorb magic Flash knew that he has no magic but he did knew that he needs to save Princess Twilight not just because of feelings to her but his duty of a guard. He knocked out Cozy glow no problem with just one punch. He then came face to face with Chrysalis who change in to a giant snake and try to attack him but but Flash used his cunning to trap her in a cave. Then he he trick Tirek into falling down a waterfall. Last but not least he meet up with King Sombra and the dark unicorn wasted not time on using his fear magic to take control of him but in a surprising twisted broke the spell and fought Sombra and defeated with a shield smack to the face. King Sombra and the other villains retreat when they saw that an army of Ponies, Kirins Dragons, Yaks, Changelings, Griffins, and Hippogriffs but they claim that this was not over. After that Flash saved Twilight (who saw the whole fight) and she kissed him on the cheek thanking him. But unknowing to them Shinging Armor her friends where there and they saw the hole thing and they commended him for his bravery they even started calling him Captain Equestria and Flash Magnus knew that he made the right choice and Twilight and Flash got the feeling that this going a start of something special. But then they saw that none of the creatures have no home to go to because King Sombra destroyed them but then the sprite of the tree of harmony summon itself before them and crated a new home for them and it will be called new Canterlot were all creatures will call home and all the creatures are all happy about it but the leaders new that war between them and King Sombra and his forces were just starting. Even Celestia and Luna came out of retirement to help in the war of shadows and Twilight made them royal consultants.
Episode 3 Boys and Girls
Flash and Twilight agreed that because of the war of shadows is casing some stress and they had both of their groups of friends hang out at the fair. Twilight's groups of friends (Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Starlight Glimmer) along with Flash's group of friends (Troubleshoes, Thunderlane, Cheese Sandwich, Trenderhoof, Soarin, and Sunburst) But little did ether side knew that a little romance is starting between the boys and girls.
Episode 4 Zebfrica
Because of this war Twilight send Zecora Applejack, Troubleshoes, Rockhoof, Tempest, and Grubber to go to Zebfrica Zecora's home land. But little do they know that a crazed voodoo male zebra named Zeb and Zecora's brother is working of King Sombra.
Episode 5 The Dogs are back
King Sombra recruited the Diamond Dogs for a task and that is to go to the Crystal Empire and steal the crystal heart so now it's up to Trixie Discord and the student six to stop them.
Episode 6 Rainbow's dream Team
When a Flying serpent named Quetzalcoatl join King Sombra and send him to get and artifact that can steal pegasi wing powers away so it's up to Rainbow Dash Flash Magnus, Spitfire, Soarin, and Daring Do team up in order to stop him which is a dream come true for Rainbow Dash. But they also have to deal with King Sombra's flight force the Shadowbolts.
Episode 7 Cat Witch
Capper's crazy ex-girlfriend Catrina looking for some payback but she have to deal with Rarity and her fellow fashionistas (Prim Hemline, Trenderhoof, Coco Pommel, and Sassy Saddles and even Mistmane) to take down this fiendish feline.
Episode 8 Meeting the parents
Flash and Twilight decide to have dinner with their families together and surprisingly Flash's family are his sister Scootaloo, his parents Snap Shutter and Mane Allgood and his aunts Holiday and Lofty and ancestor Flash Magnus. But their dinner was interrupted by Tirek Chrysalis Cozy Glow and the Diamond Dogs.
Episode 9 Crusaders Boys
Snips Snails, Pipsqueak, Rumble, and Tender Taps join the CMC.
Episode 10 Knights of Harmony part 1
Flash Troubleshoes, Thunderlane, Cheese Sandwich, Trenderhoof, Soarin, and Sunburst were called at the castle of the two alicorn sisters.
Episode 11 Knights of Harmony part 2
The Stallion Seven became the knights of harmony. After they defated King Sombra's latest evil plan the mane 7 and the stallion 7 finally got together.
Episode 12 Old Grudge
Flash Magnus and Torch must set aside they differences to work with Flash Sentry and Scorpan to stop Tirek
Episode 13 Let's set sail
Captain Celaeno and her pirates parrots asked Twilight and her friends help to take down a rival pirates called the blackwings who are working for King Sombra.
Episode 14 The Good Yak the bad yak and the ugly yak
Barbarian Yak go on a rampage trough the land and it's up to Twilight, Rutherford, Ember, Thorax, Queen Novo, Zecora, Seabreeze, Thunderhooves, and Gilda to stop him.
Episode 15 Discord's promise
Twilight asked Discord to behave himself during this very imported summit and not wanting to let his friends down again he "tries" to not cost any problems.
Episode 16 Chaos con
Discord Spike, Big Mac, Sugar Bell, Quibble Pants, Clear Sky, and Wind Sprint go to and ogres and oubliettes con.
Episode 17 Knight's apprentice
After seeing how Gallus was able to show his bravery and leadership to defeated the diamond dogs. Flash took him under his wing as an apprentice knight.
Episode 18 Detective Rarity and her little sis
When all of Rarity's jems were stolen she and Sweetie must find who did it.
Episode 19 Three Fillies six students, and a Baby
The Student six and the CMC are in charge of foal setting Flurry Heart.
Episode 20 Dragon of the east
Spike meets and eastern Dragon that knows some Martial arts.

Episode 38 Light vs Darkness part 4 The Final Battle
Flash Sentry and King Sombra had one last fight and it was outrageous. Light vs Darkness, Good vs Evil, and Gold vs Grey. But thanks to the power of both love and friendship they were able to defeated King Sombra and his army and imprison them in to tartarus with a now re-powered Discord as their jailer. Not only that but Flash proved himself worthy and he became the first ever Alirocn Prince of Justice.
Episode 39 Harmony The Wedding
Now that the war was over Flash and Twilight's wedding begins and every creature will be there. Everyone is excited for it they got their outfits, gifts, and everything. With Discord as the wedding planer what can possibly go wrong.
