Chapter 1

"STEVEN!" Connie yelled, running to hug her best friend. "Are you back together? Are you… yourself again?" Connie asked. "I'm me!" Steven thought to himself. "I've always been me!" he said. "NO!" yelled White Diamond. Sapphire jolted out of her premonition. "This can't be right! I NEED Pink!" screamed White. "Well," began Sapphire. "There is another way." She said looking up at White. White smiled. "What is it! Tell me!" she pleaded. Sapphire chastised her. "Not until you give me what you stole from me!" Sapphire demanded. White looked uncomfortable. "Ugh, FINE! But, if you move one finger ou-" Sapphire interrupted her. "Don't worry, I won't. Besides I've already looked at all my paths with my Future Vision, all but one of which will get me shattered. Believe me, you have my word. "Bring her in!" yelled White. Out in a white bubble came Ruby. "Sapphy!" yelled Ruby. They both ran to each other, gripping each other into a tight hug, fusing into Garnet. "Continue." Grimaced White. "As I was saying, there is an outcome that could work, but you'll need to loosen your control of Blue and Yellow." She commanded. White nodded in agreement. "I'll need a few more things for this plan to work…"

Chapter 2

"Is everybody ready?" asked Garnet. Everybody nodded. "Good. Bring him in!". Again, in another white bubble appeared Steven. He ran toward White. "White I-" he began. White interrupted him, forcing her hand up silencing him. "Enough!" she yelled. "You've hidden yourself in that human child long enough! Your light can't help but shining through! You know that your in there! You've known it all along! Stop cowering inside of your gem! You can hide from yourself but you can't hide from me Pink!" White picked Steven up, placing her nails onto his gem readying herself to pull it out. "Now Starlight, this has gone on long enough! Its time to come out Pink!" she tugged harder making Steven wince in pain. After a more forceful pull the gem was free and Steven was unconscious. She threw Steven's lifeless body, landing into Garnet's arms. "Bubble her now!" yelled Garnet. White did as instructed. Blue and Yellow huddled around her. They were helping her hold the bubble until further instruction. Garnet waked over to the ready made fountain of the four diamond's essences. She lay Steven into it. It would take him a while to come back to life but thanks to Garnet he was safe and alive.

Garnet walked over to where the diamonds stood. "Are you three ready?" they nodded. "All right, lets go!" the three did as they where told un-popping the bubble allowing Pink Diamond to re-form. Garnet laid her eyes over to the Spinel that Blue had retrieved from Pink's old garden. As far as she knew, to her this was all another one of Pink's fun little games. Pink Diamond was starting to form into her original form again. "Spinel NOW!" Garnet yelled. Spinel jumped up high up into the sky slicing Pink's form in half with her Rejuvenator. Her light retreating back into her gemstone and falling down into Garnet's hand. Garnet walked over to the fountain again, dipping Pink into the water and back out again. "Bring me her Pearl!" From out of the shadows came Pearl. Ever since Steven was born all she could remember was wanting her Diamond back, her old life. Now she had it. Though, stripped of her independence, she was happy to have a meaning again, a purpose. Excitement filled her gem. Garnet placed Pink Diamond's gem on the pillow that Pearl was holding. Garnet grinned. "Good, Now take her to her Palace where she will re-form.

Everyone, you must go as-well, and be there for her." Stated Garnet. "And what about you?" Asked Blue. Garnet chuckled. "White gave me her word, that once I drop Steven off at Pink Diamond's Human Zoo, I am free." Said Garnet. "But, Garnet!" Cried Pearl, "You can't leave Steven on his own!" Garnet smiled. "He won't be on his own, Amethyst will be there to look out for him along with her 'Famethyst's'". "Very well." Agreed Blue. They walked out leaving Garnet alone to her thoughts. After a few hours, all the gems where still huddled around Pink Diamond. "Pearl?" asked Yellow. "Yes, my diamond?" replied Pearl. "Why do you continue to take on that hideous pale form! I never liked it then and I DON'T agree with it now! Change. Immediately!" she stated. "What colour would you like my diamond?" Pearl asked. "Pink!" said Yellow, annoyed. "Yes, my diamond," she obeyed changing her colour to pink. "Ugh! How long will this take!" cried Blue. "As long as it must!" quipped back Yellow. "Enough you two, look!" said White. All their attention was now focused back to Pink Diamond. She had reformed back into her original state. She smiled at everyone, excited to meet her new family. "All hail Pink Diamond!" whispered White Diamond as she closed the doors to Pink's chamber.
