(This is my first fanfic so if there's anyway I could improve in the future, all types of criticism is welcomed)
Chapter 1:How it all began
"Why don't you give up you stupid nerd!" A five-year Bakugo said
to a five-year old Izuku. Izuku could only shake and try his best not cry
yet even after this, he would still look to his bully…or as Izuku called, his
"best friend" from childhood. "Look, I think he's about to cry Bakugo!" one
of Bakugo's friend said jokingly. They just kept laughing at Izuku, but he stood his ground.
"I may not have a quirk like you or anyone else Kacchan, but…that won't stop me…"said Izuku,
"THAT'LL NEVER STOP ME FROM ACHIEVING MY DREAM!" He yelled with tears in his eyes.
That was his goal, to become a hero no matter what happens to him. Bakugo looked at him with
disgust and blasts Izuku in the chest, causing a burnt mark on him. "I suggest you give on your dream
or you'll see what it's to be fighting a hero." Bakugo said as he walked away with his friends laughing.
Izuku just laid on the floor and cried quietly for a several minutes before getting ready to go home.
-Years later-
Izuku was just a few minutes away from summer vacation and just a step closer to joining UA high school; he was excited, but at the same time he was nervous. On the one hand, he could be the first person to join UA high without a quirk, but on the other hand, no one believed he could do it since he was quirkless. That never stopped him from trying, however-"Izuku seemed to be applying to UA high as well", the teacher said. Izuku became wide eyed the moment he said that. "What? Deku can't get into UA, he doesn't even have a quirk!" One student yelled out, "Not to mention he's just a quirkless Deku!"
Another student yelled. Laughter erupted in the classroom as they point at Izuku. While Izuku was used to this type of bullying, it always hurt him on the inside knowing that no one really believes that someone that's quirkless could become a hero. The bell rang, letting the students know that it was the beginning of summer. Izuku was the one to leave the classroom, he just wanted this day to end…how could it get any worse?
