Draco711: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to RWBY: Knight's Heart!
Natsu: Alright!
Naruto: A new story folks!
Happy: And lets say welcome back to Jaune and Ruby!
Jaune: This is so awesome to be back!
Ruby: Yeah! I wonder what this story will be about.
Draco711: You will see. Now before I get to the Disclaimer, I will tell you that RWBY: To Be or Not To Be is a Work-in-Progress. So be on the lookout for it. Now for the Disclaimer.
Disclaimer: I do not own RWBY for if I did, White Rose Knight (Jaune x Ruby x Weiss) is guaranteed to happen.
Draco711: Now with hat done, lets get on with the story.
Draco711&Naruto&Natsu&Happy&Jaune&Ruby: Hobey ho let's go~!
Ch. 1
It's a sunny day as the students all decide to relax outside. Over under their usual tree sat Team RWBY. Ruby is tinkering away at Crescent Rose, Weiss is reading up on the assignment Doctor Oobleck gave them, Blake is reading Ninjas in Love, and Yang is laying down with her arms behind her head. It was quiet among them for a time. That's when Yang said:
"You know Weiss-cream, that was pretty harsh on what you did to Vomit Boy." At the mention of what happened, Ruby and Blake both looked up from what they were doing. It must be serious if even Blake looked up.
"Wouldn't you if he constantly asked you out?" Weiss asks.
"Well, Jaune wasn't asking you out every day or every hour on the hour. If someone were to ask me out like Jaune does you, I would give them a chance. If it turns out great, I got an awesome boyfriend. If not, then it wasn't meant to be."
"Well, that's nice Yang. But I told you before-"
"Hello again." A voice spoke. Team RWBY looks up, and saw Pyrrha, Ren and Nora had arrived at their location.
"Pyrrha!" Ruby shouts.
"What are you guys doing?" Yang asks.
"Oh, we were looking for Jaune when we saw you," Pyrrha answers "So we figured we would ask have you seen him." Team RWBY didn't answer right away as they weren't sure how to answer. Ruby, Yang and Blake didn't want to throw Weiss under the bus as they figured (J)NPR wouldn't like what they hear. Unfortunately, though, their glances toward Weiss gave them away as Ren said:
"Jaune tried asking out Weiss again."
"Yeah," Ruby said chuckling nervously "Just Weiss was being more Weissy when she rejected him."
"I-I see," Pyrrha responds. Actually, herself, Nora and Ren passed by other students who were talking about said attempt Jaune made toward Weiss. And that the reaction was harsh on the Ice Queen part. It's the true reason why they sought out Team RWBY in the first place since they have a hint which direction Jaune went in. "Weiss."
"Yes Pyrrha." Weiss replies.
"If I may ask, why do you reject Jaune? I mean, are you just not interested in him like that?"
"Yeah, why not accept just one date from Fearless Leader?" Nora adds.
"He's not the first to try and woo me," Weiss answers "All he wants from me is what tied to my name and my family's wealth. Not me for me." No one on Team RWBY noticed how Team (J)NPR smiles dropped at that answer. The trio smiled once again when Team RWBY looked back to toward them, but they could tell there was no warmth in them.
"I see. In that case, thank you. We have a hint on where Jaune may be." Pyrrha said.
"Don't mention it." Ruby said, softly. The three members of their sister team then left.
"well…that happened." Blake comments.
"Yeah. I thought they were going to straight up attack Weiss," Yang said "But back to what I was saying-"
"Nothing you say will change my mind Yang," Weiss states "Pyrrha, Ren, and Nora may not agree but I dealt with men like Arc before."
"Is that so?"
"Yes."
"Then let me ask you this: If you wrote off Jaune because you believe he is like those men you mentioned, why not treat Neptune the same way?" Weiss thought she had an answer and began to answer. Yet…she stopped. The counterargument she had died in her throat. Because she just ran over their conversation and found she had nothing to counter Yang's point.
"T-That's not…that's different…." Weiss said.
"It's not different." Blake said.
"You did react better and less Weissy when Neptune flirted with you." Ruby adds.
"Not to mention that you let Blue boy use a nickname you show distaste for." Yang finishes. Weiss winced as she remembers reacting annoyed whenever Jaune called her Snow Angel. But Neptune used that same exact nickname…and she giggles and smiles fondly at him.
"Weiss. If Jaune was as shallow as you think he is, wouldn't he try to go out with Pyrrha too?" Blake asks. Another question she didn't have an answer to that was a counterargument. Pyrrha is the four-time Mistral champion, known as the Invincible Girl. Her winnings combined with her various sponsorships made her and her family quite rich. Maybe not Schnee-level rich, but rich, nonetheless. Yet…Jaune never once tried to ask her out.
"He didn't even know who Pyrrha was when they first met…and if I remember, he probably didn't even know who I was till he was told. But…that didn't change his perception of me. I was a girl who complimented him, albeit sarcastically, and showed an interest in him. If he really was like the men I had to put up with…he would've tried to go for Pyrrha." Weiss thought. Yang sighs and said:
"Look Weiss, it's as Pyrrha said. It would be one thing if you just weren't interested in him, then we would talk to him and explain that is the case. Nothing wrong with him, you're just not interested. Hell, he's the only one, possibly other than Ren, I don't have to do the "Big Sister talk" with if he had shown interest in Ruby."
"Yang!" Ruby whines, blushing lightly.
"Based on your reason for not going for one date, it isn't fair to Jaune." Yang finishes.
"I…I…" Weiss began before she sighs "Yes, you're right. It wasn't fair to hold Jaune under that same light as those men from my past who only wanted me for my name and money. Something I didn't do to Neptune."
"Well don't worry, we will help you apologize." Ruby said, smiling.
"And yes, you can do it by yourself, but I highly doubt his team will let you talk to him. And may resort to violence if need be (Nora)." Yang adds, coughing out the last name causing Weiss to be apprehensive.
"If you text Jaune on your scroll, you will be able to talk to him without his team running interference. Though I doubt they would if you are going to apologize to him." Blake said. Weiss looks to the three members of her team, and smiles. She couldn't ask for a better team, no…family. And Team JNPR is also family, which is why she must do this. She then said:
"Thank you."
End
Draco711: And done.
Ruby: Wish Weiss wasn't so Weissy and she would see how great a person Jaune was in the beginning.
Jaune: Well can't force her but I had no idea that what she thought of me.
Draco711: Yeah that was the reason. Anyway, as I said, RWBY: To Be or Not to Be is a WIP but it won't be the only thing I'll be working on. So it may not be the next thing I update. So if you like the story, favorite, follow and review what you thought about it.
Natsu: So stay awesome and fired up!
Happy: Aye and eat lots of fish!
