Hey guys this is my first fan fiction and i'm really excited for you all to see this. This is kinda a parody of the Joker movie but almost all of this was my original thinking. Please leave a comment on it if you liked it or not it doesn't matter if its bad, I want to hear your opinion, anyways I'll leave you to it and I hope you enjoy it.
Chapter 1: The beginning
Humphreys POV:
It was a regular night like any other, I just woke up from a really bad dream and I had to cool off, but I realized that Kate wasn't there. I was confused but I was too tired to care. I went down to the lake to wash my face, the fresh water cooling my thoughts. Suddenly, I heard a splash come from another direction. I ducked down to hide myself from the mysterious wolf. My eyes were shot by the cold water but my vision was still blurry. I saw a blonde wolf hop outta the water and begun to dry herself. My eyes begun to adjust and I saw that it was Kate.
"What is she doing?" I asked
After she finished drying herself she made her way back to our den. With panic I raced up there hoping she didn't see me I lied down and pretended to go to sleep. I hear her steps as she makes her way towards me, she cuddles next to me gently trying not to wake me up even though I already am. To catch her off guard I pretend like she woke me up
"w-ut - h-uh?" I said
"Oh I'm so sorry Humphrey, did I wake you?" Kate said with worry
"Yeah, I'm fine… what are you doing up" I said
"I just had a bad dream it's all good though". Kate said with relief
"Ok, goodnight babe" as I faded into the vastness of sleep
"Good night Humphrey" Kate said with exhaustion
Now I know that she was lying to me, I had to figure out what what going on. I thought it would be a one time thing, no this happened every single night
1 WEEK LATER
AT HUMPHREY'S DEN
"I found out what time she gets up and leaves and when she comes back. She takes a bath every time too. It's always the same" I say with a worry expression
"Maybe she's doing something for you dude" said salty with a smile
"Maybe, I really hope your right. It's just no ones been the same since the stampede" I say with sadness.
"We all lost someone Humphrey… you and me lost mooch and shakey, Kate lost paddy and marcel, Winston and Garth lost tony. Everyone". Salty said with a tear coming down is eye but quickly wiping it away.
"You know what, I'm going to follow her tonight, it's time I know the truth" I say with determination
"Go get er man" said Salty
"I don't know what I'd do without yo-"
Both of us hear a howl from Winston telling us that the food is here. Me and salty starving we run towards the feeding grounds.
"Bet I can beat you" Salty said panting
"Bring it on bitch" I say running faster than him
I ran so fast he had to stop to catch his breath but I kept going. I looked back and laughed at him not noticing what's in front of me. I bumped into a wolf causing both of us to fall down. I got up
"sorry man" I staggered up but then immediately got pushed back down from the wolf I knocked. It was Garth.
"WATCH WHERE THE FUCK YOUR GOING OMEGA!" Garth said with rage
"Hey I said I'm sorry, no need to get all handsy" I said trying to calm him down while I got back up
"KNOW Your place you stupid ass beta, your lucky I don't beat the fuck outta you right now" Garth said still angry
"Calm the fuck down Garth" Hutch said trying not to get in trouble with Winston
"Shut up Hutch, I'm sick and tired of these omegas that think they're better than me, I just wanna hurt them" Garth glared at me
"Why don't you shut your mouth up before I shut it for you" Salty said trying to back me up
"Are you talking to me omega, cause if you are then your asking to die because I will destroy your weak, no good, pathetic, little a-"
BAM
Garth couldn't finish because Salty punched him in the face. Garth fell from the punch
"YOUR DEAD FA-" Garth gets cut off once again but this time from Kate
"Leave them alone Garth!" Kate yelled
Garth looks at Salty with a death stare as he ran away and the other alphas finished spectating and ate their food.
"Thanks man" I say fist bumping Salty
"I gotcha always, brother" said Salty
Kate comes running towards me hugging me saying if I'm ok.
"Are you ok I wanted to do more b-but I-" I cut her off
"Im fine Kate, thank you" I kissed her but she broke from the kiss
"Are you sure" Kate said with question
I went back in this time Kate didn't break away passionately kissing me back
"Yes, now I'm gonna eat ok? I'll meet you back at the den" I said
"Ok sorry babe" Kate left
"Nice to know how much Kate cares about me" Salty laughed
"Hey you know she likes you" I nudged him
"Yeah I know" Salty smiled
Kyle came up to us next
Kyle was an alpha but he wasn't like Garth or the rest of them at all, he loved omegas and treated them just like if they were alphas.
"Are you guys alright?" Kyle said
"Yeah were fine" I said
"Cool, I'll let u eat" Kyle said
After we're done eating we heard someone call Salty's name.
"Salty!" Shouted Winston
"Yes sir" Salty replied with a stern voice
"How would you feel if you were on the moonlight howl tonight?" Winston asked
"NO WAY" Salty shouted
So basically Winston has a talk show called the moonlight howl. It only happens every full moon, and there hasn't been a show in a while because of the stampede. only the best wolves of the pack are allowed to be on, and now salty is one of them, I've been on the show multiple times because I married the leaders daughter. If it wasn't for that I wouldn't even be allowed up there. Omegas aren't allowed to go up to the studio, only alphas are. Still this is a huge win for Salty
"So how bout it" Winston said
"YES! 100 times yes" Salty said excited
"Good to hear, I'll send some wolves to go pick you up at your den" Winston said
"Ok" shouted Salty
"See you tonight" he chuckled
"OH MY GOD I FINALLY GET TO GO ON THE TALK SHOW!" Salty screamed
"That's awesome man, congrats." I said
"Thanks brother" Salty said
"Wait what about Kate? I ruined your plans to see what she was doing at night." Salty said sad
"It's alright, every alpha from the pack is gonna be there so me and Kate are going to go together" I said ecstatic
"I'll find out another time"
"True I gotta get ready, put on my best suit" Salty said running back to his den.
"Ok" I laughed
I went back to my den to see Kate
