PROMPT: 2. Cuddling somewhere. 9. Hanging out with friends. 20. Dancing.

"I'm very happy that you're back" Penny hugged her friend for the third time since she entered her apartment."You should have told me that you were already in Pasadena. I would have gone to the airport for you."

"Oh, don't worry about it. Sheldon went for me"she saw the face of his fiancé and realized that he had talked about more " What I mean is that Sheldon went by taxi and was waiting for me."

"I'm surprised you didn't ask Leonard to take you," said Penny.

"I wanted to spend time alone with my fiancee" Amy smiled. She loved how that word sounded." And I still want to be alone with her" he took her hand and started leading her towards the door.

"You can't leave. Bernadette and the others are coming here. They want to see Amy."

"Tell them they can see her tomorrow when we all get together for dinner," Sheldon said without releasing Amy's hand.

"Sheldon, we should stay." Amy also wanted to be alone with her fiancé, but it would be rude of her to leave her friends.

"It's okay. But we can't stay after my bedtime."

Minutes later his friends entered the apartment. They all started hugging Amy, telling her they had missed her, and that they were glad she was back. For a while Amy answered all the questions they asked her about her time in New Jersey and she was happy to see that her friends really seemed interested in everything she told them.

"Sounds like you had a very good experience," Leonard commented with a smile.

"That's right- Amy smiled- I met several very nice people and…"

"This is the moment where you tell us you prefer those people, right?" Penny asked, feigning concern.

"Of course not" she look at each of her friends and in the end to Sheldon whom she take by the hand. "All of you are the best friends that anyone could wish for... And what I was going to say is that I met some very nice people and I have a good time with them, but that only made me miss you even more.

"Oh Amy" Bernadette put an arm around Amy's shoulders and hug her tightly. "And what did you do with these nice people?"

"We almost always went out to dinner after work," she added. "And once we went to a ballroom." Amy felt her fiancée's gaze on her. "What?"

"Did you dance with a tall, blond scientist who looked like Thor?" Sheldon asked and Amy couldn't help but chuckle.

"Sheldon, are you jealous?" Howard looked at his friend with a smile.

"Of course not," Sheldon denied, crossing his arms.

"I think so," said Penny, enjoying seeing Sheldon jealous.

"I'm not jealous!" He complained. He was going to stand up but Amy put a hand on his leg to reassure him.

"I didn't dance with anyone" Amy said and everyone looked at her confused.

"Really? "Asked Howard "Or are you just saying it to calm your boyfriend?"

"It's true. My companions went with their respective partners and were dancing with them the whole time. A couple of guys asked me to dance with them but... "she grimaced "I preferred to drink a wine and watch my friends dance."

"I have an idea," Raj said after a few seconds. He stood up and turned on the horn that was behind the cabinet. "Beautiful lady, would you like to dance with me?" He reached out a hand to Amy, who took it and stood up to dance with him.

The girls started clapping as they watched them dance. When the song was over, Leonard stood up and asked her to dance with him. A couple of minutes later Howard stood up, took Amy's hand and spun her around.

"Enough!" Sheldon yelled before Howard grabbed Amy by the waist so they both turned to see him. "It's my bedtime. Amy we have to go."

"Hey, we're having a good time" Penny said annoyed " You can go to sleep or do whatever you want but Amy doesn't have to go.

"Amy agreed not to stay after my bedtime," he reminded her.

-Sheldon, that's ridiculous. You can not wait…?

-Sheldon is right- Amy looked at her friends- I thank you all for coming to see me. It was fun. I guess we'll see you tomorrow- some nodded and others waved goodbye somewhat discouraged that Sheldon had ruined everything.

Amy entered her apartment and walked to the refrigerator without looking at Sheldon who she supposed had gone to their room. She had just closed the refrigerator door when she started listening to music. She turned around and saw Sheldon with an outstretched hand.

"Amy, would you do me the honor of dancing with me?" Sheldon asked shyly.

-But ... but it's your bedtime.

-I don't care. Will you dance with me? Amy put the bottle of water on the table and took Sheldon's hand while he put his other hand on her waist.

-I thought you were too tired.

"No," he replied, bringing her closer to his body.

"Then why don't we stay there?"

"I told you a couple of hours ago. I wanted to be alone with you, but you seemed so happy to be with our friends that I had to wait until it was my bedtime to get out of there- he separated a little from her to see her in the eyes- Does it bother you that I did it? "She denied and a second later she put her head on Sheldon's chest.

"It's a shame that Sheldon has ruined everything," said Raj standing at the door of the 4b about to leave.

"I know, we were having a very ... "Penny fell silent and looked towards the apartment of her neighbors" Do you hear that?

"I guess we should leave them alone." She looked at Sheldon and Amy who were still dancing, holding each other for a couple of seconds more, and then she closed the door.
