It has been a few hours since Dr. Cossack announced to the world, that he was seeking acknowledgement of his robotics, and was sending his eight Robot Masters to combat Mega Man.
The Blue Bomber himself was on the nearest train to Russia, to fight Cossacks first Robot Master, Toad Man. The Toad themed Robot was currently occupying the sewers in the Russian capital, Moscow.
Mega Man stood on the roof of the train, along with Rush, his robot dog and Eddie who had been activated moments after Cossacks declaration. Mega Man looked determined, ready to start the new adventure and had summoned his helmet on his head as the train was arriving to it's destination.
"You guys ready?" Mega Man asked his companions. "Bark!" Rush responded with Eddie also responding with a chirp. "Ha! let's do this!" Mega Man and his teammates jumped off as the train stopped. making their way through Moscow.
The X-Compound: Location Unknown
Dr. Wily couldn't help but laugh manically as his newest plan was set in motion. He had kidnapped Cossacks daughter, Kalinka as ransom to make him obey his wishes. He had refitted Cossacks Robot Masters with dreadful weapons and even rebranded them as part of his DWN series.
Under Wilys command, the Robot Masters took control of chosen locations, and were waiting for Mega Man to arrive so that they could fight him in combat. Wily was also working on his newest castle, he had Shadow Man oversee construction of the fort.
Wily could now just sit back as his plans come to life before him, but a door opening interrupted his happy thoughts. "Hows the plan proceeding?!" Mr. Xs shrill voice angered Wily. "If you would leave me alone, the plan would get done faster!" Wily responded. "I give you the means to conduct robotic terror, so I expect results!" Mr. X demanded.
"You'll be happy to know that, MY new Robot Masters have conquered the key locations and the public still thinks it's all Mikhails doing!" Wily exclaimed. "Hows your castle doing?" Mr. X further questioned. "Shadow Man is seeing to it's completion." Wily answered.
"Good! soon the world will see the true horror of technology!" Mr. X cackled, then he left the room. Dr. Wily seethed "Just hold on Albert, soon you will be the one running the show!"
Wily Castle: currently being built
Shadow Man was commanding the various construction robots to finish Wilys castle when Proto Man teleported in. "hmm, Break Man, you finally returned." Shadow Man took a closer look at Proto Man's helmet "what happened to your helmet?" Shadow Man questioned.
"I-" Proto Man paused thinking of an explanation "made some modifications. and please, call me Proto Man" Shadow Man sighed "whatever, just help me with the construction process." Proto Man nodded and examined the blueprints of the castle.
"Hold on, Kalinka" Proto Man thought to himself "you will be saved and your father will be proven innocent, just need to wait for the right moment..."
He watched in anguish as another Wily scheme was being forged and many more were being planned.
Light Labs: home of Dr. Light and his creations
Dr. Light was still pondering the situation. Everything about it seemed strange, Mikhail would never do something like this. His friend didn't even like the idea of weapons on his robots. "There has to be something else behind this." Dr. Light thought.
"Dr. Light! Daddy!" Roll had ran into the room calling him. "What is it dear?!" Dr. Light asked concerned. "It's... Kalinka. She's not answering my calls!" Dr. Light was about to respond when Auto informed them "Guys! the news is crazy again!" They all went to the living room and watched the news broadcast.
"Hours after Mikhail Cossack's alarming announcement, his daughter Kalinka Cossack, had been reported missing. She was last seen at her school during recess and no one had seen her since."
This confirmed it. Dr. Light now knew there was more to this than currently known.
He went back to his lab, and put on a headset. "Rocks going to need our help again!" he then activated his computer and sent a transmission to his robotic son.
