Disclaimer: I don't own any of these characters, I only own the ideas of this fic.

A/N: This Naruto is the Naruto from my other fic (A Promise between Immortals). So yes, there will be Mavis from Fairy Tail here. A triple crossover, you can say that. Yes, you can assume this as a sequel of that fic of mine (even though that one hasn't finished yet). Also yes, Mavis is the Biblical God in this fic. Her acquiring all the magic in the previous world allows her to create life.

The last, my grammar and vocabulary are pitiful, read it on your own accord, don't complain afterward.

Us and Fate—

-Prologue-

Naruto stared at the universe in front of him. He was at a lost for word. He could feel Mavis presence showered the world, yet he could not feel Mavis herself. He had been pursuing her presence in the myriads of universes in existence. This universe was the only universe in which he could feel his beloved presence. Yet, he could not sense herself, only her presence. This raised the question: how? How could he feel her presence but couldn't find her true self? It was like she had killed herself and used the remaining of her life force to bless the living.

However, Mavis couldn't be killed. She's immortal, true immortal. There's nothing could contain her soul if she died, for she already beyond the grasp of the law of universe. For that sole reason, death was not something possible for his beloved fairy girl. Even if there's something strong enough to destroy her along with her soul, Mavis would just recreated herself. Still, how come he couldn't find her? Naruto was truly at a lost for word. Should he entered that world, and looked for her from within?

Well, he had no other choice; he had to enter that universe in order to finally meet his beloved.

Gathering enough chakra in his left eternal mangekyou sharingan, Naruto forced the universe's boundary to bend, and then a portal appeared in that little crack he had made. Jumping inside, the portal closed itself in second, and the universe repaired itself a mere second after the portal faded.

xxxxx…

Ophis loved silence. It was her solace. It was the condition when she could truly be at peace. But that silence was stolen from her. That annoying-stupid-disgraceful-shitty overgrown red lizard was the thief. It, the stupid overgrown red lizard, roamed freely in this emptiness of her home roaring around like it was the owner of this heaven. She hated that damned annoying thing. If only she's stronger than it…. Ophis could only hope. However, along with Trihexa, that thing who called itself the True Dragon God Emperor was, by a big margin, stronger than her. She did try to attack it, but that thing ignored her attack as though it was nothing. Annoying, so annoying, so annoying that Ophis wanted to skin it alive.

Though, such want was but a dream. Even though she gathered all beings, excluding Trihexa who was sealed at the end of the world by that Biblical God who actually was a blonde little girl, they couldn't hope to skin that thing alive. That thing was just too powerful, its power was surreal. Despite that fact, Ophis did not give up. One day she would reclaim this home of hers, and, if it was possible, skinned that thing alive.

Sighing, she had learned to sighed since her annoyance of that thing had reached a level she couldn't handle, Ophis raised her left hand, creating a large dark-yellowish magic circle in a mere second. Though, before she could launch her usual attack, the routine she had each day after visiting the dimensional gap, a portal appeared not too far from where she afloat. The appearance of that portal also gained the stupid overgrown lizard's attention. Both she and that thing watched that portal silently.

Through that portal walked a man twenty somewhat years old. He wore a black pants and red yukata with black outline and black obi. Inside yukata he wore a black shirt, Ophis couldn't tell whether it was a long sleeves or a short one. That man with unique irises wore ninja-like sandals, black in colour. He had a good-looking face with three pair of faint whiskers mark on his cheek. The man looked like human, felt like one, but Ophis felt something from that long blond spiky haired man which reminded her of the Biblical God, a blonde girl who introduced herself as Mavis Vermillion. And, the most important one, that man felt strong. Ophis didn't know how strong, but her gut told her not to antagonize that impassive looking man. Such man, was now staring at the stupid overgrown red lizard.

"You are staring at me. I don't like being stared at."

"Tsukuyomi," said that man. Ophis felt that man's eye sent a wave of energy similar to youkai chakra but far more potent into the overgrown red lizard body. But it did nothing, that thing still staring down at that man showing off its superiority.

"I see, you're immune to illusion."

"Fool, I'm the True Dragon God Emperor, I rule over dream and illusion. Such petty illusion can't affect me in the slightest!"

"Yes, yes, you look stupid and pathetic that True Stupid Overgrown Lizard Emperor suits you more than any title."

Ophis was happy to say the least. Her emotionless face was now but a memory. She was in bliss. The pleasure of hearing someone other than herself insulting that stupid-overgrown lizard was just too much. Oh, how beautiful this feeling was. Ophis started to like that man. No, she liked anyone who would insult that stupid-overgrown lizard right in front of its pathetic face. Just looked at that thing's shocked face, wasn't it so amusing?

"Y-You! How dare you to mock the great me?! Unbelievable, unforgivable! I will burn your pathetic-self into cinder. No, that is not enough; I'll erase you into oblivion. Die you worm!"

A large sum of red-yellowish flame was gushing out of the large jaw of the overgrown red lizard. It sped toward the blond man in a fascinating speed. Though, the blond man wasn't that bothered by it. He held a ram hand-seal and spat out the same amount of flame out of his mouth. The flame was white in color, seemingly hotter than that of overgrown lizard. The two beam of flames collided with each other, causing the heat to radiate all over the place. Even though it didn't affect her in the slightest, Ophis could feel that the heat had reached her place.

The flames at first were evenly matched. However, just like what she had assumed, the white flame which was hotter suddenly tore through the red-yellowish flame like a cutter cut through a cheese. Though, the flame could only pierced through so much, the red beam coming out of overgrown-stupid lizard's jaw destroyed it in a mere second before speeding toward the blond man who was not surprised at seeing it coming his way. He just lifted his right hand with palm facing the incoming beam, a dark-red magic circle appeared on that palm and launched a beam of his own.

The collision of the beams shook the space in between them. The overgrown-lizard was for once taken a back that its full-power beam failed at defeating the puny-looking human's beam opposite it. If the beam hit someone else, that someone would cease to exist. The overgrown-lizard was that powerful, but for once Ophis admired the strength of that blond man. She started to hope that the man could beat the stupid-annoying-overgrown lizard for her.

After a few dozen seconds, that man's dark-red beam overpowered that pathetic-excuse of dragon's red beam. It sped right away hitting the jaw of the pathetic dragon. A scream of pain eluded that thing jaw, to Ophis it sounded like the best symphony she ever heard in her eon years of living.

"You puny human!" yelled the pathetic-excuse-of-a-dragon through greeting his teeth, its wound was regenerating quite fast. "I, the Great Red, will end your pathetic life right here and now!" shouting angrily, that pathetic-overgrown lizard flapped its giant wings and headed toward where that blond man afloat.

"You have such incredible regeneration ability," the blond man commented, a dark-purplish magic circle appeared in front of him, from within it a dozen of black chains erupted and sped toward the incoming overgrown lizard.

The red-overgrown lizard brought its front legs aiming to destroy the black-chains. However, those black-chains were so agile that they twisted around its front legs before having their way surrounded the red dragon's overgrown body. And much to Ophis amusement, the red-overgrown lizard failed to break free from the chain's binding. The more it struggled, the binding become tighter. Those chains weren't normal; it absorbed Great Red's power while at the same time prevented it from escaping.

"For an overgrown-lizard, you're truly strong, strong enough to handle two middle class of Ootsutsuki on your own. Though, you're not strong enough to challenge the upper class of Ootsutsuki. Those annoying old-self-proclaimed-gods are truly strong, even myself can't beat a bunch of them at once. Not to mention their leader, that old-man is not someone I can beat at the moment. For that sole reason, I'd rather not end your life; you're the protector of this gap which is separating the three dimensions from colliding. It is a pity if I have to end you."

Ophis watched interestingly as the blond man hopped on top of that pathetic overgrown lizard's head. It would be bad if that man showed mercy to that overgrown lizard. Ophis couldn't let this chance slipped her finger. So she flew right away toward those two, following the most logical thing possible.

Seventh Heaven…

Mavis eyelids lifted up, revealing the most beauty emerald irises in existence. Though, no one could see or feel her presence anymore. Ever since she sacrificed a lot of her power changing this wasteland of universe into what it was today, a part of her immortality was lost. She no longer had the power she once held. And after a fight with Trihexa, Ophis lost another fragment of her power. She could no longer create her own body, thus, making her into a spirit just like when she was in Earthland.

She had endured to live in solitude for a few thousand years. Her creations, despite living in heaven, couldn't sense her. Another problem was that she could not leave the heaven, her spirit had no power to cross the dimension. Hence, she had endured living in solitude here on the highest place in the seventh heaven.

However, that solitude would surely come to an end. Mavis had faith that one day Naruto would find her. If there's one person that would look for her despite the distance between them was so far away, that person was Naruto, her beloved husband. Though, Naruto couldn't feel her soul now that she's in heaven—just like she wouldn't be able to feel his soul if he had come to this world. She had made this heaven so that beings from outside wouldn't able to go inside, unless they're a part of the heaven's system.

But, Mavis believed in her husband. Naruto would be able to tell that she was in heaven. It's true that she had not told her creation about her husband, but they would be able to connect the dot once they met Naruto. Just like she had faith in her husband, Mavis also had faith in her angels, well, the angels who had not betrayed the heaven. If Naruto was here, surely he'd scold her for her failure in managing the angels. But then she'd argue that she wanted them to be able to think on their own. Naruto would frown his forehead and she would smile innocently, which ended up with him sighing and kissed her forehead, and she then would rest her head on his warm chest.

Ah, Mavis truly missed her husband. She missed everything about him. That shitty-old man who was the leader of Ootsutsuki clan had done them sinful harm, how dare of him throwing her across myriad universes?! Mavis couldn't forgive that old man. Once Naruto found her and restored her to her glory, they'd give them hell. No mercy for the likes of them.

Mavis sighed and brought her hand together. She prayed, not to herself or any wannabe god, but to the real god who existed beyond the uncountable universes. True that Mavis had no proof that such god existed, but she wanted to believe.

"O Lord, please guide my beloved husband to me."
