Everyone was sat round the dining room table except Kayo who was still in her bedroom packing. All the suitcases were stacked up against the wall.

"We're going to Costa Rica! We're going to Costa Rica today," bubbled Alan as he excitedly run round the room.

Virgil gave Alan a tug into his seat, "Were going on the plane today and will be there tomorrow,"

"Breakfast is ready, Kayo," Grandma shouted.

Everyone gasped as Kayo walked into the room.

"Why is everyone staring at me?"

Grandma walked over to her "You have chicken pox. You can't be going anywhere for a least a fortnight."

Scott passed her the silver teapot to see her reflection.

Kayo sniffed, "But what about the holiday in Costa Rica?"

Grandma sighed, "We will have to cancel it."

Kayo slammed her knuckles on the table in frustration.

"What about the carnival?" John asked.

"It'll have to wait till next year. Sorry Kayo but you're going back to bed." Grandma pointed back to the bedrooms.

Grandma was usually the patient one of the family. She was a retired doctor and knew what to do when anyone was sick.

"I'll tell Gordon," Scott stood up and brought out his phone.

At the manor Penny stopped packing and picked up the phone, "Yes Scott,"

"Hi Penny. Kayo has chicken pox, and the holiday has to be cancelled,"

"Oh no, but she's been saving up all this time and now she can't go." Scott nodded.

"I'll tell Gordon. Tell her to get well soon."

Kayo led in her bed, trying to watch tv. She reached for a tissue, but there was a ring at the door.

She blew her nose "I'm not in the mood, go away plus chicken pox are contagious,"

Grandma darted her head round the door, "I brought you some muesli," But first I need to check your temperature,"

Grandma placed the thermometer on her forehead.

"Your fever has started to spike."

Grandma walked out of the bedroom and came back a minute later. "It says here that you've had all your vaccinations," Grandma looked up and Kayo then back at the file.

"What's that?" Kayo sat up.

"It's a file, for when we took custody of you. It's got up to date medical records in about you," She didn't want to say too much otherwise she would get upset on how little they knew about her.

"Of me?" "No one's ever mentioned it." Kayo grumbled, scratching her arm.

Grandma shut the file, "That's because it's in a locked cupboard that I only have a key to it. Stop scratching!" Grandma walked out and locked the folder back up in the cupboard.

Once Kayo was told that it chicken pox lasted for up to 2 weeks she was not happy. She hated been cooped up in bed, she would rather been leading training sessions and hanging out with her brothers.

All the boys were thinking of an idea to make it up to Kayo for missing the carnival. While Virgil was playing the piano.

"Maybe something a little more cheerful Virgil" Virgil raised an eyebrow at Alan and changed the key.

Scott was stroking his chin, "Why don't we bring the carnival to the island?"

Virgil stopped playing the piano, "But how?"

John appeared on the hologram "We can use the canister Alan got his leg stuck under, it's split in half so 2 of us can use half each."

"Like steel pans?" Scott nodded at John.

"Exactly."
