A new Tiva? I need some help!

This is not a story, it is kind of a plot. I wrote about a scene of NCIS (9.01) where Tony and Ziva talk, and it made me think of writing something but I can't decide what so, I wrote some of my ideas so that you can choose one and maybe give me some suggestion. Please help me because I really want to write something ;) p.s. I'm in quarantine in Italy and I'm pretty bored...

Tiva moment 9.01

I'm writing from my 17th day of quarantine! I've never been home so much and I have to say that I miss school… but to make sure I'm not alone my teachers gave me so much homework that I haven't a moment to do what I want.

But as you can see I'm here asking you to help me decide about my new ideas… some days ago I saw a clip about Tony and Ziva ep.9x01 and this is their conversation:

Ziva: "Rumor has it you've been given a new assignment. Will you be traveling, too?"

Z: "I have put in some time for my vacation. You never know, maybe our path will cross."

T: "where are you going? You know there's a new app that tells you where every Cracker Barrel in the country is."

Z: "I'm going to Central America to meet an old friend."

T: "central America. That's nice, the land of tropical Martinis and string bikinis. Tell me, does CI Ray know about this 'old friend'?"

Z: "It is a woman. She is someone very dear to me and… I need her advice. Ray has nothing to worry about." Ziva walks behind Tony's desk and whispers in his ear "I do not know what you are investigating… and I do not need to know, but ever since we lost Levin and Franks and EJ left… NCIS has been through a lot. We have been through a lot. We need some time."

T: "We… as in you and me?"

Z: "That's not what I meant."

T: "What did you mean then?"

Z: "all I'm saying is… look out for yourself. Please?"

She gently beats the pencil on his lips and gets up from his desk leaving Tony nervously biting his upper lip, where she touched him with the pencil.

Now, I have different ideas and I'd like you to choose one or maybe even more than one but to give me some suggestions. I wanted to write about Tony and Ziva making this trip together and maybe Ziva (obviously) cheating on Ray but without any drama, only mentioning it, (or maybe she already broke up with him but used him as a cover for them). Or Tony and Ziva meeting during this trip and then they finally admit the truth… or Ziva following Tony to be sure he's fine and then they get together, or just a brief story by Ziva pov about this mysterious trip Tony has to take.

As you can see I have plenty of ideas I just can't decide which one, all I know is that I loved this scene and I want to write some Tiva. So help me!

Oh, and I think I'll write a one-shot, probably a long one.

All suggestions are welcome and as usual, sorry for my errors. English is my second language and I'm still studying it. I hope I'll get better.
